We are an elderly couple ( I am 79 and my spouse 70 years old) who stayed at the hotel in the first half of May 2024. We came for14 days of rehabilitation after the full knee replacement surgery. We asked for a quiet room because we have sleeping problems due to our age and pain after surgery. Instead, we got a room on the street side and right to the noisy elevator. We literally had to use earplugs at night. By the way people stayed in the hotel 3-5 days mostly.
Staff and management mostly care about local customers only and not so much about those who came abroad. Doctors and medical staff do not speak English at all. Medical staff in mud woman procedure room are rude.
It looks like the room and especially the bathroom have not been upgraded in the last 40 years. The air conditioning didn't work and the ventilation was dirty. There is no spa with a sauna in the hotel.
On the positive side, food was relatively good.
Overall the hotel can be classified no more than 3 stars and is clearly overpriced for the level of service and stay provided.

We have been guests to several hotels in Hungary but none of them placed a small birthday cake on our dinner table in their restaurant on behalf of the hotel staff remembering our birthdays. When they lit the candle my partner asked me for a piece of paper handkerchief to cover the tears in her eyes.This is the Aqua Sol Hotel in Hajdúszoboszló in Hungary!

The room is spacious and the service excellent, I cannot say very good for the dinner buffet as most of the product were not of my liking. I will go back here to try the thermal bath as this time I was not allowed without vaccine certificate.

The second time we spend here 1-1 week. All about the best in my opinion: cleanliness, polite helpful staff, delicious and varied food, comfortable, spacious rooms. We had a great time. THANK you.

We just arrived home from the Aqua-Sol hotel, and everything done to your satisfaction, the staff, the waiters are attentive and helpful. The restaurant is demanding and articulate the buffet meals. The rooms are clean and nice and warm. Maybe it's just the tv channels they offer could be more.

The coolest hotel,where we were. From the first minute to the last,the only positive experience we received. Nice,helpful staff,all cheerful face. The room is comfortable,bright,clean. The beds were comfy,even the rollaway!! The buffet breakfast and the dinner was a phenomenal performance. Great selection,quantity,and supply is/if something is running out/characterized. Everyone will find something for your taste,be it adult or child. The bathroom has a heated hallway you can go through,very comfortable in a bathrobe. You're in the bath,satisfying all demands,even in the winter!!! We are very sorry that you had to come home to,but I'm sure we will come back to!!!! Thank you for this lovely experience before christmas!!!!!
