Reviews
We did not realise you couldn’t have children. After driving 3 hours we arrived, and the manager laughed in our face upon arrival after we unloaded our car saying you can’t stay here you have kids. We said okay, can you help us find somewhere else, she said no, and laughed in our face again.
We then went into the lobby for our refund and rude guests spoke about us in Hebrew upset we had kids in the lobby (they didn’t know we could understand Hebrew), the staff laughed with them about us in our predicament (please note it’s over 100 degrees outside, we needed AC to figure out our next step).
Rudest people in the entire world. One of the guests (whose mother was talking about us in Hebrew and we understood what she was saying) started videotaping us, laughing at us. May Karma take care of them.
We would like everyone to know the manager here is one of the worst I have ever seen and she should not work in hospitality service industry. If I owned this hotel, I would replace her immediately.
We got a couples spa done in a special room where the jacuzzi was as the dirtiest thing I’d ever seen, the masseuses were terrible and didn’t focus on the parts we asked them to give special attention to. The towels didn’t cover my feet throughout the massage and the annoying part was that it kept slipping off of my body which was really uncomfortable for me as a girl with 2 male masseuses in the room.
Other than that, the hotel staff didn’t speak Hebrew or basic English. The food was not up to the mark. They didn’t know what was being served, if the chocolates had peanuts, or where the straws were. The basic things weren’t available and there was no way the staff could help because of the huge language barrier. Considering it’s Israel they should at least hire staff that can speak Hebrew and considering it’s a tourist destination at least some English could be beneficial in providing good service to the guests. One of the ladies that made eggs at breakfast seemed frustrated all the time and answered rudely to the people giving her their basic orders for breakfast.
Other than that, the staff constantly either kept playing reels or tik toks loudly on their phone or kept talking on calls.. instead of a relaxing lounge it seemed chaotic.
We ordered from the a-la- carte menu for lunch in the same lounge area, again the guy taking out orders didn’t know basic Hebrew or English, our order for basic salads arrived after 45 minutes of waiting with everything else including a completely burnt pizza.
The room service staffed entered our rooms so many times without knocking in the morning which was completely unprofessional considering we were asleep and had not put the cleaning sign on the door knob.
They do not even give 2 extra water bottles like every hotel that I’ve been to does for the following day if the guest is staying for more than a night. I asked for extra towels in the afternoon and it only arrived 2-3 later and again they entered the room without knocking and same with the toilet papers which they gave us at night when I had asked for it in the evening.
We spent 2 nights here and we’ll never recommend this place to anybody.
It wasn’t worth it at all.
Photos look great, but isn’t that in real life. Rooms are falling apart, dirty and dated. Smells like musky cigarettes.
The pool is small and with full hotel there is no room for anybody.
We parked right outside the hotel and parked were they told us to.
We got a fine for $250. When speaking with Elena the manager, she just laughed in our faces and told us to read the Israel laws.
We on holiday for 2 days in Israel, I’m not going to spend that time reading the law lol.
Overall very terrible experience staying here.
I would avoid at all cost.
There are allot of better looking hotels in the area.
Don't believe to the photos they put on their website - they made Photoshop on them to make the pool look twice as big than in reality.
Also the massage wasn't so professional.
We would never go back three again.
