This is a good hotel for the location. The breakfast is good and the service was friendly. The rooms are dated and mine had a single bed. While I was ok with this some people might be put off.

At the reception we had a warm welcome, the staff was nice. We got the roomcards we head to the rooms. Evetything was nice and clean, the beds was confy for us. At the morning the breakfast was good enough, everyone will find something for his taste.

The rooms are clean, easy to reach the hotel. There is a parking down of the hotel. The breakfast is complete, juste one remark there is no pancakes 😉 There is a fitness room and it is possible to take a sauna.

A beautiful building in the heart of the town near a small park and at the head of the main pedestrian street, where there are many cafe and bars. A very nice hotel conveniently located in the old town. It has an underground parking lot which helps a lot, the rooms are cosy and the interior is nothing like in a hotel, more like in a theater 😉staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms are quiet and comfortable. Beautiful red carpet, fabulous interior, friendly service. Temperature control box does not work, or does not do anything at all. The room was chilly. Very dark corridors. Saving on utilities? They claimed that the room had soundproofing, but everything was audible - neighbors and people passing by.

Very strong 4/5 here I only advise you to come if you have children. Upon arrival the staff was exceptionally nice and very welcoming. The view is breath-taking. Silent area, very nice after season is over. Swimming pool is very pleasant. The restaurant downstares is as good as any 5-star hotel restaurant in the capital.

Very nice and friendly hotel. Food was five stars on 3-4 June 2023 I asked first if parking has fee and they said no. Then at checkout they wanted a parking fee, so I said the day before it was different. So just make sure this parking is clarified before checkin. You might be able to park just on the street in front of the fence.

We picked it as our wedding location, and it was a great decision! The staff is super nice and flexible. There are lots of flowers everywhere and the garden is also pretty.

We had a family gathering here that I liked a lot. The food offered was excellent. The restaurant, the conference room, the garden and even the rooms are spacious and nicely maintained. The hotel has its own beach, but also indoor fitness area with sauna and jacuzzi. The staff was very friendly, always smiling and helpful.

The place is beautiful. We held our wedding here last year. The food was good, they were helpful in everything. We also maintain a good relationship with the owner. We came once for the Lake Balaton festival. The price was fair, so it was off-season. The room was perfect for that night, clean bathroom, comfortable bed and a great view. We had breakfast, buffet, we can't complain about that either! Thanks for the hospitality, if we have to deal with it, I think we'll be back!

Wonderful food in the restaurant! We tried the Gulasch, the steak and the Parmesan Chicken - all 5*! Also do not miss the Dreher Bak - dark caramel beer (mmmh). The hotel has a whole new renovated set of rooms and the personal are very friendly :)

We had a great experience staying here! The room and the view were beautiful and we loved the saunas and the pool! The location was amazing as it was very close to the lake and you even have access to a private area by the lake that’s part of the hotel. It was great to stay at the Premium Hotel Panorama. The location with its wonderful view of Balaton Lake was excellent. During my stay, the staff were very nice and helpful. I would book it again with my family.

The breakfast had a great variety of options, from fruits up to warm dishes like fried eggs, sausages and pancakes. It was pretty good. Just the coffee was not the best but except that the rest was fine.

Very kind staff, first impression is very good. The wellness center is small but accessible, as many choose to swim on the lakeside, which can be accessed directly from the wellness area at the back gate. Parking is available, but the number of spaces is limited. The restaurant part is also good, the choice of dishes is not varied, every day is very similar, but I think it's delicious.

Location great, staff fantastic, food mediocre or worse and the facility is rather 3 stars. However you do feel well here. Even with small kids. Improvements badly needed: anti slippery surfaces at hotel entry and bathing areas (before a major accident happens), parking lot (please! It’s a no go right now).

Good location, nice and cozy family owned hotel. Restaurant is right on the first floor, Balaton is very close if You want to have a nice swim or walk by. Free parking, friendly staff. Hostess speaks also english, which is very good actually as it is not so common in Hungary by my experience.

Come from England to enjoy the beautiful place that is the Balaton. Really recommend staying here the manager and all his staff made our stay as pleasant as possible. Staff made it 3stars, otherwise it would have been a 2. The facilities are badly in need of maintenance. The seats in the sauna are moving around, creating big holes. Half of the machines in the gym aren't working. There are marks of water leaking in on the ceiling in the restaurant. But again, the staff were amazing, made us feel very welcome.
