This is a good hotel for the location. The breakfast is good and the service was friendly. The rooms are dated and mine had a single bed. While I was ok with this some people might be put off.

Only one tea infusion, no milk and one coffee each ! When asked for English tea, the receptionist seemed confused and said there was breakfast in the morning

Nice place right in the middle of town. Our room had 2 beds pushed together, not sure about others. The bathroom is clean and has great pressure in the shower. Breakfast is included with good choices available

Lovely hotel right next to the old town. The room was modern and clean, it had air conditioning which was amazing considering the 39C heat. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was ok too

Really good accommodation, friendly staff and extremely vast breakfast selection - larges I have ever seen so far through Europe. There is also sauna and parking on site. Highly recommended.

There are to improve things and the bathroom could be cleaner, but very cool in the garden, the graffiti walls,and the parking lot in the yard is also good and camera is provided. Great rates, 24-hour front desk

Well.... The rooms are good, but the food is great...! The beer too, cold & plenty of it! The manager, multi lingual, is a hoot. A must, if you’re in the area...!

Breakfast exceeded our expectations, it was very tasty and we could choose from a variety of options. You can also buy tickets for the Bory Vár directly at the reception - definitely a place to visit when you're in town

(There is also a great restaurant very close by in case you don't feel like walking too far. ) The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, the room was just big enough, clean and there was plenty of space for our clothes etc

We liked literally everything about our stay. As we travelled by train we appreciated that the hotel is located only 5 minutes away but at the same time it only takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the heart of the town

Great hotel for soih three stars. The room is a Hairdryer,kettle and mineral water, sugar and sticks with coffee and tea. Pleasant staff. Extensive delicious breakfasts on the principle of Swedish table.

The restaurant is a bit expensive, but also very quality: the service is attentive and fast, the food is perfect. The hotel apartment is like, spacious living room, separate bathroom for single use only

Cold water needs to be carried out because it starts with burning water, overheating in the wall. The air conditioning is quiet, strong, but cannot be started at night, only in the morning

Spent a night here following a trip around Hungary during the week of National Day (and en route to Lake Balaton) the location is good, a few mins drive from Lake Velence (walkable If you'd like) and very quiet

It's a lovely spa with polite staff and well equiped facilities, including (surprisingly) high quality 5-a-side pitch (adtroturf, rubber crumb) and clay tennis court + squash court (didn't see the squash court though though so can't comment too much on it)

Liked the location right next to the beach at Lake velence. The rooms are nice and the food is quite good. We had breakfast and dinner included in our stay. Quite pricey though.

The saunas are good, but the 'main' sauna is so small it can only fit a maximum of 12 people, and so if you want to go to the seance/infusion you have to get a ticket in advance hours beforehand

Out of the Hungarian vacation time, the service was still very good. Each and every area are clean, everything is prepared for the children, even if they were only a few at this time. Food is fine with Hungarian dishes

I got the hugest schnitzel I ever saw in the restaurant. There is a direct access to the lake, although the beach itself is rather small. The hotel is located at a closed, private territory, which is good

Once you find it, the property is located right next to the lake. There is a good bar and restaurant which has been recently renovated. We like the room for our family and we would come again.

The overall demeanor from them was "can't wait to get off work and you are in our way" I hope this is just a summer job for them and this is not the permanent staff. It's VERY obvious they are not happy to be there

The younger girls who work the breakfast/dinner and drink area outside are just not very pleasant. It's very obvious the girls are not happy to be there and quite frankly are very rude

Not a big deal but was noticeable. Patio was super dirty with spider webs everywhere. Food and drinks were 4/5 and overall very enjoyable

The activities and space next to the balaton for the kids and family are the reasons we came and the reason we will return

The view is breath-taking. Silent area, very nice after season is over. Swimming pool is very pleasant. The restaurant downstares is as good as any 5-star hotel restaurant in the capital.

We had a family gathering here that I liked a lot. The food offered was excellent. The restaurant, the conference room, the garden and even the rooms are spacious and nicely maintained

We held our wedding here last year. The food was good, they were helpful in everything. We also maintain a good relationship with the owner. Unfortunately, it has deteriorated a lot this year

We came once for the Lake Balaton festival. The price was fair, so it was off-season. The room was perfect for that night, clean bathroom, comfortable bed and a great view

Wonderful food in the restaurant! We tried the Gulasch, the steak and the Parmesan Chicken - all 5*! Also do not miss the Dreher Bak - dark caramel beer (mmmh)

We had a small, clean room on the second floor, with a view of Lake Balaton. Owners and staff are always very nice and accommodating. Breakfast plentiful and very good. Coffee on the balcony just lovely

It had three matresses perpendicular to how you would normally sleep. This made the bed so uncomfortable, I woke up four times during the night. This issue is specific to the room, I guess

The train unfortunately goes close, but on the one hand it is natural in Balchin and on the other hand it was not overly disturbing. The guest is welcome to return here!

Very nice staff, excellent breakfast. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. Bbq facilities in the garden. Cabins are also available at lower prices, and hotel rooms, higher comfort.

We booked accommodation for the second time, close to the beach, barbecue facilities, perfect location for holding team-building events.

The breakfast had a great variety of options, from fruits up to warm dishes like fried eggs, sausages and pancakes. It was pretty good. Just the coffee was not the best but except that the rest was fine.

It was great to stay at the Premium Hotel Panorama. The location with its wonderful view of Balaton Lake was excellent. During my stay, the staff were very nice and helpful. I would book it again with my family.

Very kind staff, first impression is very good. The wellness center is small but accessible, as many choose to swim on the lakeside, which can be accessed directly from the wellness area at the back gate

Very nice place, clean comfortable friendly staff. The outdoor pool is great for little kids they can play there all day long while you keep an eye on them from the pool bar.

Our room (luxury double), comfortable, clean and quiet. The bathroom unusually spacious! Mattress and pillows are ok for a deep sleep without issues

Clean rooms and shower, nice receptionist. The cleaning ladys are helpfull and nice. Went with a 2 year old no problem. They have a bicycle storage, bit aquard to lift up your bikes if not lightwaight

Hotel exceeded our expectations. Modern, clean, air conditioned room that looks recently renovated. The location of the hotel is excellent, right next to the lake and also next to the parties/pubs/bars street

We're young so it's really nice that right in front of it are some bars and a ferry wheel. In the evening it's a bit loud when you go to bed early but nevertheless you get a good night's sleep

Most of the employees speak English and are really corteous. The hotel is located quite close to the beach, the breakfast is delicious and you can choose between quite a few different things

Some minor downsides were that the bathroom looks like it wasn't renovated like the rest of the room and felt a bit more old/dirty. It was also pretty tiny but nothing too bad

We stayed in the Aphrodite Room; we were very impressed with it - it was big, with high ceiling, beautifully decorated, with a romantic atmosphere - ideal for couples

Our room had a good size, we really liked, the only down part was the water in the shower: it took forever to get warm and it was a very cold day

I spent just one night there but I really enjoyed the place. It has a very nice vibe, the breakfast is just enough, the wellness is clean and organized. The pool was cold, but well, it's winter
