I stayed at this accommodation on two occasions. The place is very beautiful and, in my opinion, it has a slightly vintage style, which is why I liked it so much. The staff is kind, and the room was clean. There is also a spa available, which is relatively large. The only thing that I think could be improved is having a wider breakfast selection. Of course, I understand that this is a smaller hotel...

Having worked in the food and beverage industry for over 20 years, including vast Managerial experience and during my career I have never experienced such a first class customer service. Today, October 9, 2021, I had the opportunity to dine there. Delicious food, kind and excellent service, during this time there were 3 groups or arrived. The Lord Attendant was right because he pointed out that the service charge was 10%. He did not accept tips, so I deliberately put the "real thing" in the right back pocket of my jeans.

Very delicious and plentiful food. Oh, and the soup was finally so hot that it didn't get cold at the end.

We had a great time. The waiters are professional, kind, fast. The menu has no more pages, only 1, in exchange for everything fresh! Better than a 3-day-old stew... Friendly staff, supposedly really good rooms and a nice bike rental services which we used. The bikes were in good condition and we were able to give them back at a different rental location which proved to be really useful.

Hotel located in the foot of the castle hill, close to the small river. The train station is 3 km far away, what can be done in 45 minutes walking. Close to the hotel there is 1 restaurant with terrace but you can reach the city center in 10 minutes walking where you can find more restaurants and shops and the monuments. The room was good quiet and comfortable. Wifi good, breakfast good, nice staff

Nice hotel in nice location. The receptionists has been also nice and able to speak English. The room equipment is not the newest, but still ok. The parking lot is not too big, but it was not a problem during our visit, we was able to park. The WiFi was working.

Simply Superb. Excellent in every respect. I have stayed in worse 5 star hotels. All staff from cleaners to reception staff were friendly, accomodating, pleasant and helpful. We attended a family wedding and the staff obviously made efforts to ensure they even dressed appropriately.

I had pleasure of staying in their new rooms, beautifully decorated, extremely clean and fresh. Nespresso coffee machine in the room with quality coffee. Very comfortable bed and quality pillow. Staff warm welcome and very helpful. Only one thing missing no lift for the elderly and would be nice to have a pool and spa

A real surprise in the city inn, my room was next to the big green park with beautiful Castle view. I had a balcony too. The restaurant is excellent, parking place is FREE of charge, the wifi connection is good in public places and in the room too.

We have visited them several times, now we spent one night here in August. Staying here as a passerby is perfect. Friendly staff, clean new air-conditioned rooms, breakfast available. The city center is a pleasant walk away. We love the place :)

The sport hotel is okay, but not what you expect when you book a 4-star hotel. The rooms are small but clean. It is located to the back of the Sports bar.

Convenient location, Tesco is so close. bathroom and bedroom are nice. has a mini kitchen, fridge. useful for a short stop and then continue. Cons:WiFi is too weak, barely connects, and signal on TV is to weak also.

It is outside the city, but the environment and the workers are nice, clean and friendly.

Great little Auberge; the barrista/host Máté was incredibly charming, speaking bits of French and German with quite good English. The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet and the breakfast (and his umami omelette was delicious). I highly recommend this treasure of an accommodation.

Ultra kind staff with the nice, spacious room and the big bathroom. Building is relique, and the alleyways are tiny what makes you feel like in the older house. Prices are adequate to the quality it offers. Breakfast was good and every staff member speaks English and even some speak other languages. I strongly advice you to order dinner. We did not expect anything special, only a simple dinner but it was a very pleasant suprise. Even in a restaurant you will not get food that good at this price. Very nice hotel/restaurant/bar. Super friendly staff, nice rooms and great breakfast. Also has a spa area, bowling etc (which I unfortunately couldn't test due to lack of time) and lots of steampunk elements in the bar. Definitely worth a visit, I can only recommend it.

It's a good place when you play bowling with your acquaintances. There are some kind of food and you can order alcohol. It's a good accommodation in Veszprém. I advice Völgyikút's house

Great place for teambuilding events (bowling) or for any group to have a quick bite and drinks on the terrace. There is a large garden next to it with a little lake which is good for chilling in the afternoon and being in nature yet very close to the centre.

Great place for team get-fat-eat-lots events, very professional waiters, great food, not extremely pricy.

Nice hotel in a good location Needed a hotel to stay at for the night. Service was excellent, room was a bit dirty when we arrived but they cleaned it quickly, the complimentary breakfast was great. Overall great hotel.

The hotel has a bad smell due to humidity on the 2nd floor due to some guest installing clothesline along the corridor in front of the rooms. I had a clogged sink in my room and there is no support to place the body wash, so when taking a shower you have to place the body wash on the floor. This hotel definitelly is so far away of being a 4 star.
