Responsibles in Hungary had not there best day when they approved to built such a hotel monster in the beautiful nature so close to a unique natural monument. The pittoresque panoramique view is gone until they, pull it down and renaturate the area

The price vs what is offered is very high. We have resigned at the entrance and go to another thermal furdo. There is no family ticket for 3 hours which makes price difference vs full day norbworthy to pay. Also, beside it’s in the middle of nowhere, they ask for parking fee 1200 HUF… chose another one in the region as much better option.

The spa doesn’t seem well maintained - it felt rather old and not so clean.

The staff wasn’t friendly either.

Overall reasonable for the price after 5pm, but not worth the detour and definitely not better than the baths in Budapest.

Just the spa: 2/3 of the lights were off to save money, it´s expensive for the experience you get. Many things are not operating (pedicure for example), Food is terrible, salad is costs €5 per bowl used, even if you get one small cucumber. Staff speaks no English. This place has a lot to develop.

I don’t know how this hotel have 4 stars, i dont know from where to beggin..
1. After 21:30 u cant drink a coffee after the dinner, everything is close,the machine that they use like the ones from bus station they closed also.
2. They have 3 elevators, only 1 was working!(we was for this business meting more then 600 persons) also old and strange noise with this elevator, better take the stairs.
3. The TV in the room has only Hungarian- audio channels and they had disabled the Internet on it.
4. The most WORST was the room. I will put pictures with what we found in our room. Never in my life i seen such a DIRTY and DISGUSTING room. Everywhere was dust, like a lot of dust(im allergic to dust), the bed was full of human body hair(chest hair i hope from men) and hair from womens(we had red hair,black and blonde) and the most ugly and disgusting 🤢 was the SPERM on the picture above the bed..oh yes, and some leftovers from some snacks under the bed!
5. I tried to speak politely with the receptionist on the phone after i saw all this, he told me without telling that they are sorry or try to find a solution for this very big problem, he told me that is to late and they dont have how to help, i need to wait until 7 in the morning for the women to come to make clean in the room.
I tried again after trying to sleep, of course I couldn’t, at 3 in the night i made a visit to the reception with the photo and videos from the room and he said something very unprofessional for a 4 stars hotel: - How i know that is true and the hair was there before u come and is not from you? I was SHOCKED 😳, i said ok, and the dust I brought it from my house and put it in the room or what?!
5. In the morning we decided to leave the group(we was in business meting, presentation agriculture) and we went to make the check out, was at the reception 2 different receptionist, i said that is not acceptable for a hotel that is pretending to be 4 🌟 to have such dirty and disgusting room and behaviour with the clients totally unacceptable. In change of sorry, or something to clean their image of the hotel, the receptionist the name was something like Elisabetha Kate or Kata was laughing at us and speaking in Hungarian with her colleague!!
The Worst Hotel we’ve been in our life!!! Not even 1 point doesn't deserve!!!!!

I've been to many hotels but this is the most ridiculous and stingy hotel at the expense of the guests! Although the hotel rooms are not cheap, the hotel saves on the account of the guests. It starts with the fact that the room has bathrobes for baths but...no flip flops. You want flip flops? You have to go to the reception to buy! The breakfast and dinner meals lack variety and the number of options is more reminiscent of a 2-star hotel rather than a 4-star hotel. In addition to that, want to drink during the dinner? have to pay! Yes, even if you just want water, even tap water, you can't, you have to order and pay extra. And of course the cost of drink are high! want to take a shower? there is no separate shampoo, conditioner, body soap...there is one plastic container with a liquid inside that should probably be everything! Again, level of a 2 star hotel! And regarding the service; on the day of departure nothing will stop the woman who wants to check the mini bar even if you have 3 more hours until leaving and even if you say to her no! no! to enter, when she knocks on the door and wants to come in. When you come to a hotel and especially pay a lot of money for the hotel room, it gives you an unpleasant feeling that they are constantly trying to make more money out of you.
And now a bit of economics for the hotel owners or the hotel manager:
1. Cost of bathroom slippers per cost of simple room - 0.003%.
2. Soft drink cost per cost of simple room - 0.0045%.
3. Cost of shampoo, conditioner, hand soap per cost of simple room - 0.008%.
And the feeling of stinginess and saving on you - hotel/customer 100%!
I would advise you to take this into account...
