If you visit this business, I guarantee that you will never forget it as this is a place to go, I would call it a treasure of Hospitality, you will find a fine dining Restaurant as well as a Nostalgia Restaurant, whichever you choose the fabulous experience and mouth watering food is on the spot every time, the team is incredibly accommodating with a big smile on the face, talkative and very informative

Having worked in the food and beverage industry for over 20 years, including vast Managerial experience and during my career I have never experienced such a first class customer service

The whole environment has a wonderful atmosphere, the garden very quiet and well presented, The Owner Neubauer Sandor really gives a lot of love to this complex as well as the team, I know from experience it is hard to manage a business like these days considering the recent climate

I was pleasantly surprised by how professional and clean this hotel was. The staff at the Front Desk were courteous and kind, and helped us quickly and efficiently

In fact, my Hospitality journey started in this Hotel at 1998 and ever since my heart brings me back to admire this such a charming restaurant

Great staff, breakfast, location and ambiance. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, excellent shower. Resteraunt attached is top tier.

Staff went out of their way to help me as a stranger that maneuvered himself into an unfortunate (and pretty idiotic. Absolute legends, all of them. Next time I'll be in town I bring cake or ice cream! Köszönöm

The beds were comfortable; the air conditioning kept the room cold in the middle of the summer; the staff was very nice and helpful; the breakfast was included in room cost and was very good

An excellent hotel to stay at this city, very attentive. English speaking which helped us as we were non nationals on business travel.

Every time we stop on Veszprem this is the go to hotel, even if it for one night. Modern, clean, and with friendly staff.

Friendly, at the same time elegant place with imaginative, neat interior. Cosy rooms, caring service, good food.

We had some problems with the warm water in the first room but we got a new room immediately after reportimg the problem. The wellness facilities are great. The restaurant serves nice local dishes

Great spa and wellness center, good hotel, comfortable rooms. The food in restaurant is good, however, there is no ice-cream for the kids and that's rather unfortunate in the summer

Overall the staff is super friendly and helpful, the young male restaurant waiters are a bit lame, they could use some hospitality training. Overall, a great little hotel

I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good rest

Excellent hotel with excellent, nice, and friendly staff. The food was very delicious. We will definitely visit the place again and recommend it to others with family or collages.

The bikes were in good condition and we were able to give them back at a different rental location which proved to be really useful

Ultra kind staff with the nice, spacious room and the big bathroom. Building is relique, and the alleyways are tiny what makes you feel like in the older house. Prices are adequate to the quality it offers

Breakfast was good and every staff member speaks English and even some speak other languages. Staff kindly explains tourists spots and explains a lot of cool places to visit. For the price, it's highly above average

Comfortable, with friendly and understanding staff, good wi-fi connection, and very reasonably priced! Walls are a bit thin, but it's not crowded, so you don't usually notice.

It have the Best service. Their customer handling is very inviting and the rooms and the view is amazing. The place is better in person than in the pic tho .

The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet and the breakfast (and his umami omelette was delicious). I highly recommend this treasure of an accommodation

Great little Auberge; the barrista/host Máté was incredibly charming, speaking bits of French and German with quite good English

Amazing cozy place with home like feeling. Very good location 15 mins walk from the castle and 5 mins walk from Balaton plaza - a small mall that has everything you need. Picked us up from the train station right on time

Beautiful garden, exceptionally clean and very comfortable stay. Host was accommodating & couldn't do enough to make our stay home from home. Stunning well kept garden to enjoy morning coffee

Very nice place with a great view to the green fields from the balkony (if you are in the upper appartment), The kitchen had a water cooker, a microwave and a espresso coffee machine. The Place was perfect for 3 people

We had a 1 night stay with my boyfriend in off-season period, so we didn't us the pool, but the villa itself has a beautiful location with amazing lake view, the rooms are good size with nice bathrooms, the owner is extremely helpful and kind, it was just like a stay at home

The hotel is beautiful . We stayed in the 9 room hotel with no other guests . There is a panoramic view of the Balaton from our balcony. There is a steep hill to go down to walk to the city center .

The room was adequate with a fabulous view. The owner is fair, he even came to the train station in front of us. There was order and cleanliness, the rooms were demanding.

The wooden house is a bit retro, but clean, comfortable and cozy. There is everything you need, including washing and cooking facilities.

The many plants are beautiful and well-kept, despite the fact that several old trees have already had to be cut down. The city center and Lake Balaton can be reached quickly from the back gate

The bungalows are simple, but the kitchen is well equipped. The row of tables in front of small houses is also very suitable. The shower room has also been renovated, but it is quite small

They work with friendly, kind staff. It is suitable for groups because there is a fireplace with wine and a spacious terrace with many tables

The beds are simple but comfortable. We could pack it in a modern wardrobe

Renovated room with new windows, doors, furniture, everything. Good sound isolation. Refrigerator in the room. The kitchen is well equipped.

Very nice place, equipped with everything for baking and cooking The room has a microwave, kettle and refrigerator, and there is also a shared oven :) The people who work there are very helpful

The staff was very friendly and always did there very best to make the tourists feel welcomed and comfortable

The hotel is very nice. The room was nice and spacious. Purity everywhere. Private car park, nice garden.

We had a great experience staying here! The room and the view were beautiful and we loved the saunas and the pool! The location was amazing as it was very close to the lake and you even have access to a private area by the lake that’s part of the hotel

On the minus side: - food in buffet is varied and attention is given to restricted diets but whatever runs out isn't always refilled, so go early - elevators are sloooooow :D - skyrose bar has great view but slow service, so be prepared to wait On the plus side: - good sauna variety (but not always at the indicated temperature) - interior pools (nothing special but handy when the weather's bad) -...

Excellent hotel, delicious food, breakfast and dinner,large selection of food. Excellent spa, swimming pools, 4 types of sauna, steam bath, everything excellent

Considering the reception staff are the face of the hotel, they were not that friendly, welcoming or professional. One young dark haired woman in particular. The service/staff in the sky rose bar require more training

Nice hotel in a great town, but we have a few remarks after staying there for several nights: 1. TVs are a bit outdated, they lack smart TV, so you can't broadcast YouTube on them from your devices

For families with children it is also a perfect choice, there is a swimming pool, small football field, sandpit, ping pong table and close to Lake Balaton

Very good and comfortable place. Kind and helpful staff. Excellent buffet breakfast. Both the pool and the environment perfectly met our expectations.

The train unfortunately goes close, but on the one hand it is natural in Balchin and on the other hand it was not overly disturbing. The guest is welcome to return here!

This Mediterranean hotel is a real gem among the accommodations on Lake Balaton. They are kind, friendly, attentive

A nice place to stay even for a couple days, has interior swimming pool, private parking and comfy rooms. Offers breakfast or lunch meals.

There were our course a few choices. The hotel has a little wellness spa: a small pool, jacuzzi, sauna and stream room, but the rooms don't come with bath robes or hair dryers

Rooms can be upgraded with newer TVs and beds , but service and food and location are great. Very very good food and not expensive.

It's a nice, quiet little place. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are not too large but OK. We had breakfast only and while it was delicious and filling, it was every day the same

Altogether it's better than you'd think for it's 3 stars

The food is very tasty and in a good prices. Place has access to the lake with its own cute marina. There are lots of things to do like tennis or the wellness section, which is in a very good condition

Their private beach is nice as well, though open to the public, it is never crowded. Really great value for the money! My only complaint, is that the coffee at breakfast is really bad 😀

Everything was wonderful! The staff is great, always smiling. If you have any kind of problem or complaint, they strive to find a solution right away

The view to tge lake from the balcony is absolutely amazing!Also the reception area is nice and the room has renovated doors and windows, also it has all the basic necessities and even the bed is very comfortable

Most of the equipment is really from the past decade, the AC costs extra per each day, the shower was clugged when we arrived and it seams that cleanliness is not really the very first priority

All in all it served it's purpose for spending a few relaxing days by the lake Balaton at close proximity but nothing special. Considering this, I felt he price range was a little high

The meals are good, but tends to run out of variety options for food if you arrive a little late
