Nice, quiet hotel centrally located in Veszprem. The beds were comfortable; the air conditioning kept the room cold in the middle of the summer; the staff was very nice and helpful; the breakfast was included in room cost and was very good. I would highly recommend staying here, as the price was exceptional for the quality of the hotel. 5/5 experience.

My favorite part was the garden when we stayed here. It is beautiful. Rooms are ok but I feel like the bathroom would need some update. Breakfast was quite simple and definitely not a 4 star quality. The spa part quite small.

Today, October 9, 2021, I had the opportunity to dine there. Delicious food, kind and excellent service, during this time there were 3 groups or arrived. The Lord Attendant was right because he pointed out that the service charge was 10%. He did not accept tips, so I deliberately put the "real thing" in the right back pocket of my jeans.

Very delicious and plentiful food. Oh, and the soup was finally so hot that it didn't get cold at the end.

We had a great time. The waiters are professional, kind, fast. The menu has no more pages, only 1, in exchange for everything fresh! Better than a 3-day-old stew... Cute little hotel with beautiful grounds. Good food at the restaurant, including a variety of tapas options. Short, but uphill walk to the sites on the hill.

Friendly staff, supposedly really good rooms and a nice bike rental services which we used. The bikes were in good condition and we were able to give them back at a different rental location which proved to be really useful.

We had a great experience staying here! The room and the view were beautiful and we loved the saunas and the pool! The location was amazing as it was very close to the lake and you even have access to a private area by the lake that’s part of the hotel. TVs are a bit outdated, they lack smart TV, so you can't broadcast YouTube on them from your devices. 2. Very basic, but it's not for the hotel (a little bit of retro) experience it's for the location by the lake. Swimming pool, basic outdoor gym, tennis, table tennis, garden chess, pool table, bike rental all available. If you can, book the premium wing.

What an amazing place. Highly recommend! This town in general is inspiring and historical. The hotel specifically is just breathtaking; from the details of the furniture to the crispy fresh croissant in breakfast, or Hugo the cute dog that is resting peacefully in the yard. Exactly what you would expect, the staff were open to solve our difficulties regarding booking on the spot.

Stayed here in Summer 2019 and it was glorious. The mini houses were fun and well air-conditioned. 10 minute walk from the beach. Tennis courts which were good for my husband and kids to practise on. The only problem was the owner accused my children first about a leak in the paddling pool instead of the young girls near by, when my boys were completely innocent. Kids want to come back.

Ok room with some problems such as broken shower door and bad WiFi, okay breakfast, the waiter doesn’t know English, too much shower gel and now shampoo.

The receptionist is very nice and friendly. The breakfast was of a big variety, but not the best quality. Unfortunately, we had a lot of ants in the bathroom, and the WiFi wasn't working in the bedroom.

We stayed here two nights.everything was fantastic .Clean and specious room,professional foods and specially friendly and helpful stuff but the negative point is that they don't tell you about the drinks you order in the resturant at dinner time that are not included in halfboard and you have to pay service even for the water!

Very nice hotel, the rooms are nice, the food is outstanding, the spa is amazing (though standard in Hungary for these kinds of hotels). The lack of smart TV option, and the severely bad treatment of the staff resulting in an overworked and understaffed team really left a bad taste in our mouth. If it wasn't for the genuinely incredible effort of the staff, our stay would have been ruined.

For sure above my expectations. Nice SPA with four different types of sauna and a pool with watter warmer than usual in other hotels (whic I really liked!). Great hotel in general and great value for money!

Everything was awesome, the staff was kind, the food was really cool, not to mention the spa. It is also possible to rent a bike. The classic rooms felt like a bit old (furniture, design), but this was the lowest category so it would be a same to give 4 because of this. 🙂

Nice hotel close to restaurants and great relax department. On the downside, the beds in our room were not great, and there is no hotel beach access.

The hotel is centrally located in Balatonfured near to the coast. The environs are really nice. We've been there for bowling. The bowling area is okay but there are some technical equipment which should be brought to state-of-the-art. Nevertheless the hotel is beautiful and has a nice wellness area as well as all the necessary services.

A cozy, elegant, good located hotel with specious rooms, in a historic building. It is located next to the city centre and the beach. The staff are nice and polite, though the housekeeper was careless with our plush penguins. Overall it is a good place to be even in the winter.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location is great in a quiet area but also just 5mins walk from the lake Balaton with a few decent restaurants and bars around. have had a 3 days getaway with my family, overall was a good experience especially the food court. The main chief was very polite and did well the job there were a wide range of tasty foods, although the rooms could have been more modern just because the furnitures looked like middle of 20th century and it's involved to the bathroom either.

Nice hotel. Divided into older and new part. Rooms are nice and clean. The staff does not speak English very well but we managed. Hotel has private beach which is nice and safe. Also plenty of indoor and outdoor pools and slides, water twister, jacuzzis etc. It's a pity the pools and the beach close at like 8am in summer. Food was good as well.

This is a nice place with good food. I give it just 4 stars, because the hotel is a little bit outdated and the staff could have been nicer. In the restaurant they are nice, but at the reception not that much. The swimming pools are fun.

Hard one to rate! Honestly, the place is excellent, the facilities are great and the two bartenders, I think Tamas and Vivien, were lovely. However, we were turned away from attending breakfast in a robe in a slightly rude manner, then were offered to have breakfast to our room without being informed on the extra charges this entails. Plus, you have to make sure you get your towel card back every time...

Quite a lovely resort and the staff was wonderful. We were there before the busy season started so we almost had the place to ourselves. The indoor heated pools are magnificent with lots of jets and ways to sit / lounge and enjoy them.

I did not spend any nights here, but had a coffee and a drink in the bar and asked the staff to show me the hotel facilities. Spa is really nice, the view is beatiful to the Balaton from the rooms. It has its own beach.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. The only negative area is the food. We spent there 4 days but the breakfast was the same every morning. The dinner was decent. This is why I gave only 4 stars instead of 5.

A very nice hotel to go with the family. Have an hour from Epleny ski resort, it's a great place to sleep after a ski day. You get a free entrance to the swimming pools and spa, that are really nice. Dinner and breakfast are ok and the hotel is comfortable

We had a great time, you can feel yourself at home in this very friendly hotel. The Finn sauna is as hot as it should be, the whole spa is very nice. Breakfast and dinner were exceptionally good. All I can say is we'll go back!

Our room was old but clean. Forget breakfast, the coffee is not even worth mentioning. The dinner is ok, meals vary and as a vegetarian you always have different choices of vegetables. Customer Service is nice and speaks mostly German and / or English. If they used a real coffee and put in some new beds, it would help the place a lot. Very strong 4/5 here I only advise you to come if you have children. Upon arrival the staff was exceptionally nice and very welcoming. The entire bottom floor/lobby/kids play area/ dining is all 5/5 new and very top tier. The rooms definitely are on the older side. Very nice and friendly hotel. Food was five stars on 3-4 June 2023 I asked first if parking has fee and they said no. Then at checkout they wanted a parking fee, so I said the day before it was different. So just make sure this parking is clarified before checkin. You might be able to park just on the street in front of the fence.

Excellent sport and spa facility. Priceless view from the pool to the beach. Very kids friendly. Easy to reach.

Once you find it, the property is located right next to the lake. There is a good bar and restaurant which has been recently renovated. We like the room for our family and we would come again.

I got the hugest schnitzel I ever saw in the restaurant. It was good too. There is a direct access to the lake, although the beach itself is rather small. The hotel is located at a closed, private territory, which is good.

Located close to the lake Balaton at Sió canal. Food and rooms I’d consider it as average. The indoor pool is good also the water temperature is ok. However the roof terrace of the pool is quite dirty.

Great breakfast on the terrace overlooking Lake Balaton, cleanliness, very nice staff. Large enclosed garden, perfect for everything from sports to smoking. In bad weather in the building ping-pong, rex, table football. It is also a perfect choice for couples and families.
