Reviews
The service is amazing, the staff is nice and helps with anything you need.
It was on our wedding day and Alex did everything to make us happy! Roman, Emil and Dona also helped us and were attentive to every request.
The breakfast was excellent.
Thank you!
I also want to mention the breakfast, the food is fresh, the staff is very courteous and friendly (special thanks to Valeria who served us and the manager Matt)
We also want to mention the pool staff, Angel was very nice and took care of us until the end of our stay. but there were also employees who were not friendly, this is the concierge George, and the receptionist. We asked to open the chapel for a tour, but we were refused; the staff referred to the fact that it was not cleaned there and offered to come back another time. we think this is unwelcoming and rude.
Shireen also assisted with local recommendations and even offered to help to get reservations for us at restaurants that were hard to get into. We went and the food was amazing. The entire staff from valet to restaurant were a delight to be with during our 5 day stay. Highly recommend this property.
From the moment you step foot into this 19th-century architectural marvel, you're transported to a world of refinement and opulence. The attentive and dedicated staff, exemplified by the exceptional Roman, ensures that your every need is not only met but exceeded. Their warmth and efficiency make you feel like the only guests in this bustling haven.
The afternoon tea experience at The Jaffa is nothing short of magical. Roman's attentive service, quick response to your requests, and the delicious cakes all contribute to a delightful treat. It's a place where time slows down, and you can savor every moment.
A small suggestion to elevate the experience further: consider having staff approach guests at the pool area for food and drink orders, enhancing the already stellar service.
A heartfelt shoutout to concierge Ariella for her incredible kindness, empathy, and professionalism. She exemplifies the high standards of The Jaffa, and her dedication deserves recognition.
This is a place where memories are made and cherished.
Location of this hotel is perfect in the beautiful historical Jaffa. Swimming pool is also very nice and you can certainly relax here.
The only downside of this hotel are the sizes of the rooms - even if you book premium/deluxe room it’s so small (there is no place where to place your luggage for example because of the lack of space in the room). Secondly, prices have rocketed up in the recent year but it’s understandable as this is probably the best hotel in tel aviv based on the location, quality of services etc.
P.S.: one small tip - in the pool area it would be nice if the staff was asking guests if they’d like to order some food or drinks instead of guests having to approach them and ask for menu etc - this is no criticism just small advice to step up your game in serving your customers as 5* hotel ;)
Lastly I want to thank concierge Ariella (sorry for wrong spelling) for her very kind approach and huge empathy and professionalism! She is amazing and deserves to be given great feedback from the hotel management!
