The hotel is in a gorgeous place Stunning in every way Festive reception Rooms, relatively fast reception Clean, pleasant smell A very good view From all the rooms we saw the sea And in fact, you leave the hotel in a minute's walk and you are in the sea !!!!! It was also quiet and calm in the pool, not crowded The food at the snack bar was also good for us We received everything we ordered...
Hotel service was extremely bad, i initially booked a room for two adults and was told I nedd to pay the hotel direct for a third adult who was joining us, I was told at reception to book a deluxe room which I did bit upon arriving in the so called deluxe room there were 2 x beds and and 20 minites later, someone came into the room to pull out the sofa bed for the third adult - we ended up paying approx...
I spent two months at the Leonardo hotel. The rooms were great and comfortable, the amenities were perfect and made me feel like I was home, and the staff was phenomenal, especially the assistant manager, Pazit. And it didn’t hurt that the hotel was right across the street from the beach. I highly recommend staying at Leonardo, especially if you have a long trip.
The hotel staff is very friendly here, especially the front desk receptionist Liza! She is very friendly and very beautiful. I stayed here between January 24 and March 8, 2025, and every day I stayed there she smiled also, the manager is very helpful. I have been in Ashdod since 1964. I went up with my family as a small child. I loved the place. I played like all the children. One day they decided to start the 1st Ashdod race. I was maybe 12 years old plus or minus. The starting line was a beach next to it and when the signal was given, thousands of children, teenagers and adults, started running and I ran slowly. Slowly at an easy run, about halfway...
The owners are nice, hospitable people. Always ready to serve, give in... quiet, comfortable. Clean pool. A good place. I recommend..
A quiet and comfortable place. With a large pool. The owners of the place - very nice people. And food - something, there are simply no words. It is highly recommended. The place is very comfortable and quiet. Excellent pool. 🤽‍♂️ Owners are very friendly. The food is delicious. We recommend.😁
Great place, challenged and extremely enjoying
Excellent hospitable hosts, everything is clean and tidy, you will not regret 150%. Come and you will definitely come back again to these wonderful and lovely people!!!

Small cute rooms. Closet with mirrors all the door-height. Very good for honeymooners. Small balconies. Rooms on the ground level do not have balconies, but have an exit to the grass. There is a self service tea-and-coffee facility in each room, as is common in Israel. You should bring your favorite tea bags with you. This is not their best side. Highly recommended
Really nice place. It is right by the Mediterranean Sea so they have a nice view if you get lucky and choose the right room. The dining area is clean and nice to sit in. Showers are great but they don't close all the way so sms water might leak, but that's not a huge issue.
The hotel located near Ashkelon shore with great view. The hotel staff are very friendly and love to help. The food is average but good. The rooms are bit old, not well maintained and should be cleaner! There is an outdoor not shaded swimming pool and snack-bar during high season.
The location is not bad, especially if you have a car. Parking is a challenge but we always managed to find. The staff is friendly and polite. Breakfast is fresh and abundant. We didn't eat other meals here, so don't know about that. Not all rooms face the sea , and to us that was frustrating. You almost gave to beg for extra towels. The bathtub doesn't drain!!!!! The hotel knows about the problem...
This was a good hotel. I wouldnt say a 5 star stay but overall pretty pleasant. I would say a short walk from the port and other restaurants and a nice view. The rooms were good and the cleaning service prompt. Most staff knew English or at least enough to be able to communicate but sometimes I did have to use google translate to be understood. Breakfast had a good size buffet with lots of options...

We have been here a few times and have always enjoyed it. The manageress is very helpful. It is in a great location.
The service was excellent and the views of the sea are outstanding! A welcoming atmosphere with all the amenities that you need. We've been here before and are glad we came back!
So glad I came here for the weekend with friends. Very courteous and well-trained staff👍👍 Very clean and most important kid-friendly. The PR Manager Aviva chaperoned us at every step and this was very touching. The pool is nice but for beach lovers it is a short 5 minute walk. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable holiday💓
The hotel is great tho food is good but the pool was cold I would consider it if you ur going whit kids otherwise it’s good
We stayed here for a night. The staff was very friendly and helpful, a nice surprise actually. The breakfast was also plentiful, fresh, and tasty, with a big variety of options. However, the accommodations were subpar. I expected much more from this brand name hotel. The hallways were hot and dirty, with visible garbage on the floors (pictured). The rooms were also in need of some basic face lifts...

Very good hotel for a cheaper price compared to the center. The center of Tel Aviv can either be reached by public transport or in 20 minutes by taxi. The personell was very friendly and the rooms were okay. Nothing special, but for the offered price it is a very good option. There are not many tourists in the surrounding area making it a relatively calm area compared to Tel Aviv center.
Great location, reasonable prices, friendly staff, free coffee and tea 24 hours. The rooms are quite small though, and be aware - there is no parking lot.
Great location. Fair rates. Very clean . Helpful stuff....I will surely come again

cute little hotel with great service, breakfast, room, view only negatives i have is is the bed is not actually a double bed and temperamental boiler
Right on Mediterranean Sea...very nice shower/bath.. We stayed in Room 69. Other guests in our party had smaller rooms. Ok breakfast. Excellent service.
Cozy hotel right across the street from the sea. Service was great and people working there are cool. Easy access to beach. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Many of them are Russian or Georgian.

Barbara is an exceptional host. We were greeted and welcomed well. She also upgraded our room into a garden suite! The place was clean, convenient parking, towels and shower gels, shampoos are always changed/refilled daily. Host was also great in recommending places to go. Truly our stay was one of the best out of all our travels. Thank you barbara and Lala hotel!
Charming boutique hotel with tiled floors, arched rooms, and a lovely backyard garden. Very good amenities (strong AC, clean and renovated bathroom). Welcoming, helpful owners who care about your experience even before and after you arrive. Near Park HaHarshot, a 20 minute walk from the main action of Jaffa to the West and Tel Aviv to the North.
Wonderful tiny hotel with a lot of love from the owners. Barbara and Guy are fantastic hosts and helped us eg by finding a great restaurant for dinner etc. you feel how much love they put into their hotel. We will for sure come back.
Excellent hotel. Perfect location to travel around Israel. The hosts were so accommodating. Wouldnt stay anywhere else in Israel ever again
Loved the stay here! Pretty cheap for Israel, convenient location, very nice design of the rooms. The room was clean and the stuff was very polite and supportive. Contactless check-in. A bit noisy cause it's near the road, but that's the common problem in Tel-Aviv
I absolutely love this hotel! The rooms are very authentic with a cave-style ceiling mixed in with modern decor and the garden was beautiful. Barbara and the staff offered excellent customer service 24/7. As for location, it is a 20-30 minute walk to Old Jaffa which was not bad at all. Overall, I highly recommend!

Great atmosphere. Very cozy. Great room. Great service. Will go back for sure
The room was small, but it had everything I needed. Very clean. The balcony is a really nice touch. The bed is a little creaky with not much “plush”, but the shower is very nice. I like the full length mirror. I’m just not sure about the location. The front desk attendant was very nice and helpful. It was described to me as boutique, and I guess that’s true.
Excellent location, close to many cafes and restaurants in Yaffo. The staff were pleasant, and the rooms comfortable. Great bed, great Wi-Fi connection. The breakfast was plentiful, with a fantastic variety of mediterrenean dishes and fresh bread.
A lovely hotel with rooms with outdoor patios. I last stayed here in February 2023 and truly enjoyed my stay. My room had a comfortable/spacious patio and the lobby area had a shaded outdoor area with plants and comfortable seating where I greeted friends who visited me at the hotel. Recently I had to cancel a second trip to the Margosa when my flights were cancelled and the Margosa staff handled...

Review: The Jaffa Hotel – A Stunning Venue with Disappointing Service We chose The Jaffa Hotel for its beauty and reputation, especially to mark a special occasion – a wedding. Many thanks to the best hotel in Israel! The service is amazing, the staff is nice and helps with anything you need. It was on our wedding day and Alex did everything to make us happy! Roman, Emil and Dona also helped us and were attentive to every request. The breakfast was excellent. Thank you!
We had such an amazing and calming experience at the L.Raphael Beauty Spa at The Jaffa Hotel!! The spa staff so friendly, and professional. The massage was one of the best I’ve ever had!! I stayed at the Jaffa Luxury Collection in July and I had the most amazing stay. I stayed for 5 nights and it was the most enjoyable stay that I have had in Israel. We stayed at the hotel for a day. Very good location, everything is nearby: the old town, the sea. Near the hotel there is a beautiful walking alley and a tram. Special thanks to Victor for the early check-in and to the elderly employee of the buffet (I apologize for such treatment, I don’t know the name), who, with his kind attitude towards the guests, turned our breakfast at the hotel into a pleasant...
The location was good, with a 24-hour supermarket nearby and walking distance to the beach. There was a lot of sound leakage from the next room. Other than that, it was a satisfying stay.
Clean, clean clean and very convenient to all the fun spots in Jaffa. We really enjoyed our stay and our room which had a great balcony was spacious - and had everything (rainshower - spacious mini fridge - safe etc) yummy breakfast which you can eat on the rooftop - which has shade. Everything very comfortable
Check in We arrived at the hotel at 7 o'clock in the morning. My friend was a little uncomfortable, but the hotel staff was very nice and immediately arranged for us to check in early (no extra charge). We stayed two nights at the old wing, where the sealing is super high, and there are authentic floors and windows. It was really special experience. Great high end hotel in a beautiful historic building right across from the famous jaffa clock tower. Lush rooms and great staff! Probably the best hotel breakfast we have ever seen. (Very very pricey if not includded)
Love the Mamilla! It’s a gorgeous hotel in a perfect location if you want to walk to the Old City and great shopping, etc. The staff were sweet, the rooms clean and hip and comfortable. Everything about the hotel is 5 star. But I was on the street and it is a bit noisy at times. Not enough to ruin sleep or not stay there but just had to let people know.

I had 4 great nights there! Super friendly, helpful staff, all of them! Perfect location for me - I love the Levinsky Market area. Facilities completely adequate and clean... Will be very happy to come back!
Very nice rooms with advanced check-in system. They gave us an upgrade free of charge in a bigger room with a balcony and they left a bottle of wine for us to enjoy. The staff at the reception was very helpful. They even leave a list of good restaurants and pubs to explore in the area. The room was nice, modern and clean. The location is very good! The area is full of live, night and day.
not for couples!!! We reserved the deluxe room with balcony... We got a room on the rooftop on the Fourth floor it was not nice ... The room was depressing with no view and the only window was to the patio where other guest can hang ..no privacy!!! The facilities like air conditioning and bath, kitchen were ok. The patio is fine but you don't get Street view which is one of the most fun in Tel Aviv...
Nicely remodeled hotel. The room is small but very clean and bright. Easy check in, you are given your door code and you can let yourself in. Small refrigerator provided, coffee maker and electric tea kettle. Quiet area and great location.
Small and cozy. Great location, right by levinsky market.
Small hotel, self registration, located in a cool area. You're right next to lots of restaurants and bars. Wifi was spot on, TVs were smart ones (good for streaming you're Netflix), rooms very clean and comfortable. Great host. If you're the type of traveler that doesn't like big hotels or short term apartment rentals, then this hotel is perfect for you.
