I like to stay here once in a while for it's a bit quiet and near my favorite restaurant RM.Pelangi. I have a triple room and it's kinda big for us. But i think the carpet could have some cleaning though. The bathroom shower is okay and the services are good.

International chain 8 floors of room on top of 10 floors of shopping mall. Superb view of city. Edge of city but within city. Value for money. Location wise, it's a good one as it is close to both airport and city center. Especially when you are departing to airport, not so jam like from City center.

It's a very good hotel, nice staff, good service. The only problem was expensive, I don't understand why hotels in Jakarta are more expensive than Bali and other islands. This reason make us not stay in Jakarta as a traveler. I hope they revise the prices, I'm asking hotel manager, don't you think if you have full guests is better than having 10 guests?

My stay here was fantastic. Not only the room was clean and stylish, but the service is truly satisfactory. The bathroom was very good with a good pressure of water. The table with 2 chairs was good placed and the sight from outside was excellent. The appropriate color of light gives the room a romantic atmosphere. The many sockets were well placed and the refrigerator was perfection.

Hotel Grand Thamrin has very comfortable rooms, complete facilities and is also very suitable for a staycation. For its very strategic location in central Jakarta, close to Grand Indonesia, HI roundabout, Plaza Indonesia and also Thamrin City. And the staff provide excellent service to guests.

The hotel is comfortable, cleanliness is good, the receptionist is friendly. The place is strategic, close to the mall. Besides Grand Indonesia, there are many who sell food, so you don't have to travel far to buy food. It's close to the HI roundabout too, so if you want to stay here on Sunday, it's good to be close if you want to CFD.

After pandemic, it's feel like need to clean the room and facility a bit. The bathup is a bit dirty, especially the door. Hot water is not very hot, but its okay. The room feels cold and dark, maybe change the light with white color? The staff is so friendly. Also, deposit for 100k rupiah is needed to checkin.

I was here for quarantine so perhaps my experience isn't typical. The staff were very nice & the rooms quite good for a budget hotel. This is the second time I stayed with Ibis in this hotel, after having a not so great experience previously I thought I would give them another chance. My room this time was cleaner than previously and there were no bugs like there were previously. It was a quiet, reasonably comfortable, and for the size a reasonably sized room.
