Staff was extremely helpful and the facilities are top class. The only thing I could mention as "it can be improved" is that the room keys are of type "magnetic band" and you need to insert these to open doors and operate the elevator. Room is a littler dated but the convenience of being next to the Jakarta Convention Centre is great. Breakfast is amazing in its spread. View from the room is wonderful. Stayed at the Garden Tower. The gym and pool are adequate and they use the one at the Sultan Residences.

I stayed for four nights. The hotel have a good location, very close to Jakarta Convention Center. It is also near malls, business district and city center. Breakfast was varied and nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. The size of the room is large and the beds are comfortable. I think this hotel is a bit old. The furnishings and bathroom must be renovated.

What a nice hotel. The Grand Mercure Jakarta Kemayoran is a great place to stay even their smaller room is a great space and doesnt feel small. Check-in was very quick and the lobby staff is very helpful. There's a supermarket right behind the hotel where whatever you may need can be purchased. Nice 4-star hotel in North Jakarta, but not too far from the Central business district. The amenities are alright. Gajah Mada -- an older middle class mall -- is located across the road and accessible by a footbridge. McDonald's is just 50 metres south of the hotel. Celebrate the father’s day with my family at Chinese National Restaurant. We were served by Lisa, she is really helpful and friendly. We ordered the TCN Triple Combo Surprise, it was well seasoned and the portion fit for 4 persons. We had a great experience and definitely will be coming back to dine again. Keep it up!

Really nice hotel! They're so humble, the food was delicious, and the lounge was great! But i don't like the swimming pool because you need to use swimming suit. You can not use any clothes as you want if you want to swim. It's just... Bothered me.. you know. But afterall, this place is cozy and nice!

Very great hotel. Excellent security and friendly staffs at the same time. The food also great. I've been there 2 days held an event with overseas colleagues. No complaints from them about the hotel services. And the most important one: superb location. It's near governments and embassies building. Often get traffic when rush hour but it has alternative routes.

Fabulous room with a deep bath and comfortable bed. Restaurant buffet breakfast and Saturday night dinner not to be missed - one of the best, including great coffee. And the staff is very helpful, it's a little sad because the hotel is empty and beautiful because the pool is just for us. Built in 2012 this 4star hotel is big with over 25 stories. What i like most is the bed and pillows. Breakfast though is not as what I had expected from a 4 star hotel.

I would have rated my stay a 9 because the location, rates, service, room, amenities, club facilities are all very good. Of importance for me is a well appointed bathroom that works. My bathroom had a leak that left parts of the floor wet and slippery. The shower curtain was about 18 inches too long and lay across the bottom of the bathtub when in use. The shower, though quite new, was quirky....

This mall had been here for a long time. It was very crowded during weekend. The mall looks a bit old-fashioned and small compared to other new mall. However, the mall often offered something's different in the hall, such as snow playground for kids when it's Christmas, chinese new year attraction, and recently, it had some flea markets at the hall. I like this hotel because of the area, all we need can we get in 1 building, it has a door connect directly with mall. Went to Shima Japanese restaurant. Very very good, will definitely recommend this to everyone. The Best part is the dessert its a flaming ice cream with grilled banana. My goodness thinking of the ice cream makes me want to come back even more

The hotel is well located close to all the major attractions. The rooms were a little dated and overall the hotel is pretty old but elegant nonetheless. The breakfast buffet consisted of a wide variety of options and everything was pretty tasty. Grandkemang is probably my preferred choice of hotel when staying in Jakarta. They've got an extremely helpful and polite staff that is available 24/7. Service: Quite prompt. I had called for an ironing board and hairdryer (which wasn't by default available on the room btw) and it was delivered to my room in less that 5 minutes. Laundry services are good - same day laundry is offered at no extra charge...

Great location. The room was quited old fashion and need some improvement in cleanliness. The breakfast was so good, and the best part of it is they serve pork bacon in non halal section. For billiard lovers, pool table is available in the cafe near receptionist and it's free of charge, no time limit, if you order some drinks

service is so so, you need to waited around 1-2 hours in high season to get your room. their standard room quite small, so get the deluxe one, or if you bring little children, gwt the premiere one. for family, get the family suite, its nice and you can get along there since its spacious and wide.
