Very good value for money if you are looking for a thermal hotel. Decent, tasty food, clean rooms and thermal bad, and a very good sauna world. The sauna programme is included. One of the best choices in Hungary for this price range. The service in the restaurant lags a bit behind the usual expectations, but it is only a minor flaw that can be corrected with a little assertivity.

The hotel itself is beautiful, next to the sea, swimming pools around, amazing food. There are just two things I was not so happy - the programme looks like it is only for Italian customers, in the reception they do not have any information about it. The other thing, the staff expects you to give them money for every little thing.

We visit thermal spa within weekdays and still it was lots of people there, I can tell it is really popular place. It is very well priced, it has several dining places including a small café. Pools seemed recently renovated. All in all it was a great experience.

We visited the spa only. It had lots of pools, we enjoyed watching the stars from the outside thermal pool. Sauna department had two Finnish saunas 95 and 70 degrees, aroma sauna (45) and steam bath. Go in naked or in blankets (provided by staff). The sauna ceremony is kind of suomen saunakulttuurin raiskaus, but interesting, noisy and fun.

Always a great stay to relax. Best thermal bath. We come here at least twice a year.

The room and the bathroom were spacious. The available pools were great. The place was not crowded at all which was a huge plus so it felt like we were all alone even though there were a number of people there at the same time. We really enjoyed ourselves and can't wait to go back!

We made reservations through booking, we had a delux suite. Everything as described, spacious comfortable apartment with air conditioning. You can walk for dinner to the nearby vineyards. Recommended. Nice service, speaks English.

Fantastic place ! Quiet street , big rooms

Apartments very large with balconies, large air-conditioning in the living room (included), spacious kitchen and bathroom. One star is removed for lack of cleanliness (rooms are cleaned maybe once every six months). Location very good, only the backyard could have been bigger.

In general, we enjoyed our stay, we had a room for 2 persons with a small kitchenette and a big terrace. Our kid really appreciated garden toys provided by a host. The place was quiet and private, we actually didn't see any other quests there, but maybe it's because of corona crisis. The host Krisztina is very friendly and welcoming.

Very good accommodation, with few hosts. It has a beautiful large garden, and everything in Hévíz can be reached with a relatively short walk. Let's say the settlement is not that big. The accommodation is on the route of the National Blue Tour. We got a fairly well-equipped room, and the cleanliness was absolutely fine.

Tried some local dish Zala dödöle, which are potatoes dumplings seasoned with fried diced bacon and onion and sour cream. It's a strong energetic dish which was eaten by peasants, so nothing fancy. It tasted great and authentic. Tap beer and coffee all at a fair price.

Nicely positioned, comfortable and very reasonably priced hotel. We had a beautiful large apartment with balcony looking over the garden. We enjoyed our stay a lot, although there was one member of staff we didn't take to. Overall a nice place, blighted by that one rude man.

We came here for a night as a stop just to relax, the pool area is really awesome. Outdoor pool with nice water and a lot of whirlpool zones an biiig indoor pool to swim. The hotel is called Panorama. This name fully corresponds to the main advantage of the hotel - stunning views from the rooms. There is also a great restaurant here. Great location. But very-VERY poor SPA.

We stayed for one night, the room was on the second floor. We really liked it. The only thing is that the shower is only overhead, and there were no shower caps, which is uncomfortable for guests with long hair.

Hotel situated in driving distance of Lake Balaton. We have used it for one night sleep while traveling there. Booked via Internet 10 minutes before arrival (past 22:00), room was ready as we arrived. Equipment was visibly older, hovewer everything was very clean, this is also valid for shower. Very satisfied. The room is a bit old and simple, just like ordinary hot spring hotels in China, but clean, with complete facilities, and no slippers. The restaurant is delicious! The hotel itself does not have hot springs, but it has SPAs. It is also very close to the Heviz Hot Springs, which is two or three minutes' walk away. There is a parking lot. 2nd year in a row at this property. We really enjoyed staying here... nice walk to centre of town or to the thermal lake of Heviz, rooms are comfortable (a bit dated) and breakfast/dinner also nice. Had a very great time with my wife in this amazing facility. The breakfast, dinner is delicious with options. The staff are nice and helpful and I recommend you visit for your spa, wellness and relaxation.

Great hotel, and the receptionist was such a nice chap, great stay overall. The hotel is close to the lake and the restaurants downtown, it is a great value for money really. The hotel also provides a ticket, so that you could park on street nearby the hotel.

Nice quiet hotel just in center of Hévíz. Terasse, garden with chairs and table tennis. Free WiFi, free entry to big welness world in Danubius hotel just 150m away (5 pools with different temperature, badminton court, several different saunas). Small welness is even in Park Hotel, not tested. No elevators (!), no dogs. Delicious breakfasts from 7 to 10, dinners must be ordered in advance.
