I was pleasantly surprised by how professional and clean this hotel was. The staff at the Front Desk were courteous and kind, and helped us quickly and efficiently. Today, October 9, 2021, I had the opportunity to dine there. Delicious food, kind and excellent service, during this time there were 3 groups or arrived. The Lord Attendant was right because he pointed out that the service charge was 10%. He did not accept tips, so I deliberately put the "real thing" in the right back pocket of my jeans.

Very delicious and plentiful food. Oh, and the soup was finally so hot that it didn't get cold at the end.
