Very good Hotel, As is always the case with Holiday Inn, you get exactly what you expect. Great service and new, clean & modern rooms. Only downside is the location.

very nice breakfast, friendly staff, many food in walking distance, mall just next door. good for meetings, training. locations not the most easy to reach or easy to get to many directions 8 jakarta, but if you need to be in the neighborhood then yes it's top hotel to stay.

First time i checked in was 2 years ago. I bought the voucher from the Jakarta Post. I was impressed by the facilities given. Today is the second stay. I'm coming back here because i can't wait to cheer up my family to enjoy this hotel. ?

Lovely staff, great environment. feeling so relax. Room is tidy and clean. Facility is very good, Infinite Pool and fitness center. Specially for Sales Manager Riyan, very kind and reccomended to you to have banquet event here.

although the hotel is old, but the room is clean. and quiet for sleep. the bed is soft and confortable. location just fine, you can find burger king and starbuks just 100-200 meters away. a lot of convinience shops nearby. staff are friendly and nice

Stayed here for volunteer work for a show. The bed is ok, room space is standard and you got mini fridge and assortment of coffee and tea. Room is quiet even though the road in front of the hotel is one of the busiest road in Jakarta. Staff are generally very helpful and professional. Breakfast is rather mediocre but some of the stuff is good. Liked the choco pastry and chicken porridge.

Convenient position, staff are friendly, clean room however need to be renovated. Swimming pool is clean and good for lap swimming. Corridor in waiting area and the room hallway has cigarette smell pretty bad.

Large and clean rooms. A beautiful place to stay and enjoy Jakarta. But, i think its a lil scary at the upstairs because lack of lighting. And the other hotel facilities such as swimming pool just under maintenance.

Jayakarta Hotels is a nice hotel to spend a weekend. Located strategically, you will reach nearby poi easily. The staffs will be happy to help you with directions guidance and anything you need.

Was here for church only. The hotel is quite old, so the furniture in the lobby is outdated but it is clean. They have spacious parking area. And there are a lot of restaurants nearby.

I love the room the most! but the bathroom is quite small, only one toothbrush and one mirror even though the room is for two guests at max. the facilities is so-so, swimming pool, gym and spa on the 6th floor. the gym is so small and cramped. you can get free breakfast. all you can eat buffet. quite tasty.

Average hotel, food is not much choice. Meeting room staff presenting the safety briefing is not fluent in English. Video safety is not well enough, back sound music during safety video is to loud and annoying. Need more improvement on hotel management and man power

When you visit Jakarta, and your business is near Pondok Indah or Lebak Bulus, than you need to stay here.. They have lovely and super helpfull staff.. We book privilege Room, the room was clean and neat, but not too spacious as we were expected, cozy and have comfortable bed.. Breakfast is good, they have small pool for children in the rooftop...

According to Mercure, they will not open until the end of 2020. So we just had a picnic on the beach behind the hotel. Suitable for small children, for swimming on shallow beaches. Although they say it's better on Pool Beach.

Decades before this old hotel was acquired by international chain Mercure, it belonged to Horison group, a local hotel chain. My parents used to take me there to enjoy the beach and swimming pool. Big room, sea facing, equipped with small balcony. Breakfast is nice, but substandard to other 4-star rated hotel in the city. Mercure completed the swimming pool with slides.

this hotel was in ancol area which is if you want to stay here should be pay for ancol gate ticket... this place was nice with beach view as main view in balcony... you will find other side of jakarta... view 4/5 price 4/5 food taste 4/5

The room was big and comfortable, with a really pretty view of trees and the city. The breakfast was good. The hotel was a bit old, but I quite liked it here. Very close to various malls. It was nice to walk around the area.

Living during this pandemic has not been easy and I am lucky to be staying at Century Park Senayan with the best service. The health protocol is a priority from the main lobby to check-in. Well, they exceeded my expectations. The location is very good, close to the Rasuna area where you can walk. And the staff is very helpful, it's a little sad because the hotel is empty and beautiful because the pool is just for us. Came here to working on weekend with families. The room is spacious, very clean and neat. Applause to the cleaning staffs, they even re-organized my stuffs to make it look neat on the table. Gym and pool are available even though it is small. Foods and snacks are a top notch ?

We had a lovely time during our stay at Aston Simatupang (29 November to 2 December - room 606) room was clean and the food was wonderful. My earing was missing around the room and the staff trying hard to find it for me. Thank you housekeeping and all the staff for the great services.

service is so so, you need to waited around 1-2 hours in high season to get your room. their standard room quite small, so get the deluxe one, or if you bring little children, gwt the premiere one. for family, get the family suite, its nice and you can get along there since its spacious and wide.

A nice hotel near kedoya area. The hotel itself is good. Not a new one, but it's clean and spacious. Breakfast is quite good. It's connected with a mall, and that is the strength of this hotel. This mall had been here for a long time. It was very crowded during weekend. The mall looks a bit old-fashioned and small compared to other new mall. However, the mall often offered something's different in the hall, such as snow playground for kids when it's Christmas, chinese new year attraction, and recently, it had some flea markets at the hall. I had a staycation in the month of October. I believe it's quite a popular hotel. Friday night, there was a Indian Wedding party, Saturday and Sunday, there were 2 Chinese wedding. The hotel was busy and perhaps my room wasn't as soundproofed, I could hear chatters when people pass by the corridor. Oh, they don't do hand towels or medium sized ones, perhaps need to request. Quite good for a meeting place, they rent rooms for meetings / conference, for a full fay we got 2x snacks, lunch and free flow coffee/tea with sophisticated coffee machine. Parking lot is small (basement and outdoor). The only way from basement is only by stairs, no elevator. If you have a lot of stuff, make sure you stop by the lobby to drop them first. But i am sorry to say, this hotel is overpriced, you can get the same kind of room & service (especially the food) for over 20% off price even around this area. Good staff (Sisil - a great front office Ambassador), good food, good ambience, secluded location while still in the centre of the city. Only drawback is the not so great Wifi in the room. Will recommend folks to try a stay here.
