Probably the best value hotel I’ve ever been to. Best of everything - restaurants, gym, pool, rooms. Service so genuinely caring that you’ll feel like a better person.

Fine place to stay if you got ample disposable income. Too lavish and over the top interior for my liking, but some might find it a great spot for photo ops with many details and dramatic lighting in every corner

The food tastes consistently good, though due to Pandemic some menu are not available. Will come again for sure, at least to visit The Cafe and Table 8

Excellent high class hotel, often used for conferences and exhibitions. Centrally located, within 20 minute drive to some of the main Jakarta attractions such as the national monument and museums

The gym and pool are adequate and they use the one at the Sultan Residences

Excellent place to stay, the pool is awesome. Breakfast is good the pizza place outside is good the restaurant was very disappointing

Room is a littler dated but the convenience of being next to the Jakarta Convention Centre is great. Breakfast is amazing in its spread. View from the room is wonderful

The location is perfect for events in the Istora Senayan Stadium. The room was a beautiful view (floor 14). The bed is really comfy and the room have a good natural light. I had breakfast in my room and was really good

The hotel have a good location, very close to Jakarta Convention Center. It is also near malls, business district and city center. Breakfast was varied and nice. The staff is friendly and helpful

The size of the room is large and the beds are comfortable. I think this hotel is a bit old. The furnishings and bathroom must be renovated

Secure, well maintained, good trained staff, mall next door, huge variety of food available within 5 mins walk. If you are in west Jakarta this is an excellent hotel. Can get busy on the weekend with weddings

I'm sure it was not easy and it took a lot of effort to prepare it, therefore my deepest appreciation and gratitude for everything that you did for us. It certainly warmed our heart and made our day

By far the best meeting experience I ever had. They went above and beyond to ensure that the meeting was far from boring, with thematic coffee break and a lot of surprises on the table

(From the reception, concierge and their security so polite )But,it said soundproof wall,but I still can hear the noisy voice from the ceiling. Very close to the Central Park Mall

The meeting set up is an amazing. There's certain theme or decorations that changed in every coffee break. I think it should be the best hotel in this jakarta area

It's like an apartment and it's lil bit dirty and dusty. I don't recommend to go to the swimming pool at night because of mosquitos (there are lots of them and I got couple of mosquito bites in my face)

Reasonable price for family budget room. Nice location as well

Stayed in this hotel for one day. 24 PM and was greeted by this strong foul smell of trash nearby and we haven't even enter the lobby yet. We booked the Deluxe Double Room (a suit with 2 bedrooms)

God and nice place but little bit old. close to airport toll so it's very Good for traveler who just want spend 1 or 2 days in Jakarta for bisnis or shopping.

Modern hotel, clean room, spacious room, staff very friendly, breakfast very extensive. Nice pool area. Bar in the hotel is also very entertaining.

The huge outdoor pool is divine and open until 10 at night and the gym is open 24 hours. We didn't use the workout equipment, but we did use the whirlpools and sauna

Nice hotel, large rooms, good service. Free wifi, electric sockets are English type. This is the view by the pool side.

As you can see, if this is the only thing I can mention, this means that the rest is at very high standards. Magnificent breakfast, comfortable bed, ample bedrooms, very kind staff. Definitely, a place to return to

Loved the place, In the middle of Jakarta or ? of the city. Place is always full, Despite of 5 ? Hotel, It is still very Cost effective. It cost you aroung $150 per night which is quite surprising for me

We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet with top quality food from around the world. My husband even found his favourite buns from Germany, and they were just as good as the ones his mother makes

And there is a chic fitness room, a magnificent swimming pool, a good view from the window, a completely tolerant atmosphere (the hotel for believers has all the conditions (in each room there is a Koran and a Bible, there is a room-temple for Buddhists

Where should I start, All of the staff were friendly, even on the restaurant (the food is good), there is a guy called me by name, it's surprised me how he remembered my name since there is a lot of customer in the restaurant

It looks like a palace!! It's in a central location, with near by shopping and eateries. We stayed 7 nights and were treated very well. All the employees were pleasant and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean and neat

The spa itself quite good, especially for the facial treatment. For the room itself is enough for me. and the water pressure is so high too (Yes shower's water pressure is so important for me)

Cons: for 5 stars hotel I didn't expect the coffee is gonna be Nescafe classic, aqua for mineral water and the kettle made of plastic. However, the tea is TWG which is a plus

I came here often to have short romantic stop with my girl. With very reasonable price, you'll get full size room. A spacious one actually complete with amenities

If you're looking for 1 stop entertainment, this hotel also have spa and karaoke facilities located on the backside of the hotel

The reason for a 4/5 is that the area is slightly out of the way from a lot of things overall might require a taxi to get to anything interesting but thats easily solved with an Uber motorcycle, the advertising photos made it seem a lot more grand than reality, the hotel exterior was pretty dirty but overall the rooms were comfortable, the staff were very helpful, and the breakfast was pretty good...

Hotel Orchardz was a reasonable accommodation for the price

Hands down the best hotel I've stayed in in Jakarta, even in Indonesia, and claims to be the best hotel I've ever stayed in anywhere. The location is great: the tallest skyscraper in Jakarta, on the upper floors

The club rooms with terrace offer beautiful views of the city, as do the rooms. The rooms are fantastic: excellent beds, spacious design, quality furniture and fixtures. The air conditioning is really good too

The staff couldn't be more helpful and a pleasure to deal with. And the room service food is fantastic

I'm here for a wedding reception. The route to find a parking space is quite confusing, it is located down in the basement and the lift to the lobby is located in the corner of the basement

They have a lot of exceptional staff. Made to feel very welcome and comfortable. Some speak better English than me I suspect (Aussie). Everything was clean, new and appealing - food, Decor, amenities, etc

Make sure to come earlier, else it will be difficult to find a parking space (except if you don't drive). The ballroom seems quite grand and luxurious

Convenient position, staff are friendly, clean room however need to be renovated. Swimming pool is clean and good for lap swimming. Corridor in waiting area and the room hallway has cigarette smell pretty bad.

Room is quiet even though the road in front of the hotel is one of the busiest road in Jakarta. Staff are generally very helpful and professional. Breakfast is rather mediocre but some of the stuff is good

Stayed here for volunteer work for a show. The bed is ok, room space is standard and you got mini fridge and assortment of coffee and tea

Great service and had a lovely perfume. The toilets also so nice, they make a wating room in there. so, when we wait to in the room we can wait nicely in the waitng room.

Large and clean rooms. A beautiful place to stay and enjoy Jakarta. But, i think its a lil scary at the upstairs because lack of lighting. And the other hotel facilities such as swimming pool just under maintenance.

Old design Hotel around kota tua Jakarta. Look like there's a problem with the hotel, I passed and the hotel was not operated.

I love the room the most! but the bathroom is quite small, only one toothbrush and one mirror even though the room is for two guests at max. the facilities is so-so, swimming pool, gym and spa on the 6th floor

Jayakarta Hotels is a nice hotel to spend a weekend. Located strategically, you will reach nearby poi easily. The staffs will be happy to help you with directions guidance and anything you need.

the gym is so small and cramped

Was here for church only. The hotel is quite old, so the furniture in the lobby is outdated but it is clean. They have spacious parking area. And there are a lot of restaurants nearby.

However none of the staffs were aware of this and only told us to wait. until late afternoon, and several times of going back-and-forth, to finally have one of the staffs checked the room, and declared it was empty

Yummy breakfast, room was quite comfy. Love the atmostphere, especially when you're just sitting around in the lobby at night. Very strategic location

We stayed overnight for an event during a busy weekend. Booked 3 rooms but 1 was checked in late because the guest before us left the room without checking out at the front desk

but since we only found out about it late, they are already gone. There was also maintenance work for the hot water tank, and tv. Some of them were nice, some were unfriendly

Another issue was we already asked to have the three rooms to be close to each other, at least at the same wing. But we got 1 room at the end of a totally different wing

They also did not inform us about this during check in, which was a pity because later in the day we found out there were empty rooms on our wing that morning

Only reason I gave 4 stars is because gym and swimming pool almost non existent ( but they exist). You won’t enjoy the swim or the workout. My biggest suggestion to management is to improve the gym to double the size

We book privilege Room, the room was clean and neat, but not too spacious as we were expected, cozy and have comfortable bed. Breakfast is good, they have small pool for children in the rooftop

The pool has nailed cable ran along the side, won't people get electrocuted if it breaks? Location and breakfast is good, aside from those, there are many cheaper 3 stars hotel with way better facilities than this one.

The hotel has great rooms, modern and very comfortable. Good food and wonderful breakfast choices. I think prices for room are reasonable but food is a bit pricey for Indonesia. neverthelese good quality food

When you visit Jakarta, and your business is near Pondok Indah or Lebak Bulus, than you need to stay here. They have lovely and super helpfull staff

Exceeded my expectations on every level. The spacious lobby to the executive lounge, checking in was a pleasure. The suite is really huge amble space for my wife and i. Wide variety of menities are given

We also have the international dinner buffet, spoilt for choice. It had Japanese, Chinese, Western and Indonesia stations. The service from every staff we met and interacted was excellent

Overall, this is an upscale and contemporary hotel with clean facilities and rooms. Entry level rooms are a bit small though

The windows in the rooms do not open, so for 5 days there is only air conditioning. After freedom :) I went to the pool, sauna and jacuzzi. I was amazed by Jim, I haven’t seen anything like this even in Dubai hotels

Won over others due to its location, connecting to Plaza Office and shopping mall. The room and service is excellent, beautiful decor, full equipped gym and leisure swimming pool

The hotel is old, but comfortable, a studio room, plus a closet and a toilet with a bath and shower. The view was of the pool and the city

You can order alcohol, but the price tag is not small. Orders are delivered very quickly. Spend the entire quarantine time in the room, bring dumbbells and a mat for exercise

Fabulous room with a deep bath and comfortable bed. Restaurant buffet breakfast and Saturday night dinner not to be missed - one of the best, including great coffee. Pool, gym, spa, lobby and bar all great

I don’t get a chance to try the swimming pool, but I ever came to the pool just to sit outside, quite big enough I think. Very recommended for business trip or honeymoon :)
