Great staff, breakfast, location and ambiance. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, excellent shower. Resteraunt attached is top tier.

I was pleasantly surprised by how professional and clean this hotel was. The staff at the Front Desk were courteous and kind, and helped us quickly and efficiently. Furthermore, the Spa Area was a real plus, with a beautiful pool, sauna and steam room. It was a perfect oasis for my family while I attended to work for my business trip to Veszprem. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting...

My favorite part was the garden when we stayed here. It is beautiful. Rooms are ok but I feel like the bathroom would need some update. Breakfast was quite simple and definitely not a 4 star quality. The spa part quite small.

The food was amazing with a good ambiance,only the restaurant guest was so loud that’s the highlighting thing.Rest all is fabulous😅

Pretty much what you’d expect - good without too many frills. Helpful English speaking reception. Good basic breakfast buffet. Good location.

Nice, quiet hotel centrally located in Veszprem. The beds were comfortable; the air conditioning kept the room cold in the middle of the summer; the staff was very nice and helpful; the breakfast was included in room cost and was very good. I would highly recommend staying here, as the price was exceptional for the quality of the hotel. 5/5 experience.

Every time we stop on Veszprem this is the go to hotel, even if it for one night. Modern, clean, and with friendly staff.

Great spa and wellness center, good hotel, comfortable rooms. The food in restaurant is good, however, there is no ice-cream for the kids and that's rather unfortunate in the summer. Overall the staff is super friendly and helpful, the young male restaurant waiters are a bit lame, they could use some hospitality training. Overall, a great little hotel. Lovely hotel. Excellent service. The staff is very nice. We had some problems with the warm water in the first room but we got a new room immediately after reportimg the problem. The wellness facilities are great. The restaurant serves nice local dishes. The breakfast could be a little bit better though.

Very nice place with a great view to the green fields from the balkony (if you are in the upper appartment), The kitchen had a water cooker, a microwave and a espresso coffee machine. The Place was perfect for 3 people... Thanks for being your guest.

Location is superb, only 15 minutes walk from city centre. Breakfast was excellent!

Friendly staff, supposedly really good rooms and a nice bike rental services which we used. The bikes were in good condition and we were able to give them back at a different rental location which proved to be really useful.
