Good hotel, facilities are ok, cleaning needed to be improved. Good for short stay.

There is no doubt that the hotel is outdated, but it is super clean and the food is very nice and tasty. Service at the diner is half of the RB hotel price. Even if the hotel was stuck in the 80s, you would have a good time. The only downside is that with Freya Hotel, you do not get access to Thermal World.

Everything was perfect: dining (breakfast and dinner), you can easily reach the thermsl spa of Zalakaros via subway under the road. Each room has a balcony, if you are lucky, you get a room with a view to the hills. You can bring your pet with you.

This is not a typical hotel, more like a spa, with lots of small children around. However, it all gets very quiet before 22.00. We got half-board and it was excellent, a lot of various dishes. I traveled all over the world but this was the perfect hotel! Just one problem, the bathroom was very small. The staff was fast, friednly and offer a perfect service!

Nagyon barátságos, igazi élhető kis hotel, eldugott helyen, ugyanakkor közel a fürdőhöz, és az ökotóhoz. Nem volt tömeg soha a reggelinél vagy wellnessben, a konyha egyszerűen fantasztikus, és bőségesek az adagok, a személyzet felülmúlta a várakozásokat, azt kaptuk, amit vártunk, sőt többet.

A személyzet nagyon aranyos és segítőkész, a vacsora mennyei, szobák tiszták, csak ajánlani tudom mindenkinek! Ár érték arányban verhetetlen. Biztos vissza jövünk még!

The room was renovated and clean. Check-in was easy and fast. The staff was nice. There was free parking and an elevator. The only thing that is not of adequate quality is the food. The room included a daily bath ticket. The spa is a 5-minute walk from here.

We got what we expected, we were satisfied with everything. It is in a good location, perfect for family accommodation, the thermal bath is nearby. The room is nice and clean! The selection of breakfast and dinner was adequate and very tasty. We had a great time, attentive and polite staff. We will definitely go back to this hotel!

We spent 11 nights/12 days in the hotel, not the first time. The staff is attentive, the room/bathroom is clean, and the catering has changed in a VERY good direction.

It is in a good location, the rooms are clean. The selection of breakfast and dinner was adequate and very tasty. We got what we expected, we were satisfied with everything.

It was a pleasant experience in this smaller, but also very nice hotel. Personal is kind and friendly. Family room is large, practical you have anything you need.

Cuisine is fantastic - recommendation. As for accomodation service - never more. Horrible water sounds from pipes in heating/cooling very old device mounted on the wall - room nr. 22 - Never never more.

We had a really nice weekend at the Park Inn Hotel in Zalakaros, it's really one of the best hotels in Hungary Their cuisine is simply delicious, huge selection and the All inclusive is just the icing on the cake. My review is about the Spa not the hotel. I went there for a massage with my friend. I was sure that we will have a quality time for the higher price we paid. Excellent destination for a relaxing holiday. Peaceful environment, spacious rooms, and excellent, healthy food prepared with care - the dinner was the best part of our stay! The spa area is almost empty (stayed in May) and there are plenty of chairs/loungers.

Our travel group stayed in this hotel for one night. Our room was very clean & spacious. The room had a very nice bathroom with an in-room jacuzzi and a round bed. Very friendly and helpfull staff who spoke some English. All food was tasty and plentiful.
