Really a beautiful and luxury hotel, nice lobby, room and environment. The bed is so big, luxury, comfortable, soft, like sleeping on the cloud. Wifi is also available and fast. The bathroom is really clean and spacious

Staff were friendly they will greet you warmly. The checkin process wqs qlso smooth. On the other side, the air-conditioner is too cold but luckily can be turned off. Lack of complimentary for a pricey hotel

The breakfast is way too far from expectation for a luxury hotel. It doesn’t taste good, the pastry is too dry, the chili oil for dimsum is too bitter, other foods are also taste ordinary and some are dry

the coffee in amenities still Nescafé sachet, i think for the hotel with the price at least using coffee machine, but it’s not mandatory just preferences. mineral water is more than enough when refilled

The deposit is too high which 2 million IDR for 2 nights (1 million per night). Recommended to pay in cash for fully and fast refund after checkout. Read somewhere using card can be charged

the most favorite part for me is the breakfast in restaurant “The Cafe”. all the food is 95% delicious, their grilled salmon, soup based and fruits that i refill more than 2 times

Everything was perfect.Amenities were good. Staff were friendly. Service was prompt. The hotel host three different restaurants serving western and Asian cuisines. It is a gourmet paradise.

The room was spacious and comfortable. It would have been better if there was a USB charging point.

Like the working chair - left side hand rest was loose and about to come off. The kettle cover had come off from the kettle. Not only that, when the water boils, steam comes out into the handle and can scorch the hand

I used to stay at Borobudor a long time ago. I just love the Sup Buntup although it has gotton so expensive (449,000,000 idr !) I checked into room 0886. There were a few problems in this room

The manager changed my room to 0982 instantly and somehow 0982 was good in all respects, although most things were old. I got a teh tarikh for all the trouble which is appreciated

Pros - Good location if you go to the stadium for a concert/event - large green area with a pool - ATM inside - Friendly staff - Comfortable bed - Spacious room - Good view - Bathtub Cons - coffee at the lobby is overpriced (85k IDR) - a bit worn out - only one socket by the bed

The gym and pool are adequate and they use the one at the Sultan Residences

Central location , cozy place. Chinese restraunt is good and quiet. Bagwan Solo breakfast is also nice.

As a 5stars hotel, I think it is a little bit overpriced, the hotel is relatively old. If you like a citylight view, you may like this hotel, but if you bring your own cars, just prepare to deal with the heavy traffic

Yummy breakfast, room was quite comfy. Love the atmostphere, especially when you're just sitting around in the lobby at night. Very strategic location

One thing - with bathtub in the room, warm water was not enough to be filled, and even after warm water only half of the bathtub, there was no more warm water coming, so I needed to wash my body with cold water only

My only gripe? The room was surprisingly small for a hotel of this calibre. Everything else was five-star, but the compact space did feel a bit tight, especially if you’re staying longer or with large luggage

Friendly and service orientated.   The facilities at the hotel is great. Good and varied F&B restaurants. The pool and garden on the 5floor excellent. Great place to relax and chill out

However the staff at the check in counter gave us a temporary room (king deluxe room)to rest while we wait for our room to be ready. At 5pm they call saying the room was ready and we will be transfered to the our room

That night also, i called the engineering team to repair the shower head holder. Because it seems not to hold the shower head properly which makes it difficult to use. But the next day, it became broken loose again

I call the guest service, and they came to set up. But i dont know what happened, they said the sofabed was broken so it cannot be set up. They will bring in an extra bed instead

Great hotel. Convinient connected to a mall.. But they don't really have a kids club, just a play area near the kid's pool.

Everything fine as usual. But thera are several problems with their Elevator: the buttons, access card readers, and some noises when moving. Also the water pressure for shower can be stronger.

Fabulous room with a deep bath and comfortable bed. Restaurant buffet breakfast and Saturday night dinner not to be missed - one of the best, including great coffee. Pool, gym, spa, lobby and bar all great

I don’t get a chance to try the swimming pool, but I ever came to the pool just to sit outside, quite big enough I think. Very recommended for business trip or honeymoon :)

Good for the concert I was heading, to, chose this hotel for that. Their service is nice, I informed them to expect for my parcel delivery for me, they managed to received it on my behalf and sent to my room

Honestly one of my best hotel experiences! We booked the hotel because it is one of the nearest hotel to the concert venue. Our concert require us to be there around 2pm where our room was not yet ready

The hotel’s location is excellent. Conveniently connected by an underground walkway. I was expecting a parcel to arrive before check-in, and Anggara kindly assured me he would receive it on my behalf

I had a good stay and slept really well, they have good bed. Breakfast is good, good quality with variety of food. The best thing it is located just 10-15min walk away from the GBK Indonesia Arena

Strategist place yet a bit old buulding. Nice place for goverent events. They have ballroom for 800-1800 paxs and poolside party up to 300 paxs

My 4th stay, definitely one of the best hotel in Jakarta. Conveniently located beside PIK Avenue and only 15mins from airport. One of the highlight is their breakfast which is full of variety

Been here like 12 years ago and really felt an old hotel. This time everything has changed, so beautiful lobby! Room felt new, although renovation is still ongoing in some parts of the hotel

Comfortable and clean hotel . Shopping mall is next to the hotel. But you can hear the noise outside easily and soundproof is not so good.

Great hotel, nicely located at the central area. On selected weekend there will be car free day. So that’s amazing and just a nice hotel.

Hair dryer is hard to use. Inside room height is too low, around 2.1 meter high. You will feel a bit stress when stay in the room.

Unlike my previous experience last year with this hotel, this time the experience had been nothing but amazing. I like the fact that it’s located beside the mall and close to the bigger malls like Central Park

We were asked to moved to 16th floor due to lighting maintenance/fixtures. The reception called us many times asking us if we want to move rooms without telling the reason

AC was super noisy esp at night. Breakfast was too crowded and the food refill system need to improve, also the speedity to reclean the table when busy. Check in process took about 10 minutes

Be cautious when using the pool -- there was a case of infection

Another unpleasant issue is the strong foul odor coming from the bathroom drains in many rooms, as if the waste pipes were improperly connected -- like household wastewater and sewage lines are routed together through a shared septic system

The main reason I keep choosing it is that the alternatives in the area are even less satisfactory, while the location is convenient -- close to both the office and a major shopping mall

Was very happy with my stay, will definitely come back to this hotel if I come back to Jakarta, My check-in was smooth, was greeted by Bapak Indra at the door and he helped me with my luggages, and Sekar was very helpful, welcoming and very informative and check-in took less than 5mins

Though overall of the hotel services and housekeeping is good, the sound proof of the room needs improvement. I can even hear the noise from corridor and when the water pipes are turned on

brilliant service with fully sincerity. Beverages are reloaded every day in the fridge, connected with midplaza office bill which makes much easier to commute or hit the restaurants

The main room door and  toilet door closing are affect med when neighbouring guests opened and closed their doors

Breakfast has to be featured as the most attractiveness of this hotel. You will never regret to book here
