Lovely family stay, we’ve loved the infinity pool, their sauna program, and the food was amazing!

Excellent location and very well designed public spaces. The SkyPool is a very popular part of it. Excellent for family holiday. Recommend the local cycling paths and kenue-ing on the “Kis-Balaton”.

So relaxing! The hotel itself describes as 4star - agree. The pool section way more higher above the average, opportunity to get a really good thai massage is fantastic! I tried and worth it! The food again on higher level than average, my fav dishes the soups but everything else is so good - if you see somewhere paprika be aware of - very spicy: ) ive been first time here, surprised of the skypool...

Although we asked in advance for a quiet room, we got a room facing a main road and therefore noisy at all hours of the day and night. After we went to reception they changed our room. Varied meals, everyone can find what they like. The pool area is wonderful. Excellent shower.

There is no doubt that the hotel is outdated, but it is super clean and the food is very nice and tasty. Service at the diner is half of the RB hotel price. Even if the hotel was stuck in the 80s, you would have a good time. The only downside is that with Freya Hotel, you do not get access to Thermal World.

The location is great! The hotel is kind of old fashion but very clean, the staff is very helpfull and ready to offer you a good experience. Even if the furniture is old, the matress and the sheets were clean and allergen free (that is my final test in a hotel 😅). Staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms are clean, bathroom and toilet especially clean and not covered in mold as in some more expensive places. Food is not bad but not very outstanding eighter. In case of allergies they tailor your own menu, which is awesome. They have no wellness services on site AT ALL, but you get a free pass to the Zalakaros bath for the duration of your stay. It's a 3 star hotel. Good thing about it you can walk to the thermal bath from the hotel through a covered tunnel. Food is tasty but sometimes boring. Rooms are small, outdated but clean. Beds are comfortable.

The rooms are tight, the infrastructure, bathroom and furniture are worn-out. -> 2star only The breakfast is abudant and wide variety of fresh vegetebles and fruits are available. -> 4star Its main benefit is the direct underground connection to the spa which makes it a good choice from autumn to spring. That also means that their own entertainment offerings are limited. You can use Hunguest Hotels...

The hotel is about 400 m from the spa. We are in the hotel for the fifth time and we are satisfied with both the accommodation and good food. Breakfast is buffet style and dinner is served, according to your choice of 3 courses. You will also find a restaurant with a Czech menu in the spa. We had some problems with the pop-in masseur who did his job horribly. The problem was handled very well by the receptionist, but it is still up to the hotel to work with outsiders who are worth the otherwise high prices. Nice and clean hotel. Balcony was a big plus, at least for me. Friendly personnel. Decent price. Breakfast was included; open buffet, not fancy but tasty and consistent. A permanent restaurant would be a great feature, especially for travelers like myself , as I couldn't find any places to eat in immediate vicinity.

The room was renovated and clean. Check-in was easy and fast. The staff was nice. There was free parking and an elevator. The only thing that is not of adequate quality is the food. The room included a daily bath ticket. The spa is a 5-minute walk from here.

We got what we expected, we were satisfied with everything. It is in a good location, perfect for family accommodation, the thermal bath is nearby. The room is nice and clean! The selection of breakfast and dinner was adequate and very tasty. We had a great time, attentive and polite staff. We will definitely go back to this hotel!

We spent 11 nights/12 days in the hotel, not the first time. The staff is attentive, the room/bathroom is clean, and the catering has changed in a VERY good direction.

It is in a good location, the rooms are clean. The selection of breakfast and dinner was adequate and very tasty. We got what we expected, we were satisfied with everything.

It was a pleasant experience in this smaller, but also very nice hotel. Personal is kind and friendly. Family room is large, practical you have anything you need.

Excellent destination for a relaxing holiday. Peaceful environment, spacious rooms, and excellent, healthy food prepared with care - the dinner was the best part of our stay! The spa area is almost empty (stayed in May) and there are plenty of chairs/loungers.

Fantastic Spa, heated outdoor and indoor pools, thermal pool, various sauna seance programmes make the resort outstanding. Delicious food variety: fish, beef, poultry amd vegan dishes ensure that everyone finds the right choice. The staff and management are always on their toes to please us. The neighbourhood is my favourite: always green, tempting us for fabulous excursions, we love biking around...

Not sure how they got a 4 star rating; rather 3 star in my opinion. It's all about the thermal water, which they've done nicely. Dinner is buffet style, with very limited choice. It's a real mass place... Room was quite disappointing. Quite run down, spider webs on door opening, mold in the shower. Had a room that sleeps 4. Double bed ok, sofabed terrible. Internet constantly dropping in the room....

I traveled all over the world but this was the perfect hotel! Just one problem, the bathroom was very small. The staff was fast, friednly and offer a perfect service!
