The Hotel Unforgettable - Hotel Tiliana by Homoky Hotels & Spa

We travelled as a family of 4 (mother, grandmother, 2 kids) and booked the suite with balcony.
The room interior and bathroom was lovely and the balcony really spacious. It had a beautiful view on the garden.
We booked the breakfast which was good. They had enough options for kids too. Within the restaurant you can find a little play corner for smaller children.
Outside there are plenty of playgrounds on an enclosed area which is amazing if you travel with kids. Also the pool had a good size and a little plattform for kids who can’t swim yet.

When we arrived we had to learn that the terrace floor was rather dirty. You could find dead flowers, dust, general dirt but also some loose screws. After contacting the reception, they would hand us a broom. Therefore we ended up cleaning our own balcony floor, which is not something I’m expecting from a hotel in this price range.
The bed we slept in (mother and grandmother) was extremely small. I can’t say for sure but I don’t think it had 160 with. So be aware if you don’t travel with your partner or need more space at night.
Another issue we had was that the hotel does not give you a heads up about the fact that during the week in summer every day a mob (around 100) of kids (not hotel guests!) will enter the outside garden and pool area by 9 am and won’t leave until 4pm. They are extremely loud therefore there is no chance to relax. They will barricade the pool in a way that hotel guests won’t have a chance to take a swim. We were not able to enter with our 3 year old anymore due to lack of space and consideration. It’s absolutely unprofessional to not inform hotel guests about this invasion (I assume some kind of summer camp) since we assumed the pool was exclusively for hotel residents.
