The whole environment has a wonderful atmosphere, the garden very quiet and well presented, The Owner Neubauer Sandor really gives a lot of love to this complex as well as the team, I know from experience it is hard to manage a business like these days considering the recent climate

I stayed at this accommodation on two occasions. The place is very beautiful and, in my opinion, it has a slightly vintage style, which is why I liked it so much. The staff is kind, and the room was clean

If you visit this business, I guarantee that you will never forget it as this is a place to go, I would call it a treasure of Hospitality, you will find a fine dining Restaurant as well as a Nostalgia Restaurant, whichever you choose the fabulous experience and mouth watering food is on the spot every time, the team is incredibly accommodating with a big smile on the face, talkative and very informative

Excellent room, spacious and comfortable with all the amenities required. The staff are exceptionally helpful with assisting you to make arrangements and the breakfast is first class…highly recommended!!

Having worked in the food and beverage industry for over 20 years, including vast Managerial experience and during my career I have never experienced such a first class customer service

Of course, I understand that this is a smaller hotel, but I think it would be a good solution. We took part in a wine dinner, which was excellent, and the food was delicious

Stayed here for nearly two weeks. The staff are hospitable and polite. Amazing food served. Felt home away from home. Highly recommended 👍

Pretty much what you’d expect - good without too many frills. Helpful English speaking reception. Good basic breakfast buffet. Good location.

Friendly staff, supposedly really good rooms and a nice bike rental services which we used

The bikes were in good condition and we were able to give them back at a different rental location which proved to be really useful

Ultra kind staff with the nice, spacious room and the big bathroom. Building is relique, and the alleyways are tiny what makes you feel like in the older house. Prices are adequate to the quality it offers

Breakfast was good and every staff member speaks English and even some speak other languages. Staff kindly explains tourists spots and explains a lot of cool places to visit. For the price, it's highly above average

Comfortable, with friendly and understanding staff, good wi-fi connection, and very reasonably priced! Walls are a bit thin, but it's not crowded, so you don't usually notice.

It have the Best service. Their customer handling is very inviting and the rooms and the view is amazing. The place is better in person than in the pic tho .

Great little Auberge; the barrista/host Máté was incredibly charming, speaking bits of French and German with quite good English

Very nice place with a great view to the green fields from the balkony (if you are in the upper appartment), The kitchen had a water cooker, a microwave and a espresso coffee machine. The Place was perfect for 3 people

Very nice place, equipped with everything for baking and cooking The room has a microwave, kettle and refrigerator, and there is also a shared oven :) The people who work there are very helpful

The hotel is very nice. The room was nice and spacious. Purity everywhere. Private car park, nice garden.

On the minus side: - food in buffet is varied and attention is given to restricted diets but whatever runs out isn't always refilled, so go early - elevators are sloooooow :D - skyrose bar has great view but slow service, so be prepared to wait On the plus side: - good sauna variety (but not always at the indicated temperature) - interior pools (nothing special but handy when the weather's bad) -...

The elevators are very slow especially during dinner and breakfast time. We got floor towels instead of normal big towels. the receptionist said they will send us towels but they didn't

Very good location (Balaton Lake is only 100 m; hotel has its own beach at the Lake); delicious food (every day different dishes!); rooms are big enough, new, comfortable, clean (good view to the Balaton); wellness is average (except saunas, which are varied, you can choose from 5 types); Air conditioning is not settable by yourself (sometimes it was too cold in the room)

They only cleaned my room twice, and on one of those occasions, they cleaned the room but not the bathroom! Unexplainable! I had to go out and get towels after a long day at work. Dinner was buffet-style, nothing special

We had a great experience staying here! The room and the view were beautiful and we loved the saunas and the pool! The location was amazing as it was very close to the lake and you even have access to a private area by the lake that’s part of the hotel

For families with children it is also a perfect choice, there is a swimming pool, small football field, sandpit, ping pong table and close to Lake Balaton

Very good and comfortable place. Kind and helpful staff. Excellent buffet breakfast. Both the pool and the environment perfectly met our expectations.

The train unfortunately goes close, but on the one hand it is natural in Balchin and on the other hand it was not overly disturbing. The guest is welcome to return here!

This Mediterranean hotel is a real gem among the accommodations on Lake Balaton. They are kind, friendly, attentive

Cosy place with nice land around.

A nice place to stay even for a couple days, has interior swimming pool, private parking and comfy rooms. Offers breakfast or lunch meals.

There were our course a few choices. The hotel has a little wellness spa: a small pool, jacuzzi, sauna and stream room, but the rooms don't come with bath robes or hair dryers

Rooms can be upgraded with newer TVs and beds , but service and food and location are great. Very very good food and not expensive.

It's a nice, quiet little place. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are not too large but OK. We had breakfast only and while it was delicious and filling, it was every day the same

Altogether it's better than you'd think for it's 3 stars

Bikes available to use, and in summer season you can rent SUP as well. They have a nice playground and a small outdoor kids pool

We are returnees to this hotel for various reasons. It is nice and quiet even in high season and has a private Balaton beach. The kitchen staff is very accommodating to requests, and other staff is also very helpful

Their private beach is nice as well, though open to the public, it is never crowded. Really great value for the money! My only complaint, is that the coffee at breakfast is really bad 😀

This hotel is a complete throw back, stay here and go back in time 30 years. The food is hearty, the staff friendly (I got to learn some Hungarian from one of the wait staff)

Everything was wonderful! The staff is great, always smiling. If you have any kind of problem or complaint, they strive to find a solution right away

You won’t get good internet service but you will get a chance to really relax and take some lovely swims and walks
