An excellent resort, very tasty breakfasts and dinners, there are various SPA treatments, there are pools with thermal water of different temperatures, as well as an outdoor swimming pool, there is a sauna, hammam, etc. Beautiful territory, 7 min walk from Lake Heviz. From the friendly early checkin (I think we got there around noon) to the smartly attired professional staff we felt pampered and at home. Nice wellness hotel: Great food (buffet, international and Hungarian food). Our room was clean (but book a renovated Deluxe room!), wifi works well. Parking is included. There are several pool areas, all of them nice. Only improvement that comes to my mind: Give Csucsu, the adorable parrot a little more space.

Excellent stay over the weekend! staff is quite generous. Food was good, however, there was hardly anything in vegetarian option. We were a family of 5, and everyone was offered a welcome drink,, which is either Champagne or Orange juice. Overall, highly recommended.

The woman who works in the restaurant warned me that I was not properly dressed for the restaurant and that next time I should not come as I was dressed! I had a light brown, floor-length knitted sweater with a belt at the waist and Crocs. I did not feel comfortable until the end of my stay in the hotel and restaurant. Hotel situated in driving distance of Lake Balaton. We have used it for one night sleep while traveling there. Booked via Internet 10 minutes before arrival (past 22:00), room was ready as we arrived. Equipment was visibly older, hovewer everything was very clean, this is also valid for shower. The hotel itself is very close to the thermal lake and the shops etc. The rooms are avarage, absolutely fine for a couple days. The wellness floor is lovely, the gray tiles gives a really calm and chill vibe. Saunas, steam room and jakuzzi are great. We are very satisfied with the hotel, everything is clean, the rooms are excellent with a balcony, the food is phenomenal. The spa is also very good with all the saunas, the only small complaint is the smaller pool in the spa center and that the hotel guests are not provided with parking (there is parking for an extra charge), but not everything can be perfect. I would give it 5 stars of it was a 3-star hotel, but they claim to be 4-star. As a 3-star hotel, I have no complaints about them. They are very reasonable priced. The staff is very polite. The rooms are clean, and it is the closest hotel to the lake. Other 4-star hotels in the area are much nicer inside and have better food.

Food selection is quite limited, especially during the evenings, and there have been occasional quality issues (e.g. one evening the French fries seemed to be leftovers). Nicely positioned, comfortable and very reasonably priced hotel. We had a beautiful large apartment with balcony looking over the garden. We enjoyed our stay a lot, although there was one member of staff we didn't take to. Overall a nice place, blighted by that one rude man.
