Service at the desk was super fast, and polite and very helpful. Pool is spacious, lifeguard is actively watching the pool Room is clean!! Air conditioner works well Lobby is comfortable, clean and nice atmosphere. Manager etti and hilarious over extended themselves to give us the best accommodations. הילה ואתי. So nice Breakfast lots of selections delicious. Dinner lots of fish to choose from...

If it wasn't for ALL of the staff and the delicious and large Israeli Hotel Breakfast this review would receive just one star. The Grand Deluxe room was far from being deluxe. The electric socket on one side of the bed was broken, the bathroom sink spout was loose and falling apart. The sofa in the room was sagging. The entire room needed to be upgraded.

Nice hotel. Clean rooms. My only concern is that I asked several times for a bottle of water and never had one. They told me to fill a bottle from a fauset in the dining room which was full of flies. I went and ask the reception and they said that they will send to my room 2 bottles. Never came. Before check out I asked again and they delay enough that I had to go Expensive buffet for my side of view

I have spent some time at better hotels, but this place is nice and clean. I think the best part of the hotel is the Staff, they deserve 5 stars. Especially the front desk where Noa will take the time to explain every bill. She is also very knowledgeable and takes the time to tell me where to find things locally and far away.

Michal and Noa are the best people I ever met in any hotel I visited in my 18 years of traveling around the world. They were and are very prodessiomal, very courteous, and have the beat customer skills anyone can offer in this business. People like them make a truly difference and make anyone feel welcome. Please don't lose them; they are definitely the best staff!!!

While the hotel facilities appear excellent, the management is third world. The key to our room did not work, nor did two lights. Wake up call requests we're ignored. No Kleenex was provided. There is no staff in the executive lounge and the computer wàs inoperative. Very few of the staff speak English.

This is a very quiet place, clean and the staff are nice people. Recommend it 100% Definitely it worts the money you pay!

A new and beautiful hotel. Meet all our expectations. Located in a commercial center in the heart of the city. The windows isolate noises from the outside perfectly. Good level of cleanliness and perfect service! If you are looking for a hotel to stay at an affordable price, this is the place for you. A stunning small boutique hotel!! We were there Friday-Saturday and the atmosphere is quiet and pleasant, quality and clean rooms!! In short, a great hotel for those looking for accommodation only and at a price worth every pocket!! Highly recommend 🙂

The hotel is located near a shopping center. There are bars nearby where you can eat. To the sea 7-10 minutes walk. Nearby is a green park. We loved the hotel and The hotel staff.

Location in Ashdod is great, but the rooms are a bit dated and not well maintained. My tub had moldy caulk, and there were chips in the wood of the doors, and other upkeep items that were ignored. Overall, for the location, it’s probably your best option.

The room was spacious and clean with a large balcony overlooking the sea. The breakfast was good and plentiful, unfortunately the Greek restaurant where breakfast was served still smelled of old fat and grilled food every morning.

Very nice room, with beautiful view on the see, comfortable bed and an awesome smell, perfume, in the lobby, when you enter in the hotel. Also great service, and prompt to requests. I appreciated the fact that I felt safe in the shelter during the bombings from Gaza last week.

I have been in Ashdod since 1964. I went up with my family as a small child. I loved the place. I played like all the children. One day they decided to start the 1st Ashdod race. I was maybe 12 years old plus or minus. The starting line was a beach next to it and when the signal was given, thousands of children, teenagers and adults, started running and I ran slowly. Slowly at an easy run, about halfway...

Small cute rooms. Closet with mirrors all the door-height. Very good for honeymooners. Small balconies. Rooms on the ground level do not have balconies, but have an exit to the grass. There is a self service tea-and-coffee facility in each room, as is common in Israel. You should bring your favorite tea bags with you. This is not their best side. Highly recommended

Really nice place. It is right by the Mediterranean Sea so they have a nice view if you get lucky and choose the right room. The dining area is clean and nice to sit in. Showers are great but they don't close all the way so sms water might leak, but that's not a huge issue.

The hotel located near Ashkelon shore with great view. The hotel staff are very friendly and love to help. The food is average but good. The rooms are bit old, not well maintained and should be cleaner! There is an outdoor not shaded swimming pool and snack-bar during high season.

The location is not bad, especially if you have a car. Parking is a challenge but we always managed to find. The staff is friendly and polite. Breakfast is fresh and abundant. We didn't eat other meals here, so don't know about that. Not all rooms face the sea , and to us that was frustrating. You almost gave to beg for extra towels. The bathtub doesn't drain!!!!! The hotel knows about the problem...

This was a good hotel. I wouldnt say a 5 star stay but overall pretty pleasant. I would say a short walk from the port and other restaurants and a nice view. The rooms were good and the cleaning service prompt. Most staff knew English or at least enough to be able to communicate but sometimes I did have to use google translate to be understood. Breakfast had a good size buffet with lots of options...

My husband Julian and I rented a room from 19.09 to 23.09. The room is very clean. light. cozy.the bathroom has a jacuzzi.on the veranda there is a large table with chairs.where you can sit.eat.as well as an electric stove and sink.everything is clean.tidy. the hosts - Dina and Michael were very friendly and welcoming. willingly responded to all our requests or questions. Very nice hosts, nice rooms. You can use the refrigerator and kitchen. The sea is 15 minutes walk. There is a park along the way, you can sit and relax from the heat. The cottage has a huge cozy veranda. You can ask the owners about excursions. And the sea is always wonderful

So glad I came here for the weekend with friends. Very courteous and well-trained staff👍👍 Very clean and most important kid-friendly. The PR Manager Aviva chaperoned us at every step and this was very touching. The pool is nice but for beach lovers it is a short 5 minute walk. We stayed here for a night. The staff was very friendly and helpful, a nice surprise actually. The breakfast was also plentiful, fresh, and tasty, with a big variety of options. However, the accommodations were subpar. I expected much more from this brand name hotel. The hallways were hot and dirty, with visible garbage on the floors (pictured). The rooms were also in need of some basic face lifts...

I was there very recently. They thought and prepared everything. Lisa and Uri are very friendly people. I felt at home. I am very happy that I chose it. I had new friends. If I go again, I will stay in contact with them again.

We really enjoyed staying here! The units are equipped with the basics and you can ask for anything from Lisa and Uri if you need anything else. Their hospitality is unique and warms the heart❤️ The garden is absolutely heaven, very relaxing and beautiful. Lovely place. Quiet, peaceful. Friendly hosts. Great stay for families with children. Location is great as a starting point for day trips. Within a couple of minutes you’re on the motorway (Rishon/Holon area, close to Tel Aviv and the airport and close to the motorway to Jerusalem).

We were at spa. Clean, new, good quality sauna! Keg with cold water, jakuzi, dry sauna, wet sauna, comfort salon room with TV and conditioner and very tasty food!

Clean, large rooms. The establishment is located in the restaurant/bar district of Rishon LeZion so between the hours of 1:00-6:00 am there is an incredible amount of noise around the hotel. . . even worse on weekend nights. The staff is kind and helpful. The television is set in the room is set on the Russian language and cant be changed to English so television watching was limited to only one...

The best hotel I have ever stayed! During breakfast they serve fresh fruits, and food that are very tasty! A lot of variants to choose from. Very good hotel for a cheaper price compared to the center. The center of Tel Aviv can either be reached by public transport or in 20 minutes by taxi. The personell was very friendly and the rooms were okay. Nothing special, but for the offered price it is a very good option. There are not many tourists in the surrounding area making it a relatively calm area compared to Tel Aviv center.

Great location, reasonable prices, friendly staff, free coffee and tea 24 hours. The rooms are quite small though, and be aware - there is no parking lot.
