The room was big and comfortable, with a really pretty view of trees and the city. The breakfast was good. The hotel was a bit old, but I quite liked it here. Very close to various malls. It was nice to walk around the area.

Really nice hotel! They're so humble, the food was delicious, and the lounge was great! But i don't like the swimming pool because you need to use swimming suit. You can not use any clothes as you want if you want to swim. It's just... Bothered me.. you know. But afterall, this place is cozy and nice!

Well, they exceeded my expectations. The location is very good, close to the Rasuna area where you can walk. And the staff is very helpful, it's a little sad because the hotel is empty and beautiful because the pool is just for us. Just OK. AC was super noisy esp at night. Breakfast was too crowded and the food refill system need to improve, also the speedity to reclean the table when busy. Food was average too. Probably one of the better hotels in the area but could be better

I stayed for two nights. Unfortunately, the room was extremely dim and smell of smoke, even though I had specifically requested a non-smoking room. It seemed like they tried to mask the smoke with air freshener, but the combination made it worse. Although it was supposed to be a non-smoking floor, there were ashtrays provided in the room and near the lift, which directly contradicts the no-smoking...

Good location if you want to near simatupang business district or Aeon. It provides ott channel like netflix as well.

Despite clean hotel room and nice hospitality, all I remembered about the hotel is the long waiting for the lift. And it is very severe. I had to wait for 30 minutes just to get to 2nd floor from 1st floor. Not to mention the traffic in the road leading to the hotel is no joke.

Staf Overloaded with work but it was a good stay.. Showers dont work well ,towels hard and bum shower water just about reaches the B... Nice n cosy hotel. Swimming pool for hotel stayers on 3rd floor is too small to swim. At most a Jacuzzi pool size. Gym filled w elliptical climber, treadmill and cycle only.

We only stayed for just a night before catch our flighy back early in the morning. We have stayed many accors hotel before but this is the first time we experiencing a filthy toilet bowl. Lots of stain and dirts can be seen on the toilet cover and inside the bowl. Overall everything is ok.

Hotel is clean and every level has a security lock which you feel safe at night. Bed is comfortable, only 1 of the night the train runs till late which affected my sleep.

Quite good for a meeting place, they rent rooms for meetings / conference, for a full fay we got 2x snacks, lunch and free flow coffee/tea with sophisticated coffee machine. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Veranda Hotel! The location is super convenient — close to major tourist attractions and just a short distance from shopping malls like Gandaria City. I'm here for a wedding reception. The route to find a parking space is quite confusing, it is located down in the basement and the lift to the lobby is located in the corner of the basement. Make sure to come earlier, else it will be difficult to find a parking space (except if you don't drive). The ballroom seems quite grand and luxurious. It is nicely decorated.

Good staff (Sisil - a great front office Ambassador), good food, good ambience, secluded location while still in the centre of the city. Only drawback is the not so great Wifi in the room. Will recommend folks to try a stay here.

Firstly, the number of parking spaces is limited.. but everything is ok.. the security staff greeted him very friendly. Mini bar in the room is noisy. Woke me up middle of the night. The sound from the showers above is relatively loud. They are undergoing renovation work so manage your expectations.

Despite its cleanliness, location and amenities, this hotel is well located in central Jakarta opposite Thamrin bus station but not near metro station.  As it’s situated by the main road, the traffic noises are very loud throughout the day and night.  Apparently the sound proofing of the hotel is inefficient and the walls are thin as well so can hear neighbouring rooms guests noises especially banging...

hotel was good. spent 3 days and 2 nights, each day breakfast selection was a little bit different. our room was on the 17th floor. the pool and gym facilities were at 5th floor.

The hotel location is super excellent near mall and many restaurant. The room is clean and quiet. The breakfast is delicious, there are some Indonesia foods, western foods, and Indian foods. you should try some healthy juice in the morning.
