This was our first stay at the hotel and overall, everything was okay. The room was clean, the service was decent, and the facilities met our basic expectations. Nothing exceptional, but it served its purpose well for a short stay.

Really nice hotel! They're so humble, the food was delicious, and the lounge was great! But i don't like the swimming pool because you need to use swimming suit. You can not use any clothes as you want if you want to swim. It's just... Bothered me.. you know. But afterall, this place is cozy and nice!

It's cool, it's convenient

Very great hotel. Excellent security and friendly staffs at the same time. The food also great. I've been there 2 days held an event with overseas colleagues. No complaints from them about the hotel services. And the most important one: superb location. It's near governments and embassies building. Often get traffic when rush hour but it has alternative routes.

Selalu suka dgn Gran Via Cafe. Paling tdk setahun sekali pasti kesini utk pertemuan. Sayangnya sekarang pake all you can eat tdk termasuk minuman (walaupun hanya dekedar air putih). Sehingga tagihan pembayaran menjadi tdk terprediksi. Mungkin ada baiknya air putih disediakan free, namun bioa ingin jus/minuman lainnya br diluar paket.. but anyway setiap hotel punya regulasi sendiri bukan?

Fabulous room with a deep bath and comfortable bed. Restaurant buffet breakfast and Saturday night dinner not to be missed - one of the best, including great coffee. Pool, gym, spa, lobby and bar all great. I had a wonderful time here. Huge inflatable unicorn and flamingo in the pool on the weekend were a lot of fun.

Well, they exceeded my expectations. The location is very good, close to the Rasuna area where you can walk. And the staff is very helpful, it's a little sad because the hotel is empty and beautiful because the pool is just for us. Just OK. AC was super noisy esp at night. Breakfast was too crowded and the food refill system need to improve, also the speedity to reclean the table when busy. Food was average too. Check in process took about 10 minutes. Check out is very slow too. Recommended if you are fine with slow services.

I've been staying at this hotel for many years, several times a year. The main reason I keep choosing it is that the alternatives in the area are even less satisfactory, while the location is convenient -- close to both the office and a major shopping mall. That said, there are consistent issues. Not once during all my stays has everything gone without problems: sometimes the key card stops working...
