Modern hotel, clean room, spacious room, staff very friendly, breakfast very extensive. Nice pool area. Bar in the hotel is also very entertaining.

The huge outdoor pool is divine and open until 10 at night and the gym is open 24 hours. We didn't use the workout equipment, but we did use the whirlpools and sauna

We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet with top quality food from around the world. My husband even found his favourite buns from Germany, and they were just as good as the ones his mother makes

Fine place to stay if you got ample disposable income. Too lavish and over the top interior for my liking, but some might find it a great spot for photo ops with many details and dramatic lighting in every corner

Great service and had a lovely perfume. The toilets also so nice, they make a wating room in there. so, when we wait to in the room we can wait nicely in the waitng room.

The location is perfect for events in the Istora Senayan Stadium. The room was a beautiful view (floor 14). The bed is really comfy and the room have a good natural light. I had breakfast in my room and was really good

The hotel have a good location, very close to Jakarta Convention Center. It is also near malls, business district and city center. Breakfast was varied and nice. The staff is friendly and helpful

The size of the room is large and the beds are comfortable. I think this hotel is a bit old. The furnishings and bathroom must be renovated

However none of the staffs were aware of this and only told us to wait. until late afternoon, and several times of going back-and-forth, to finally have one of the staffs checked the room, and declared it was empty

Yummy breakfast, room was quite comfy. Love the atmostphere, especially when you're just sitting around in the lobby at night. Very strategic location

We stayed overnight for an event during a busy weekend. Booked 3 rooms but 1 was checked in late because the guest before us left the room without checking out at the front desk

but since we only found out about it late, they are already gone. There was also maintenance work for the hot water tank, and tv. Some of them were nice, some were unfriendly

Another issue was we already asked to have the three rooms to be close to each other, at least at the same wing. But we got 1 room at the end of a totally different wing

They also did not inform us about this during check in, which was a pity because later in the day we found out there were empty rooms on our wing that morning

Exceeded my expectations on every level. The spacious lobby to the executive lounge, checking in was a pleasure. The suite is really huge amble space for my wife and i. Wide variety of menities are given

We also have the international dinner buffet, spoilt for choice. It had Japanese, Chinese, Western and Indonesia stations. The service from every staff we met and interacted was excellent

The Grand Mercure Jakarta Kemayoran is a great place to stay even their smaller room is a great space and doesnt feel small. Check-in was very quick and the lobby staff is very helpful

Built in 2012 this 4star hotel is big with over 25 stories. What i like most is the bed and pillows. Breakfast though is not as what I had expected from a 4 star hotel.

It was perfect! All the people from reception, guest relations, to the restaurant for breakfast was excellent! Friendly and helpful people, we loved it! The room was lovely!!! Would recommend to friends and families and will hopefully be able to come back! Take care everyone and please stay safe!

Really a recommendation for families who have small children staying here, the kids are definitely very happy, the facilities are complete, there is a swimming pool, a cinema, there is also a bike tour, but unfortunately we can't try it because the bike for the child is not brought if there is an adult bike

This hotel is really cool, I like the design, it is so minimalistic, the service is super, good. By the way, my kid's birthday will be a surprise, 2 times in the room and 1 time in the restaurant, I like the double

We have a wonderful dinner with the Chinese National Restaurant. Ulil, very friendly and informative. Fast served and finely seasoned, especially Tomahawk special set. Recommended and We will come back next time

the area around the hotel is nice, there are many places to visit to play, such as the mangrove forest, PIK Avenue shopping mall, PIK2 white sand and panjoran china town, next time will stay here again

For anyone who prefer more traditional way to do their "business", simply find the double-big-swinging door at the corner between wing A and wing B. Inside, you'll find a door with a "private" label on it
