The hotel itself is beautiful, next to the sea, swimming pools around, amazing food. There are just two things I was not so happy - the programme looks like it is only for Italian customers, in the reception they do not have any information about it. The other thing, the staff expects you to give them money for every little thing.

We visit thermal spa within weekdays and still it was lots of people there, I can tell it is really popular place. It is very well priced, it has several dining places including a small café. Pools seemed recently renovated. All in all it was a great experience.

We visited the spa only. It had lots of pools, we enjoyed watching the stars from the outside thermal pool. Sauna department had two Finnish saunas 95 and 70 degrees, aroma sauna (45) and steam bath. Go in naked or in blankets (provided by staff). The sauna ceremony is kind of suomen saunakulttuurin raiskaus, but interesting, noisy and fun.

A great hotel for families. There are many pools, with different temperatures. The good thing is that there is also an area for adults only, if you just want to relax. The food is very good, but it doesn't vary much from day to day. Our room was a bit small for accommodating 3 beds. I find that the quality of the shampoo/shower gel could be improved a bit, as it doesn't wash off sunscreen very well...

A nice swimming pool, very clean and tidy. But the water glide was closed. Apparently because there where not much swimmers/kids. But it was a big disappointment for our daughter.

Nice place, hidden gem in the hills. There are some parts of the bath you cant enter with kids (thermal and SPA areas), still you have plenty to enjoy

We loved the stay here. The accommodation was super clean and the staff was super helpful. The access to the Thermal Bath is very convenient. Definitely recommended.

The hosts were attentive and helpful throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the rooms is immaculate, they even prepared a bottle of wine for us. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and of high quality. We had dinner at the nearby Deák Restaurant, where we also received perfect service and food.

We managed to spend a very pleasant Christmas holiday at the hotel. Maximum and polite care. Very helpful clerks. I can recommend it to everyone!!

We had a great time with four children. Nice and cozy rooms, smart TV, refrigerator, hair dryer, air conditioning, in short, everything you could need. It's great that there is a direct passage to the spa, you can go back to the accommodation at any time. The lady was very nice. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and delicious. A variety of games for children, pin pong, badminton, trampoline, lego room...

Amazing place for vacation. Everything is absolutely perfect, the owners are amazing. We will definitely be back next year. It's a caress to the soul. Excellent breakfast, facilities for children, excellent wine and unforgettable nature.

Nice campsite located on a hill. It is surrounded by greenery. The areas where you can camp are in perfect place, under the trees, which guarantees shade even in the hottest hours. The services are not many but they are well cared for. It feels like being in a small hamlet with a delightful common area where you can have breakfast, have a drink or borrow some boxed games if you want.

Very nice hidden Camping with Trees. It is close to Bad Hediz Thermalbath or Hiking. Very nice and friendly Owner.

An incredible place full of tranquility and calm. Close to the best Hungary has to offer, this camping not only is well located, it also is owned by great people. 11/10 would come here again.

The room and the bathroom were spacious. The available pools were great. The place was not crowded at all which was a huge plus so it felt like we were all alone even though there were a number of people there at the same time. We really enjoyed ourselves and can't wait to go back!

My partner and I spent 4 days here, cleanliness everywhere, internal private parking, welcome drink, we could also taste home-grown tomatoes and peppers. We will be back, 10/10 ✌️

We spent a wonderful week with my family in Hévíz. The apartment is flawless in every way, the garden and plants are wonderful, the rooms, bed linen and towels are spotlessly clean. The Fekete couple are very nice and attentive hosts. Upon our arrival, we were treated to our own wine and cocktail tomatoes.

Beautiful, clean, tidy, nice owners, beautifully maintained garden, small apartment well equipped with everything. Everything is relatively close to everything, you can take pleasant walks. I recommend it to both young and old. In terms of price, it is one of the cheapest.

Stayed at Alenso guesthouse for 2 weeks and had a amazing time. Everything was perfect, clean rooms, great location, and the staff was very helpful with everything i needed. The outdoor swimming pool was perfect to relax. I will be staying there again in December...... Highly recommended to all.

Great value for money, independent flat in a nice house. Easy to access, parking at the property, calm environment. It was perfect for us.

Good location for a few days break from everyday life! It is possible to borrow bicycles, with which you can get to the thermal lake in about 7 minutes. The rooms are pleasant, the terrace is quiet, the area in general is quiet and not heavy traffic! No cleaning of the room during the stay! Can you recommend!

A beautiful place, near the forest, many cafes, there is something to see (a very beautiful museum under the open space nearby), a flat road to the lake, along which you can easily and pleasantly walk or ride a bike to the lake. Very nice, friendly hosts who have a discount to many places in the town, which is important. Recommended!!!

Great family stay. The hosts are very friendly, the rooms are clean, spacy and cosy, the beds - comfortable, the world-famous thermal lake is just 15 min walk away. We'll certainly stay there again.
