This was our first stay at the hotel and overall, everything was okay. The room was clean, the service was decent, and the facilities met our basic expectations. Nothing exceptional, but it served its purpose well for a short stay.

Very great hotel. Excellent security and friendly staffs at the same time. The food also great. I've been there 2 days held an event with overseas colleagues. No complaints from them about the hotel services. And the most important one: superb location. It's near governments and embassies building. Often get traffic when rush hour but it has alternative routes.

Fabulous room with a deep bath and comfortable bed. Restaurant buffet breakfast and Saturday night dinner not to be missed - one of the best, including great coffee. Pool, gym, spa, lobby and bar all great. I had a wonderful time here. Huge inflatable unicorn and flamingo in the pool on the weekend were a lot of fun.

The main reason I keep choosing it is that the alternatives in the area are even less satisfactory, while the location is convenient -- close to both the office and a major shopping mall. Though overall of the hotel services and housekeeping is good, the sound proof of the room needs improvement. I can even hear the noise from corridor and when the water pipes are turned on. The main room door and  toilet door closing are affect med when neighbouring guests opened and closed their doors.

Located in central area. Well kept property. We enjoyed dining at the restaurant in the lobby. There’s mini mart and you can take a short walk to Citywalk Sudirman for Papaya supernarket, bakery and redtaurants.

The hotel upgraded us to one bedroom suite. The room was so big and comfortable. And the bed was comfortable. The indoor playground was small w ball pit and tv to keep children occupied for awhile. The swimming pool was very big but not very clean I guess is bcos of renovation around. Thé breakfast was very delicious. Hope to come back again. I walked to nearby food court which is above SB Reserve

The hotel and the service itself is very fancy and nice. The rooms, or at least the room I was in, was very old and therefore somewhat run down. But the overall stay was quite pleasant and it was adequately clean also.
