The pool section way more higher above the average, opportunity to get a really good thai massage is fantastic! I tried and worth it! The food again on higher level than average, my fav dishes the soups but everything else is so good - if you see somewhere paprika be aware of - very spicy: ) ive been first time here, surprised of the skypool and the quality of food

Excellent spa, with many attractions.

Very well received by the reception, the breakfast and evening food is good. We also enjoyed the pool and 2 bikes, everything was well arranged for us. Also in the area enough places to find lunch, walking etc etc

There is no doubt that the hotel is outdated, but it is super clean and the food is very nice and tasty. Service at the diner is half of the RB hotel price

Even if the hotel was stuck in the 80s, you would have a good time. The only downside is that with Freya Hotel, you do not get access to Thermal World

It's a 3 star hotel. Good thing about it you can walk to the thermal bath from the hotel through a covered tunnel. Food is tasty but sometimes boring. Rooms are small, outdated but clean. Beds are comfortable.

The air coolers in the rooms are really old and very very loud, so are the ventillators in the bathroom and toilet. The experience was okay, but we will probably check out an other hotel next time, to compare

We spent 11 nights/12 days in the hotel, not the first time. The staff is attentive, the room/bathroom is clean, and the catering has changed in a VERY good direction.

It was a pleasant experience in this smaller, but also very nice hotel. Personal is kind and friendly. Family room is large, practical you have anything you need.

The room was renovated and clean. There was free parking and an elevator. The only thing that is not of adequate quality is the food. The room included a daily bath ticket. The spa is a 5-minute walk from here

They are still working out a few minor issues to work out as they are so new, but nothing significant. We would definitely stay again, and hope to in the future

Very nice hotel and clean rooms but kitchen is poor. During Holidays in Hungary we are used to much better food than here. Even so, we had a great vacation in this hotel. I recommend it to everyone.

Not very friendly nor professional staff at the reception. They wanted to charge us the amount that we have already paid for our stay and didn' t even bother to appologize afterwards

This is a great place to take the family away for a fun vacation. The hotel is directly connected to the water park, making things very easy. Our room was nice, and as it was new no issues

One of the best location around Zalakaros. I stayed here several times for business and private. Hozel staff is very nice and helpful

Hotel is connected with the Zalakaros Spa where you can enjoy thermal pools onside and outside with children as well also during winter. Food is delicious with a wide broad of selection

Anyway I think nobody will disturb during your holiday, it's a quiet place. They serve swedish breakfast table and menu for lunch and dinner. The thermal bath is close to the hotel entrance (100m maximum)

This hotel is a good choice if you want a cheap accommodation. They have elevator, the average age is 40+, sometimes you will meet families with children

You can leave the thermal spa anytime, at the hotel reception you can get a returning card if you are they guest

The rooms are spacious, the staff are friendly and tries to help you. Different activities for children, playground and toys The SPA is big enough with several pools and different kind of saunas

Not sure how they got a 4 star rating; rather 3 star in my opinion. It's all about the thermal water, which they've done nicely. Dinner is buffet style, with very limited choice

Peaceful environment, spacious rooms, and excellent, healthy food prepared with care - the dinner was the best part of our stay! The spa area is almost empty (stayed in May) and there are plenty of chairs/loungers
