It had lots of pools, we enjoyed watching the stars from the outside thermal pool. Sauna department had two Finnish saunas 95 and 70 degrees, aroma sauna (45) and steam bath

Go in naked or in blankets (provided by staff). The sauna ceremony is kind of suomen saunakulttuurin raiskaus, but interesting, noisy and fun

There are many pools, with different temperatures. The good thing is that there is also an area for adults only, if you just want to relax. The food is very good, but it doesn't vary much from day to day

Our room was a bit small for accommodating 3 beds. I find that the quality of the shampoo/shower gel could be improved a bit, as it doesn't wash off sunscreen very well. Overall, a very good experience

We visit thermal spa within weekdays and still it was lots of people there, I can tell it is really popular place. It is very well priced, it has several dining places including a small café

Pools seemed recently renovated. All in all it was a great experience

All waitresses were missing all of the above except Tiffany who we also realised that she worked the hardest and had guest contact politeness. Food as always is plentiful and has vast offerings

For the engineers - I would have filled up the back pool over night so it could have cooled over night for next day use. Like this that pool was not available for us all day. This does not make much sense

The main building can pass as 4 stars however Hertelendy house requires updating specifically the showers but the bed linen is not 4 starts. The bed itself is great and comfy

Not general info is that there is an amount of water the establishment can use per year so as it was a low occupancy they are probably saving for the more busiest time

Even at low occupancies full buffet breakfasts and dinner was offered. The amount of pools that was available to us was unexceptable

All fridges requires replacing in the rooms however all rooms were very clean. We'll done to the staff who cleans the rooms

The hosts were attentive and helpful throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the rooms is immaculate, they even prepared a bottle of wine for us. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and of high quality

It's great that there is a direct passage to the spa, you can go back to the accommodation at any time. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and delicious

We had a great time with four children. Nice and cozy rooms, smart TV, refrigerator, hair dryer, air conditioning, in short, everything you could need

We managed to spend a very pleasant Christmas holiday at the hotel. Maximum and polite care. Very helpful clerks. I can recommend it to everyone!!

We had dinner at the nearby Deák Restaurant, where we also received perfect service and food

I have stayed at many 4 and 5 star hotels. I must say that this out of the way Castle Hotel is in my top 5 ever. The kindest most caring personnel. From the reception to the cleaning staff

Not a great variety but the quality was outstanding. Even the spaghetti carbonara which is almost impossible to serve aldente in a buffet was quite good. In fact all of the food was of excellent quality

We received and upgrad for free. She ended up having her own room. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had half-board and therefore as usual buffet breakfast and dinner

The hotel has a nice if small wellness area. Tennis courts and mini-golf and footgolf

+view, pool,staff,environment,flexibility -foods are not too tasty. drinks (e.g.water) is not included in the dinner which is a bit odd at a 4 star hotel.

Laundry clean apartment welcomed us, well equipped, everything was fine, the pool was very enjoyed by the kids, we had a good holiday! I recommend this accommodation to everyone !!!!

We were in apartment number 2. The apartment was spacious clean and comfy for two person. The bed was absolutwly comfortables and big. The breakfast was rich and included cooked as well

Delicious foods. Very cozy. Wonderful view from the restaurant. I liked the pool. The receptionist is very kind, helpful.

Lovely apartment house, big spacious rooms, great breakfast, and free to use saunas. It's a bit far from the lake but there are no distances in Hévíz.

Rooms are big enough with plenty of space. Close to City center and thermal lake. Bikes and foams rental for free. Great breakfast with variety of selection. Very nice and friendly service personel

Tried some local dish Zala dödöle, which are potatoes dumplings seasoned with fried diced bacon and onion and sour cream. It's a strong energetic dish which was eaten by peasants, so nothing fancy

Great size, epic taste for all food! We were there with 4 people, 2 men and 2 women, the dishes were perfect for all of us

We were a bit disappointed that the steam room was out of order and the large sauna wasn’t very hot. However, the pool was great and calming. The jacuzzi pool was really nice, but could have been warmer

We got a 1 bedroom on the top floor. It was great!!! They have an indoor pool and hot tub and sauna. Most restaurants within walking distance

That is a nice hotel , the problem was with bugs , they dont have a net on windows. But in general they have really nice swimming pool and sauna. I really liked it. It is a good family hotel

We loved our stay so much, we spent more time in the room and pool than out in the town! Great little kitchen with everything you need, air conditioning, sofa, table, and lots of space to move around

It’s just a basic continental with some bread, cold cuts, cheese, veggies, cereal, yogurt, hard boiled eggs. They will make scrambled or over easy eggs upon request. The room was clean and comfortable

The mattress could use updating. The bathroom was newly renovated and very nice. The kitchenette had a two burner stovetop, micro, fridge, sink, and basic cooking gear

You can find this pension in a relaxed and comfortable enviroment which allows to chill and relax. Not far from the town center which is a good thing because you can visit everything while you're walking
