This is a good hotel for the location. The breakfast is good and the service was friendly. The rooms are dated and mine had a single bed. While I was ok with this some people might be put off.

At the reception we had a warm welcome, the staff was nice. We got the roomcards we head to the rooms. Evetything was nice and clean, the beds was confy for us. At the morning the breakfast was good enough, everyone will find something for his taste.

The rooms are clean, easy to reach the hotel. There is a parking down of the hotel. The breakfast is complete, juste one remark there is no pancakes 😉 There is a fitness room and it is possible to take a sauna.

Beautiful red carpet, fabulous interior, friendly service. Temperature control box does not work, or does not do anything at all. The room was chilly. Very dark corridors. Saving on utilities? They claimed that the room had soundproofing, but everything was audible - neighbors and people passing by.

Once you find it, the property is located right next to the lake. There is a good bar and restaurant which has been recently renovated. We like the room for our family and we would come again.

Very strong 4/5 here I only advise you to come if you have children. Upon arrival the staff was exceptionally nice and very welcoming. Very nice and friendly hotel. Food was five stars on 3-4 June 2023 I asked first if parking has fee and they said no. Then at checkout they wanted a parking fee, so I said the day before it was different. So just make sure this parking is clarified before checkin. You might be able to park just on the street in front of the fence.

We came once for the Lake Balaton festival. The price was fair, so it was off-season. The room was perfect for that night, clean bathroom, comfortable bed and a great view. We had breakfast, buffet, we can't complain about that either! Thanks for the hospitality, if we have to deal with it, I think we'll be back!

Wonderful food in the restaurant! We tried the Gulasch, the steak and the Parmesan Chicken - all 5*! Also do not miss the Dreher Bak - dark caramel beer (mmmh). The hotel has a whole new renovated set of rooms and the personal are very friendly :)

We were satisfied with everything. The breakfast is also very delicious. And there are many good things besides accommodation. The quality of the rooms was adequate with modern furniture. I can recommend it to others.

I stayed for 4 nights for work. The hotel staff barely speaks English (except at the front desk). The room is poorly maintained; there was no one available to make me tea or coffee. It was great to stay at the Premium Hotel Panorama. The location with its wonderful view of Balaton Lake was excellent. During my stay, the staff were very nice and helpful. I would book it again with my family.

The breakfast had a great variety of options, from fruits up to warm dishes like fried eggs, sausages and pancakes. It was pretty good. Just the coffee was not the best but except that the rest was fine.

Very kind staff, first impression is very good. The wellness center is small but accessible, as many choose to swim on the lakeside, which can be accessed directly from the wellness area at the back gate. Parking is available, but the number of spaces is limited. The restaurant part is also good, the choice of dishes is not varied, every day is very similar, but I think it's delicious.

Come from England to enjoy the beautiful place that is the Balaton. Really recommend staying here the manager and all his staff made our stay as pleasant as possible.
