It has an underground parking lot which helps a lot, the rooms are cosy and the interior is nothing like in a hotel, more like in a theater 😉staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms are quiet and comfortable

⚜️ The hotel is located on a square right in the center of the city. The staff was very friendly ☺️ The only thing is that the breakfast is modest, but it depends on comparison

At the reception we had a warm welcome, the staff was nice. We got the roomcards we head to the rooms. Evetything was nice and clean, the beds was confy for us

3 and a half ⭐️ Good hotel that could be so much better. Rooms are very dark and dated, the single bed was not very comfortable. Reception staff were quick and efficient

The city has a rich history and a great atmosphere, but hardly any tourists – for the first time in Hungary, I heard Hungarian all around me, and I loved it (I love learning different languages, but 🇭🇺 is really difficult)

Great hotel for soih three stars. The room is a Hairdryer,kettle and mineral water, sugar and sticks with coffee and tea. Pleasant staff. Extensive delicious breakfasts on the principle of Swedish table.

The hotel is very nice. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The location is near to the centre of city. But most important are the hotel staff. Everyone is very kindly, friendly and very helpful.

Nice hotel in the center of the city. Close to shops, bars , restaurants. We were here for the 2nd time for our family vacation. Akos is the best, very funny kind and helpful guy

When I come into any Novotel it feels I came Home. It has atmosphere like this.

Perfect stay! Rooms are nice, clean, and well equipped. Service is very efficient and friendly. Breakfast is very good.

A pleasant and spacious room, with everything you may need such as a safe, kettle, tea, coffee, fridge, TV with Hungarian, English and German channels, but also an HDMI cable coming out of the TV ready for your computer ( there is of course also good, fast and free WIFI)

Excellent breakfast with a Hungarian touch. The city center is a 10-15 minute walk away, and parking next to the hotel is free

Staff lovely, food delightful, couldn’t ask for better, nothing was too much trouble

The food served at the hotel is much better than I anticipated and even the dinner that is offered was really good It's located in a beautiful little city outside of Budapest that was a bit of a surprise

The downstairs is under renovation, quite noisy

Room was very clean, friendly staff, lake view is nice. Breakfast was tasty and plenty of options to choose from. Overall a very pleasant stay and one of the best locations to sleep when driving in Hungary

Adrian at this hotel provided tremendous customer service that was above and beyond what is expected. He found me different accommodations after I was stuck without a room due to no fault of his own

While understandable given the time of year, it was still inconvenient. On the bright side, instead of the triple room we had originally booked, we were upgraded to a two-bedroom apartment, which was a welcome surprise

However, the downside is that the hotel hasn't been renovated in a long time and is in need of a thorough deep clean. Despite daily housekeeping, dust and mold are visible in less accessible areas

One major drawback was the heating system. Although it was mid-May, the heating was turned off, and the ventilation only blew cold air, even when set to warm

The hotel's location is undoubtedly its strongest feature. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making the stay pleasant

Really good accommodation, friendly staff and extremely vast breakfast selection - larges I have ever seen so far through Europe. There is also sauna and parking on site. Highly recommended.

(There is also a great restaurant very close by in case you don't feel like walking too far. ) The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, the room was just big enough, clean and there was plenty of space for our clothes etc

We liked literally everything about our stay. As we travelled by train we appreciated that the hotel is located only 5 minutes away but at the same time it only takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the heart of the town

Also the bathroom was very spacious (and it has a hairdryer!). Staff of the hotel was absolutely amazing, during our stay we've met 5 different receptionist and all of them were very nice and helpful

It's a nice place to stay . The hotel is perfect within the buget . The service was amazing , the receptionist was very helpful. I totally recommend and i will be back here .

I chose this place because I was very pleased the first time. This second time I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom in the room we got. The room looked pretty old and neglected (dusty)

The bed was comfy and the shower pressure was great

Place is located away from main road but close to local petrol station where you can buy freshly bakery and bar with local beer. Rooms are very warm and I wish to big thank you for make that special atmosphere inside

The garden was beautiful and I could enjoy the sun and sunbath there. The decor was really fancy and interesting. Room was clean, modern and smelling nice. Breakfast was nice, with variety and it was delicious

I feel like back in time place I was growing up. Breakfast was outstanding after fulfill resting night. DO NOT CHANGE!! Hope where will be much guests wanted stay next to BALATON but not over crowded place

Great pension, nice and clean rooms. There is a parking in the yard, no reservation needed. Breakfast is also provided and it s very tasty. There is a relaxing area in the yard, with grass and barbecue

I would like to fully recommended this place to stay over night or even nights. For me as professional driver is very important to stay at place I can fully rest after hole day drive
