Great staff, breakfast, location and ambiance. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, excellent shower. Resteraunt attached is top tier.

I was pleasantly surprised by how professional and clean this hotel was. The staff at the Front Desk were courteous and kind, and helped us quickly and efficiently. Furthermore, the Spa Area was a real plus, with a beautiful pool, sauna and steam room. It was a perfect oasis for my family while I attended to work for my business trip to Veszprem. My favorite part was the garden when we stayed here. It is beautiful. Rooms are ok but I feel like the bathroom would need some update. Breakfast was quite simple and definitely not a 4 star quality. The spa part quite small.

Nice, quiet hotel centrally located in Veszprem. The beds were comfortable; the air conditioning kept the room cold in the middle of the summer; the staff was very nice and helpful; the breakfast was included in room cost and was very good. I would highly recommend staying here, as the price was exceptional for the quality of the hotel. 5/5 experience.

Every time we stop on Veszprem this is the go to hotel, even if it for one night. Modern, clean, and with friendly staff.

Great spa and wellness center, good hotel, comfortable rooms. The food in restaurant is good, however, there is no ice-cream for the kids and that's rather unfortunate in the summer. Lovely hotel. Excellent service. The staff is very nice. We had some problems with the warm water in the first room but we got a new room immediately after reportimg the problem. The wellness facilities are great. The restaurant serves nice local dishes. The breakfast could be a little bit better though.

Very close to the centre yet a really quiet and hidden place, good for lunch and dinner as well. Reasonable prices, nice and helpful staff. Elegant inside, cozy outside.

Very nice simple hotel slightly out of the center of Veszprem Hungary. Food is very good, if not elegant and is consistent. Very clean and nicely appointed rooms. I stay here whenever I'm in this area.

Cute little hotel with beautiful grounds. Good food at the restaurant, including a variety of tapas options. Short, but uphill walk to the sites on the hill.

Friendly staff, supposedly really good rooms and a nice bike rental services which we used. The bikes were in good condition and we were able to give them back at a different rental location which proved to be really useful.

Great location and the redesign was done beautifully. Only thing lacking is the food. I felt like they could use more waiters at times and the food tasted cheap and spiceless.

We had a great experience staying here! The room and the view were beautiful and we loved the saunas and the pool! The location was amazing as it was very close to the lake and you even have access to a private area by the lake that’s part of the hotel. Highly recommend this place and we will definitely come back to stay here again!

Good value for families with kids with small caveats. Nice hotel in a great town, but we have a few remarks after staying there for several nights: 1. TVs are a bit outdated, they lack smart TV, so you can't broadcast YouTube on them from your devices. 2. Drinks dispensers don't work during dinner, so you have to order drinks from staff, and not all of them speak English, some of them can mishear your order and bring something else. 3. Hotel located in the foot of the castle hill, close to the small river. The train station is 3 km far away, what can be done in 45 minutes walking. Close to the hotel there is 1 restaurant with terrace but you can reach the city center in 10 minutes walking where you can find more restaurants and shops and the monuments. Nice hotel in nice location. The receptionists has been also nice and able to speak English. The room equipment is not the newest, but still ok. The parking lot is not too big, but it was not a problem during our visit, we was able to park. The WiFi was working.

Nice place and location. Great service and personnel. The rooms on the 2-nd floor are rather small with thin walls and huge pillows, at least for my taste.

Stunning castle-view room and excellent location. Minor maintanance issues. Breakfast is fresh but the plates are super small.

I stayed here for 5 nights and there was no cleaning done in any of the days. The only thing housekeeping did was change the towels. No dusting, no cleaning the bathroom, it was a dissapointment. On the plus side and the reason for the 3 stars: the location of this property - city center, great view, close to stores and bars - and really good breakfast.
