Staff was extremely helpful and the facilities are top class. The only thing I could mention as "it can be improved" is that the room keys are of type "magnetic band" and you need to insert these to open doors and operate the elevator. Fine place to stay if you got ample disposable income. Too lavish and over the top interior for my liking, but some might find it a great spot for photo ops with many details and dramatic lighting in every corner. Service is excellent.

I really like this hotel. The location is perfect for events in the Istora Senayan Stadium. The room was a beautiful view (floor 14). The bed is really comfy and the room have a good natural light. I had breakfast in my room and was really good.

Room is a littler dated but the convenience of being next to the Jakarta Convention Centre is great. Breakfast is amazing in its spread. View from the room is wonderful. Stayed at the Garden Tower. The gym and pool are adequate and they use the one at the Sultan Residences.

I stayed for four nights. The hotel have a good location, very close to Jakarta Convention Center. It is also near malls, business district and city center. Breakfast was varied and nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. The size of the room is large and the beds are comfortable. I think this hotel is a bit old. The furnishings and bathroom must be renovated.

Nice place to stay, walking distance from Tanah Abang Malls, close to Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia Mall. They also offer shuttle for free taking you to the malls and picking you up at a specific time given. Very accommodating staffs.

Quite nice hotel, strategically located in central Jakarta. Within walking distance from Tanah Abang (the biggest textile market in Indonesia). However the meeting rooms sometimes got very crowded due to many institution having meeting or convention here. Food was so so, not too bad and not that good either.

The management are quite nice and the facility is great there is swimming pool, cafe, there is also bath tub in the rooms. I would recommend this place to anyone where price isn't a matter

Living during this pandemic has not been easy and I am lucky to be staying at Century Park Senayan with the best service. The health protocol is a priority from the main lobby to check-in. Really nice hotel! They're so humble, the food was delicious, and the lounge was great! But i don't like the swimming pool because you need to use swimming suit. You can not use any clothes as you want if you want to swim. It's just... Bothered me.. you know. But afterall, this place is cozy and nice!

Overall, this is an upscale and contemporary hotel with clean facilities and rooms. Entry level rooms are a bit small though. Breakfast buffet is fantastic with lots of live cooking stations and different variety of cuisines from around the world.

Won over others due to its location, connecting to Plaza Office and shopping mall. The room and service is excellent, beautiful decor, full equipped gym and leisure swimming pool. The large pool area has a wow factor, tropical paradise on the 5th floor. Breakfast in the new Cafe was stunning with a delicious array of tasty treats. Hope can come back here again soon. What a nice hotel. The Grand Mercure Jakarta Kemayoran is a great place to stay even their smaller room is a great space and doesnt feel small. Check-in was very quick and the lobby staff is very helpful. There's a supermarket right behind the hotel where whatever you may need can be purchased. The pool and gym on the 8th floor, the pool is nice and the gym has actual weight equipment not just treadmills...

Secure, well maintained, good trained staff, mall next door, huge variety of food available within 5 mins walk. If you are in west Jakarta this is an excellent hotel. Can get busy on the weekend with weddings. Trendy fit out. Glass shower can be intimidating but over an exceptional hotel for the price. Highly recommended

The meeting set up is an amazing. There's certain theme or decorations that changed in every coffee break. I love this hotel. I think it should be the best hotel in this jakarta area. According to Mercure, they will not open until the end of 2020. So we just had a picnic on the beach behind the hotel. Suitable for small children, for swimming on shallow beaches. Although they say it's better on Pool Beach.

Decades before this old hotel was acquired by international chain Mercure, it belonged to Horison group, a local hotel chain. My parents used to take me there to enjoy the beach and swimming pool. Big room, sea facing, equipped with small balcony. Breakfast is nice, but substandard to other 4-star rated hotel in the city. Mercure completed the swimming pool with slides.

This 4-Star hotel has 5-Star service and hospitality. Recently upgraded rooms make it more modern and more convenient. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Everything here really make me "Feel Welcome".

Very great hotel. Excellent security and friendly staffs at the same time. The food also great. I've been there 2 days held an event with overseas colleagues. No complaints from them about the hotel services. And the most important one: superb location. It's near governments and embassies building. Often get traffic when rush hour but it has alternative routes.

Selalu suka dgn Gran Via Cafe. Paling tdk setahun sekali pasti kesini utk pertemuan. Sayangnya sekarang pake all you can eat tdk termasuk minuman (walaupun hanya dekedar air putih). Sehingga tagihan pembayaran menjadi tdk terprediksi. Mungkin ada baiknya air putih disediakan free, namun bioa ingin jus/minuman lainnya br diluar paket.. but anyway setiap hotel punya regulasi sendiri bukan?

Fabulous room with a deep bath and comfortable bed. Restaurant buffet breakfast and Saturday night dinner not to be missed - one of the best, including great coffee. Pool, gym, spa, lobby and bar all great. I had a wonderful time here. Huge inflatable unicorn and flamingo in the pool on the weekend were a lot of fun.

Well...this hotel truly deserved their 5-stars, when you enter the lobby, you will smell fragrance from flowers, or perfume that so elegant, the food breakfast are excellent in variety and taste, all the staffs are friendly, nice, treat you very well. Lovely interior room and amenities. Just note that you can’t waer slippers outside the room even if you just want to have breakfast. I don’t get a chance...

Nice 4-star hotel in North Jakarta, but not too far from the Central business district. The amenities are alright. Gajah Mada -- an older middle class mall -- is located across the road and accessible by a footbridge. McDonald's is just 50 metres south of the hotel. The WiFi didn't work during the last 2 days of my stay. ? Staff is friendly and courteous. Check-in and out efficiently. Didn't eat there...

Well, they exceeded my expectations. The location is very good, close to the Rasuna area where you can walk. And the staff is very helpful, it's a little sad because the hotel is empty and beautiful because the pool is just for us. Built in 2012 this 4star hotel is big with over 25 stories. What i like most is the bed and pillows. Breakfast though is not as what I had expected from a 4 star hotel.

Best hotel in Kuningan area and located in the downtown. Five stars hotel with full service and I really enjoyed my time stayed here. Wi-Fi, pool, spa and gym available. Once I asked cool mineral water in the middle of the night and they served it quickly. I'm very pleased with it.

Untuk staycation, Red Top bisa menjadi pilihan yang tepat. Namun untuk ballroom terlihat kurang megah, dengan kapasitas 250 orang ruangan terlihat sangat penuh dan sumpek. Dari segi makanan yang disediakan rasanya cukup enak. Note: Jangan beli makanan pinggir jalan/disekitar/diluar hotel. Karena harganya ternyata mahal. Lebih baik pesan makan di hotel saja.

I come here accompanying my family for the "Japanese Healing Spa" which is located at the basement near parking area. They say it is a recommended Spa place. I tried creating new place on google maps (Japanese Healing Spa) but every time I try it, it is always "Not Applied - Place Creation"... so, oh well, I just write it here.
