3 star hotels in Jakarta

It's a very good hotel, nice staff, good service. The only problem was expensive, I don't understand why hotels in Jakarta are more expensive than Bali and other islands. This reason make us not stay in Jakarta as a traveler. I hope they revise the prices, I'm asking hotel manager, don't you think if you have full guests is better than having 10 guests?

Nice neat but little rooms. Breakfast is ok, services also ok. Different types of breakfast but no excessive choice. Reception and guards very friendly. Fast blue taxi service. Pool small but child friendly. Bar with live music sometimes.

She help me much with every single things. The food here is also delicious. I love the breakfast here which has a lot of choices of eggs. A nice and clean 3.5 star Hotel at Pluit Jakarta with a big shopping Mall - The Emporium which you can find most of the things you wanted with also many good restaurants around

The corner room is nice and comfortable. No swimming pool. Connected to emporium mall so it's very convenient to find some food

International chain 8 floors of room on top of 10 floors of shopping mall. Superb view of city. Edge of city but within city. Near to airport, edge of city means unlikely caught in jam on way to airport. Many restaurants choices within shopping mall below and surrounding area. Staff are well trained and friendly, speaks English. Note this is an express Hotel so facilities would not be same other hotels...

Value for money. Location wise, it's a good one as it is close to both airport and city center. Especially when you are departing to airport, not so jam like from City center.

Location is very good, pretty close to airport. And the mall is just directly below it. Good for a short stay. There are securities at the hotel and mall to ensure guests' safety. Room is clean but can be a little hot during the day

Riska from F & B Her service is very friendly and professional, making guests feel very welcome. Recently, maybe becuase more customers, the variety of food is much better. The room is always very clean and housekeeping service is good. Reception is alaways very friendly too.

Overall it was pleasant stay at the hotel. But unfortunatelly, the front desk was not very welcoming and I dont know why. She was bery upsetting and not giving smile. When I told her I was not bring my ID card, she just give a total disbelieve look..this is disgrace for customer!! Although at the end I could give my npwp card as replacement but she still not welcoming!

The location is really strategic. You can get a various of delicious food in jalan sabang. You just have to walk less than 5 minutes to jalan sabang. Very friendly staff(this is a very common thing in indonesia). Room is clean. Nothing to complain! Ouh just next to martabak boss! Friggin delicious.

Continental breakfast was not good enough. There should be more alternatives (like cheese etc) but being very close to exhibition center make life very easy. Because there is a traffic jam almost very hour. If you are here for business its a good place to stay.

Stayed only one night in here. The hotel is situated directly beside the EXPO area. Easy walk to there. Due to the celebration I accepted the high rate. The room is clean and comfortable, ac is cold enough. But the toilet with wastafel is so small space, quite hard to brush your teeth there. There is beautiful and interesting spot corner for taking photos in each floor. The staffs are friendly. Only if we want to go to basement, need to go to CS to open the access lift. This is the second time I stayed with Ibis in this hotel, after having a not so great experience previously I thought I would give them another chance. My room this time was cleaner than previously and there were no bugs like there were previously. It was a quiet, reasonably comfortable, and for the size a reasonably sized room.

Stayed in this hotel for one day. Arrived at 6.24 PM and was greeted by this strong foul smell of trash nearby and we haven't even enter the lobby yet. We booked the Deluxe Double Room (a suit with 2 bedrooms). It's like an apartment and it's lil bit dirty and dusty. I don't recommend to go to the swimming pool at night because of mosquitos (there are lots of them and I got couple of mosquito bites...

Very nice and reasonably priced hotel, pretty close to the center of everything. However, it's a huge city and there's no real downtown. So if you're a tourist I recommend visiting the Independence tower in the middle of the park, about 1.5 km away, and the presidential palace is right next door. Keep an open eye out for traffic as people drive on both sides of the street at all times of day and night...

The interior is new with modern minimalistic design. Bed and pillow is comfy. Wifi is fast. Breakfast is really good, great taste with variety of choices from Indonesian traditional to semi Western and Chinese food. Definitely worth the money. Highly recommended..

#LetsGuide This hotel is good for me with a complete services, even I got a lil bit problem there especially when I've been charged with them for the room (previously I haven't charged anything) but overall this place is good to stay. Besides that, its really close with the mall and easy to get there with public transportation.

Overall is fully recommended, but for breakfast the hotel officer was very strict get us extra pay for addition adult. On next day, most of people has not time for breakfast. We order 7 rooms for a big families.
