The room was big and comfortable, with a really pretty view of trees and the city. The breakfast was good. The hotel was a bit old, but I quite liked it here. Very close to various malls. It was nice to walk around the area.

Really nice hotel! They're so humble, the food was delicious, and the lounge was great! But i don't like the swimming pool because you need to use swimming suit. You can not use any clothes as you want if you want to swim. It's just... Bothered me.. you know. But afterall, this place is cozy and nice!

Built in 2012 this 4star hotel is big with over 25 stories. What i like most is the bed and pillows. Breakfast though is not as what I had expected from a 4 star hotel.

I would have rated my stay a 9 because the location, rates, service, room, amenities, club facilities are all very good. Of importance for me is a well appointed bathroom that works. My bathroom had a leak that left parts of the floor wet and slippery. The shower curtain was about 18 inches too long and lay across the bottom of the bathtub when in use. A nice hotel near kedoya area. The hotel itself is good. Not a new one, but it's clean and spacious. Breakfast is quite good. It's connected with a mall, and that is the strength of this hotel. This mall had been here for a long time. It was very crowded during weekend. The mall looks a bit old-fashioned and small compared to other new mall. However, the mall often offered something's different in the hall, such as snow playground for kids when it's Christmas, chinese new year attraction, and recently, it had some flea markets at the hall. I like this hotel because of the area, all we need can we get in 1 building, it has a door connect directly with mall. The room of the hotel itself is very cozy, very nice atmosphere, lightning, with very helpful services. But when its crowded, there's not enough staffs to serves, you have to wait, sometimes its for quite a long time.

service is so so, you need to waited around 1-2 hours in high season to get your room. their standard room quite small, so get the deluxe one, or if you bring little children, gwt the premiere one. for family, get the family suite, its nice and you can get along there since its spacious and wide.

Came here to working on weekend with families. The room is spacious, very clean and neat. Applause to the cleaning staffs, they even re-organized my stuffs to make it look neat on the table. Gym and pool are available even though it is small. Foods and snacks are a top notch ?

Despite clean hotel room and nice hospitality, all I remembered about the hotel is the long waiting for the lift. And it is very severe. I had to wait for 30 minutes just to get to 2nd floor from 1st floor. Not to mention the traffic in the road leading to the hotel is no joke.

My first choice to stay few years back when having health seminar and training at St. Carolus. Even stayed here for ten consecutive days. And some of the hotel's staff get familiarized with me. Physically looks old but it was nice to stay here. Looking forward to having time coming again.

At the first sight you might be not really satisfied with the buildings because it quite old. But you'll feel better when you saw the room. It was comfortable. The service was good but not the meals. It didn't meet my taste. The variation was not attractive and the taste not so good. It could be better if they can improve the taste and meals variation.

Came here for a meeting, litlle bit confused when try to park my motorcycle (the parking lot located far from the lobby), but when arrive to the meeting room, it give me a comfortable feeling. The food is also nice, great services from the official, overall recommended place

When I get dinner in the rooftop restaurant named 33 degree skybridge, I feel absolutly comfort, warm greeting, absolutly cozy place, good landscape view, good food and beverages, and excellent service staff especially staff who name klara (If I am not mistaken).

Average. Environment is OK. Staffs are friendly and welcoming. Sound proof to nearby Pub' music for some rooms is not good at night. Regular maintenance should be done for cooling and ventilation system. Basically the room and toilet are clean. However, got itchy after taking seat to a cushion chair. Cikini area is nice. From the hotel you can walk in 10min to the train station and go to Old Town in about 20min. Also there is a money changer inside the gold center just opposite the station. Raka at the front desk was helpful and willing to accommodate our room requests. Bed was very comfortable. Room size was OK. There is a water distributor outside of the elevator which serves the entire floor

Hard to say that this place is so great, other mercure may be yes. Since this place located on the hearth of Jakarta, room and facilities are not too large. But, service and cleaness is best. Also we can enjoy welcome drink of cold ginger water. And one more of drink we can choose whether we love coffee or tea. Swimming pool located on roof top.

Mercure Jakarta Cikini for me is an awesome hotel. I stay there so many times with my family. The staff is so helpful and friendly. The room and bathroom always neat and clean. The food have many variety and the taste is great. Pls maintain the excellent standard.

I came here for workshop on Saturday. Actually the workshop started at 8 am, however the hotel service was still not finish to prepare the meeting room and the coffee breaks and we needed to wait in the lobby. The situation wass quiet and nice, also clean. Comfortable to wait in the lobby. There were web corner using apple computer in lobby.

Quite good for a meeting place, they rent rooms for meetings / conference, for a full fay we got 2x snacks, lunch and free flow coffee/tea with sophisticated coffee machine. I'm here for a wedding reception. The route to find a parking space is quite confusing, it is located down in the basement and the lift to the lobby is located in the corner of the basement. Make sure to come earlier, else it will be difficult to find a parking space (except if you don't drive). The ballroom seems quite grand and luxurious. It is nicely decorated.

Good staff (Sisil - a great front office Ambassador), good food, good ambience, secluded location while still in the centre of the city. Only drawback is the not so great Wifi in the room. Will recommend folks to try a stay here.

Clean and spacious room with reasonable price you can find in the center of Jakarta. Walking distance to those famous place around Thamrin and Monas area. The staffs are friendly and helpful, and I got Sarinah view from my room. The breakfast is quite okay, the elevator somewhat confusing for first visitor. But overall, it's great.

Very busy hotel. Not recommend for holidays. It mainly a business gathering. We requested a queen size bed but they gave us twin beds. And they are not flexible when changing our bookings.
