The only thing I could mention as "it can be improved" is that the room keys are of type "magnetic band" and you need to insert these to open doors and operate the elevator. Room is a littler dated but the convenience of being next to the Jakarta Convention Centre is great. Breakfast is amazing in its spread. View from the room is wonderful. Stayed at the Garden Tower. The gym and pool are adequate and they use the one at the Sultan Residences.

I stayed for four nights. The hotel have a good location, very close to Jakarta Convention Center. It is also near malls, business district and city center. Breakfast was varied and nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. The size of the room is large and the beds are comfortable. I think this hotel is a bit old. The furnishings and bathroom must be renovated.

Won over others due to its location, connecting to Plaza Office and shopping mall. The room and service is excellent, beautiful decor, full equipped gym and leisure swimming pool. The large pool area has a wow factor, tropical paradise on the 5th floor. Breakfast in the new Cafe was stunning with a delicious array of tasty treats. Hope can come back here again soon. What a nice hotel. The Grand Mercure Jakarta Kemayoran is a great place to stay even their smaller room is a great space and doesnt feel small. Check-in was very quick and the lobby staff is very helpful. There's a supermarket right behind the hotel where whatever you may need can be purchased. The pool and gym on the 8th floor, the pool is nice and the gym has actual weight equipment not just treadmills...

Very great hotel. Excellent security and friendly staffs at the same time. The food also great. I've been there 2 days held an event with overseas colleagues. No complaints from them about the hotel services. And the most important one: superb location. It's near governments and embassies building. Often get traffic when rush hour but it has alternative routes.

Selalu suka dgn Gran Via Cafe. Paling tdk setahun sekali pasti kesini utk pertemuan. Sayangnya sekarang pake all you can eat tdk termasuk minuman (walaupun hanya dekedar air putih). Fabulous room with a deep bath and comfortable bed. Restaurant buffet breakfast and Saturday night dinner not to be missed - one of the best, including great coffee. Pool, gym, spa, lobby and bar all great. I had a wonderful time here. Huge inflatable unicorn and flamingo in the pool on the weekend were a lot of fun.

Gajah Mada -- an older middle class mall -- is located across the road and accessible by a footbridge. McDonald's is just 50 metres south of the hotel. Celebrate the father’s day with my family at Chinese National Restaurant. We were served by Lisa, she is really helpful and friendly. We ordered the TCN Triple Combo Surprise, it was well seasoned and the portion fit for 4 persons. We had a great experience and definitely will be coming back to dine again. Keep it up!

Went to Shima Japanese restaurant. Very very good, will definitely recommend this to everyone. The Best part is the dessert its a flaming ice cream with grilled banana. My goodness thinking of the ice cream makes me want to come back even more
