Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast. But from the outside, the window of the room was closed with bars, which could not be moved aside because of the mosquito net.
It was a great choice Kind, attentive, clean, tidy, clean. Breakfast is excellent, parking in an enclosed yard, downtown. Excellent value for money! I can only recommend!
Well accessible, well located location. Nice staff, delicious breakfast, comfortable room. We will book here next time.
I have read previous reviews which have overwhelmingly positive ratings. I can confirm these too. 4 * hotel with corresponding service and price level. I have not experienced anything objectionable. It is close to the Basilica and gives a novel, uninhabited impression.
The place itself is very good looking. The rooms have air conditioner, little TV. It has an "breakfast" from 7am to 10 am. They have all kind of food, you can make tea from various flavors. I totally recommend it for a few days.

Tidy, clean place. Friendly but busy staff. We crammed in at the end of peak hours, the memories of the former menstruation were strongly broken. More food ran out by the time we were in line, its replacement was not indicated by the service staff, they said it was sold out. Upon request, they undertook to make the Viennese fried in a tube, but it took a disproportionately long time, I had to ask if...
This place is a little old fashioned but has a magical charm that makes you feel you are visiting old friends in stead of a hotel. If you like cosy and different then this is the place for you.

Its great hotel, nice rooms , great location but somehow we had a unfortunate experience. We had a stay for 2 nights and it so happened that on the 2nd morning there was absolutely no water in the resort so much so that it was difficult for all the essential daily routines. But i guess it was one of the bad days in the resort, but apart from that the place oa worth visit.
It has to be a perfect place a few years ago. Now it's a bit bugous and rusty. However no big issue. The rooms are very spacious with huge and comfortable beds. The food and coffee was below the expectations of a 4 star hotel, but no major issues. Good location, the spa was also okay.
The hotel is situated in a beautiful location. But, in my opinion, the prices do not match the services provided.
Hotel has its own spa and pool. One pool is also on the open air. Very good restaurant-both for breakfrst and dinners. Large rooms mainly with balcony. Wonderfull view on Dunabe river. Shop with suvenirs.
There are some issues with the beds, but I hope it will be changed soon. The staff is really nice and helpful, the kitchen is great. The environment is simply amazing. Reasonable prices, give it a try!

Very pleasant stay and experience. Spent two nights with our 2-year old and everything was perfect. We enjoyed the kids playroom (an entire floor with games and areas for all preferences), the big pool complex on the opposite side and the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Staff was friendly and caring in all departments, room comfy (loved the bed sheets) and the overall ambiance was very relaxed...
The hotel has fair rooms that are pretty neat, a good cuisine, and it is in a great place to almost all the things to see. It is a shame that after you get your accommodation, you do not get access to the hotel spa only by paying ( 10 euro/person). Instead, you can go across the street to te city bath for free. I belive this is outrageous. It's really shameful. This is why I gave this poor mark for...
The hotel itself is very good. However, elevators, only 2 if you wanna go to the underground garage. Upon check in and check out, we had to wait 20-30mins to be able to get up and downstairs. Food selection is good but not all of them are as delicious as they look. Overall, a good experience though.
For this price (70-80.000 huf ~200 eur/night for a double bed): - no wellness, you have to walk to the other side of the road to the pool - no londiner "bell boy" service, you have to pack your own stuff. Otherwise nice, clean rooms, great breakfast.
The bar of the Hotel is not managed by the Hotel management! This is a pity because they are acting very arrogant. It seems that you have to fall on your knee if you want to be served! I was sitting in the lobby 5 m away from the bar and tried politely to get their attention. No reaction! You have to go to them and tell them what you want. Waving or lifting the glass for a refill was considered as...
Great value for money, rooms are nice, not spotless but generally clean. Staff is kind and helpful but some of them need some more experience to be perfect. The room service cart, after we finished eating, was not removed from the hotel corridor (in front of our door) even after 2 days, and the loyalty program does not register automatically if there's an email address mismatch (even though the reservation...
