I had the most incredible experience at this hotel, truly making it a standout destination. From the moment I arrived, the staff's warm welcome and attentive service set the tone for an exceptional stay. I must particularly commend Pauline at the front desk, whose professionalism and friendliness were truly remarkable. She went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. Her knowledge about the local attractions and willingness to assist with any inquiries made a significant difference in my trip.

Crazy situation, this hotel has posted my number, the same mobile number for customer support. I have been getting non stop calls all day everyday for a year now and they refuse to acknowledge the fact that it’s their problem!!! And keep saying they spoke to the “guy” which they refuse to give me his number who’s supposed to fix the number, This lady I spoke to today put the phone down on my face and was extremely rude…. If this is how you treat people shame!

Very nice and comfort hotel to stay in the center of Jerusalem.
Close to the Old city, The First Train, Mamilla.
There is a free parking and free entrance to the adjacent great sport center.
The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean.
Breakfast was nice, not more, need to make it better and ask the staff to refill vegs and diary products.
For families - there aren't big family rooms or rooms with connecting door, so we took two separate but adjacent rooms.

This is a good bang for the buck.
Location is great, outside the old city but still close to the Jafa gate and a really nice shopping mall.
The rooms are good, our room was partly renovated and could use a full renovation, but I'm afraid that would ruin the price aspect about it.
The breakfast is good, is a buffet type. Protein choices were somewhat limited. Lots of veggies for breakfast.
Location is great, outside the old city but still close to the Jafa gate and a really nice shopping mall.

I stayed with my month old toddler in this hotel for a couple of days in March 2022. The structure and the building are very impressive. Unfortunately I did experience a lack of customer service. There seems to be very little communication between the management and the people who work there. in my room we had a huge gap in the door so the air conditioning/ heating would constantly go on and off because of the cold air coming into the room. My baby got sick. The service stuff tried its best but there was not even an apology from people at the reception. generally I would advise you not to book this hotel if you travel with baby stroller, if you have walking disabilities or need it wheel chair. The elevators are tiny and in order to enter the hotel you have to climb up at least 10 steps of stairs outside of the building. They do have a security guard placed inside that could easily come out and help people with stroller or walking disabilities. But apparently you have to call the reception by phone to send someone outside. My overall experience is that this hotel has so much potential and I would wish that the YMCA would invest in the training of the management and people who work there.
