Dinner weak (half hour before the end of the dinner time there were only few meals and even cold), no english translate of meals, dirty tables, (they did not changed tableclothes like in real 4 star hotel), dirty plates, breakfast - missing cups, no english knowledges of waiters, hot inside (aircodition always disabled, I dont know why), in the rooms the aircondition very weak (almost unnoticable)...

A hotel that has seen better days and deserves to represent the owner's spirit in a dignified manner. The food is delicious and plentiful, very friendly and service-oriented. It would be nice if such places remained, even with state support.
We were in the cheaper part, simple rooms with a balcony. The bathroom is quite small, it opens from a small hall. It has its own parking lot and spa pools, and a 15-meter swimming pool. The staff is kind and helpful. The half-board service is plentiful. There are quite a few treatments available. The appointment is kept exactly.
It would need renovation.
Not with children, otherwise I recommend it
A tidy but a bit tired and old hotel, it could use some refurbishing. The staff was kind and lovely, I actually had some good time here. Could not try the spa part, though, in lack of time.
Nice hotel with ok beds. Close to Zory Fürdö and if you just want to sleep at the Hotel its a good one. Breakfast is great. Cheap and you get what you pay for. But in total Good.

I can’t say so much about the spa area etc. The restaurant is good, nice choice for vegetarian as well. Big plus in the morning, oat, soy and coconut milk is available!
The room could be bit more…modern.
Very nice spa hotel, we spent a couple of days here with family and friends. It s the fourth time we are coming back here. First time we ve been participating a conference here. This is nice an very clean spa hotel, helpfull staff and they have the most deliciuos meals that I ever had. They have internatonal cuisine and also hungarian dishies. Also there is a nice entertainment room for children and...
Delicious food, great little spa in the basement, awesome sauna ceremony. Good customer service and pleasant common area. Larger spa and balneo next door, but we caught it in renovation.
Doing a long weekend winter escape with wife and kids.
About food, I love food so it's important.
Good breakfast, and we take our dinners in the hotel, it's self service.
Self-service, mostly it's always a no taste experience, glad to experience the oposit overhere, food is good, much better than the ones I had in 2021.

The spa down is alright, but just walk to 2min and got to the big spa...
As a guide I stayed in many hotels in Hungary and Europe but have to admit that the quality of client service and the problem-solving potential of the staff is really excellent there. Congrats and thanx!

Breakfast was tasty but to eat supper you need to inform with one day advance. In room: shower cabine was broken, fridge the same, only 3 towels for two big adults and a child, air conditioning didn't work well - only on or off, no way to set temperature. All staff members were kind but less than half spoke english.
Friendly staff, great food. Great place overall, highly recommended!
Very nice and cosy hotel with good parking place. Good restaurant Rosa was within the walking distance and many thermal spas.

Bőséges reggeli, nem túl változatos, de finom. A környék szép. Az étteremben csodás volt a kiszolgálás, s bőségesek az adagok. Bármit kértünk, mindent megoldottak.
Výborné umístění penzionu v klidné části, kousek od termálních lázní (Zsóryfürdö max 10 minut pěšky, mnoho dalších do 30 minut autem). Velká velikost pokoje i koupelny. Národní maďarská kuchyně. Dobrý poměr cena/služby včetně jídla. Rodinná atmosféra penzionu. Možnost půjčení kol a zakoupení levnějších vstupenek do termálních lázní. Umístění sítí proti hmyzu v oknech.

I can only say good things, I recommend it to everyone. Clean, shared kitchen well equipped, large dining area and living room. Comfortable bed, wifi, TV in the rooms. Kind and flexible, helpful host. He does not live in the accommodation.
It is in a central but quiet location, you can park your car in the closed yard.
Perfectly clean and equipped house! We were with a bigger family, it was a great choice! We had a really good time!
