I stayed at this accommodation on two occasions. The place is very beautiful and, in my opinion, it has a slightly vintage style, which is why I liked it so much. The staff is kind, and the room was clean. There is also a spa available, which is relatively large. The only thing that I think could be improved is having a wider breakfast selection. Of course, I understand that this is a smaller hotel...

Excellent room, spacious and comfortable with all the amenities required. The staff are exceptionally helpful with assisting you to make arrangements and the breakfast is first class…highly recommended!!

5* isn’t high enough for this business. Having worked in the food and beverage industry for over 20 years, including vast Managerial experience and during my career I have never experienced such a first class customer service. Pretty much what you’d expect - good without too many frills. Helpful English speaking reception. Good basic breakfast buffet. Good location.

Friendly staff, supposedly really good rooms and a nice bike rental services which we used. The bikes were in good condition and we were able to give them back at a different rental location which proved to be really useful.

Very nice place with a great view to the green fields from the balkony (if you are in the upper appartment), The kitchen had a water cooker, a microwave and a espresso coffee machine. The Place was perfect for 3 people... Thanks for being your guest.

Nice hotel in a good location Needed a hotel to stay at for the night. Service was excellent, room was a bit dirty when we arrived but they cleaned it quickly, the complimentary breakfast was great. Overall great hotel.

The hotel has a bad smell due to humidity on the 2nd floor due to some guest installing clothesline along the corridor in front of the rooms. I had a clogged sink in my room and there is no support to place the body wash, so when taking a shower you have to place the body wash on the floor. This hotel definitelly is so far away of being a 4 star.

The elevators are very slow especially during dinner and breakfast time. We got floor towels instead of normal big towels. the receptionist said they will send us towels but they didn't. So we didn't have any towels. The water was leaking from the shower. The hotel was beautiful but I wasn’t satisfied with any of the services.

1. The location of the hotel is very good and convenient. 2. The cleanliness of the hotel was also good, and have no big complaints apart from that that cleaning ladies ignore the “do not disturb” door sign and enter no matter what. (See video) 3. Excellent hotel, delicious food, breakfast and dinner,large selection of food. Hygiene at a high level. Excellent spa, swimming pools, 4 types of sauna, steam bath, everything excellent. Polite staff. I recommend this hotel!

I stayed for 4 nights for work. The hotel staff barely speaks English (except at the front desk). The room is poorly maintained; there was no one available to make me tea or coffee. Housekeeping was the worst experience. They only cleaned my room twice, and on one of those occasions, they cleaned the room but not the bathroom! Unexplainable! I had to go out and get towels after a long day at work....

Great location and the redesign was done beautifully. Only thing lacking is the food. I felt like they could use more waiters at times and the food tasted cheap and spiceless.

Hotel located in the foot of the castle hill, close to the small river. The train station is 3 km far away, what can be done in 45 minutes walking. Close to the hotel there is 1 restaurant with terrace but you can reach the city center in 10 minutes walking where you can find more restaurants and shops and the monuments. The room was good quiet and comfortable. Wifi good, breakfast good, nice staff

Nice hotel in nice location. The receptionists has been also nice and able to speak English. The room equipment is not the newest, but still ok. The parking lot is not too big, but it was not a problem during our visit, we was able to park. The WiFi was working.

Nice place and location. Great service and personnel. The rooms on the 2-nd floor are rather small with thin walls and huge pillows, at least for my taste.
