Very beautiful hotel with private parking.
Big enough rooms with all the necessary facilities.
Very clean and tidy.
Reception is always there to help you with any issue.
I would book it again and for sure I recommend it to everyone.

Nice villa hotel located very close to tram station, friendly and helpful staff, rooms with shower, fridge, hairdryer, coffee machine and satellite tv. Very good for travellers with cars, because hotel has its own private parking.

Location is in a quite area with tram in front of the hotel which is very helpful. The service is not the best since the cleaning lady is not paying to much attention and rooms could be better cleaned. They are not well maintained and some invest is needed. Price is to high for what you get. Not the best experience but we could get a good night sleep

Breakfast plentiful.
The receptionist is helpful and kind. We are satisfied,
good value for money.
Tips:
Even though we had our own car, it is more convenient to travel by bus (to downtown) No. 8E which stops there nearby. There is also an option with a tram.
Buy tickets on the bus - first time from the driver, and when you get to the center - it is better to buy them at the post office or tobacco shops. There are also devices at several stations, you can buy more tickets - have small money saved, does not return change. This also applies to payment on parking machines. No refund.

Internet not properly working. No clean up of rooms(!), no shampoo, no fresh towels - for a supposedly 3 1/2 stars hotel this is a mess.

Nice building and peaceful location. Staff semi professional. Breakfast for 7 eur per person feels like a robbery, because they did not provide even what is included in it... and it was very limited already...

Very nice and calm place to spend time, one bus ride of 10min can take you to City Center, its on Buda side of Budapest.
