Our stay was amazing the hotel is amazing, beautiful, clean. The staff is welcoming, helpful all with a smile. The room is small but more than enough the beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. The food is vegetarian but nice and fresh. Thank you for amazing 5 days
My sister and I came here for the Kundalini retreat. The hotel is immaculate. Welcoming. Peaceful and wonderful. Pillows a little soft for our liking but clean rooms. Great hairdryer and amenities. Staff are all very friendly. Sauna and jacuzzi are perfect. The retreat itself was amazing. 4 days of eye opening yoga with the best teachers. Gabor, Ezther and Kinga. We would so highly recommend this...
Epic fantastic beautiful. Loved every minute
I travelled on my own to do the 4 day yoga retreat at Normafa, and I cannot fault the experience. The yoga programme was of a really high quality. I turned up knowing pretty much nothing about 'kundalini' yoga, and also not having had any other regular yoga practice before going - so I can vouch for the fact that this programme is suitable for complete beginners. Whilst physically demanding, you can...
The normafa hotel retreat centre is amazing from the delicious food, buffet style, breakfast, lunch and dinner cleanliness, facilities such as sauna, pool, and jacuzzi, the yoga and nearby views Just outstanding, I didn't want to leave I was there for a 5 day kundalini yoga retreat, with fantastic teachers
Stayed two nights early August during ‘soft opening’ of the rebuilt Hotel Normafa in Buda Hills, 20 minutes by bus from downtown (also parking available) located near Children's Railway, lookouts and many 'gentle' walking trails. More an adult hotel with full spa, sauna, jacuzzi and pool all year round, with friendly service. Stayed in Standard Queen Room, first floor, facing garden and pool (on...

Hot spring resort hotel, fresh air, natural environment, free parking, clean and comfortable, great value 🫡🫡🫡 The first choice for self-driving, quiet and elegant environment!
It'a nice to stay 1 or max 2 days to relax however relaxation at the pool is dependent on the events they have with big groups of people. When we stayed there there were alot of people staying by the pool when going out for breaks from a conference room.
Pool water clean, spa is small but nice. Breakfast good.
Unfriendly staff except the lady from the welness area. She was super nice.
Reception staff speaks very little English, TV cable is only in hungarian not possible to switch to English
We travelled as a family of 4 (mother, grandmother, 2 kids) and booked the suite with balcony.
The room interior and bathroom was lovely and the balcony really spacious. It had a beautiful view on the garden.
We booked the breakfast which was good. They had enough options for kids too. Within the restaurant you can find a little play corner for smaller children.
Outside there are plenty of playgrounds...
Great hotel, really clean and comfortable. A lot of facilities that are maintained in good shape. It was a pleasure to stay here. Even the breakfast was full of stuff. It’s a quiet place to stay, not to far from the city center if you have a car. The parking is practical but you have to pay some fees for it.

Amazing building. Had better bathrooms in other hotels on this trip. Breakfast was a disappointment compared with other hotels too. Lots of flies in the breakfast buffet area. The coffee/hot chocolate machine seemed incapable of dispensing a mocha, each attempt produced a different result, maybe blocked somewhere.
We just had a drink and a snack, but the snacks were delicious and freshly made. Very quiet and restful place with an interesting history.
Amazing place to stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Location...I would say ....perfect and planty space around the hotel.
110% I would stay there again & I would strongly recommend this place :-)
This is an absolutely amazing Hotel so much history in this place and a beautiful garden it is extremely clean and well-kept beautiful modern rooms and the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, I immediately extended my stay because of the Super Service minded young lady at the reception I can highly recommend.
Beautiful and quite place.
However, the location is a bit far from city area.
Further, it hasnt an elevator but a handsome and robust poter will carry your carrier.
Best regards
Fyi, breakfast is wonderful.
Very nice and peacefull place. Charme and history together. I would like to recommend for you. Free parking place , peacefull park around the castle.

How can you say this hotel three star hotel?? I think they need to hire very good managers or need some renovations. I have been to so many three stars hotels and this one did not define the meaning of three star. If you say one star or motel then it’s Oké but please don’t do fake advertisements. Owner need to see this and try something before there downfall.
Enjoyed my one night stay in the appartment. It was clean and quiet, great view over Budapest. The breakfast was good and coffee excellent. The hotel is a bit dated but charming at the same time and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Price was unbeatable through last minute booking.
Nice hotel in the hills of Budapest. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful view over Budapest from the balcony. And the price is excellent, good value for money. Excellent public transport connections to the city only 10 min on foot. Good restaurants some 20 min from the hotel on foot.
The Budai Hotel is definitely a place to stay if you don't mind that the nearest public transport station is about 8 minutes of walk and 20 minutes of bus or tram ride from there to city center (by the way you can get to the center of Budapest from that station without changing lines), if you don't mind that the hotel is not very modern (no AC for example) and you can have only breakfast ( if you are...

Very nice hotel with very nice people. Cozy, homey. Upon arrival they gave a map of Budapest and a guide in Russian. They speak German, which was especially nice. Delicious breakfast in the morning. The room is clean and cozy. There is a very beautiful garden on the territory.
Before placing an order, be sure to use Baidu Chinese map to search for location. I was careless.
The owner and staff went above and beyond to support me when I broke my ankle during my stay. They helped me get medication and crutches and even assisted with administering the medication. They also coordinated with the ambulance service to ensure my transfer to the airport was smooth. On top of that, they brought a lovely breakfast up to my room each morning and even delivered the food I ordered...

I cannot find any flaw to the Hotel. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is delicious and the staff is competitive and polite. Highly recommend
No flexible dates, travelling for business you need a hotel that can provide flexible dates. Not good for business travels.
Excellent friendly, competent service, client oriented. Parking in front of the hotel which is a huge plus. Cosy room with large balcony and nice view over the city. Inside door to separate the room from the hall door, which helps a lot with the noise. Good water for shower, hangers in the wardrobe, clean & fresh towels and linen. We enjoyed everything.
Very nice hotel, staff, and clealiness but a bit off the beaten path. There's almost nowhere to go in walking distane and the sign says bar and restaurant but they only have breakfast. For the price it was still excellent.
Great location, comfortable bed, price for drinks or food quite pricey
Good breakfast!
Staff were polite and attentive.

The staff were so friendly!! I didn't have a car, so I made a reservation and left it together, but it was worth going, and it was a cost-effective accommodation.
The location was at the outskirts of the city centre. However there were regular buses that ply from the front of the hotel every 15 minutes. The rooms and the services were excellent. The rooms were cute and cosy. The staff at the reception and restaurant were the best. They were very welcoming and got out of their way to help you in anything that you needed. It needs a slap of paint here and there, but overall impression was OK.
Neighborhood is really calm and quiet, so there's nothing disturbing your sleep at night. but at the same time the public transport connection to the city center is so good, that it takes you max. 45 minutes to get to the opposite part of Budapest (whole way form hotel to Circus took as like 40 minutes).

It was a nice hotel and once we got our bearings, decided it was good in location for nearby shops and public transport. We enjoyed a well stocked buffet breakfast, but didn't book for dinner, only because we were out most of the time. I think it could do with some money spent on it now to improve its appearance but as it's probably used as a base for many tourists, you are not looking for much in...

Second time at this hotel this year. The Hotel Belvedere is well positioned in the city and for the price we think it is excellent value.

Pretty hotel, not too far to walk to the next station.
Rooms could have been cleaner (water stains on the wall, stains on the toilet etc.)

Had no tea making facilities.

Really good value for the price we booked. (Probably last minute offer, really cheap...) A little bit old school but the services (spa, pool, gym, superb breakfast) makes you forget this.

I booked this hotel quite a while ago for four nights. Good location, near tram and bus stop, fair price, nice room, and good breakfast. At one point, she told me that if I took a banana out, I’d be charged for an extra breakfast...
Normal hotel, far from city on the Buda side.
