Great location. Very old hotel with small rooms and ok service
Tiny rooms, excellent food, perhaps too good if you care about your weight. Good service
Food can be improved- but super close to dead sea , mall and has a great pool outside with shade on it and also pool inside with salt water ! Btw you better change something on the pool inside - because people wake up come there put towels on the chair and leave - then when some one else come in chairs look like all occupied but people just not there …. Please came sure you take of this …
My favorite hotel at the Dead sea for the location and the facilities. The Food is quite simple and it could be better.
Went for a 1 day spa. They asked us to add money saying that they don't have any open slots for massages, but when we took the upgraded package (more expansive) they suddenly had open slots. The food selection was dull, and we had to add even more money to get a drink other than water. Some of the facilities are also at extra cost. Couldn't find parking spot at the location (the parking lot was full...
The first time I can say I get full value for my money. The moment we are the parking guy knew how we are and help us were to park. The SPA workers were polite and help full. In the upstairs Spa they have closed salt pool a Jacuzzi and a Finnish sauna and a small gym. Outside they have a open pool 2 small one s for children and a bar. And a beautiful well equipped Beach.we took 50 min massage and...

Renovated hotel from Isrotel holding. In the standard room with sea view you could find everything that needed, interier was quite new after renovation. For some reason there was no hairdryer and any chair inside the room, but it's not critical. We visited in Iom-Kipur, so the breakfast was served as cold, but was a lot of different food, including fish, jogurts, bakery, deserts, so I assume the food...
As far as dead sea hotels go this is an extremely good option. Staff is great. Food in dining room and at the bar is good. Pool is excellent, no indoor pools but is very close to the beach, not on the beach it's a direct walk across the street. Being close to the mall is very useful and it's very close to the best spot on the beach.
Good hotel. The food is great and so does the service. One comment on the Spa - when booking the massage, I wanted something intense, so I offered the 'deep tissue massage' and I accepted. I didn't search about it but I didn't enjoy the massage very well. I was dealing with instructions more than enjoying the massage. At the end - I didn't enjoy it and felt like my money was spent well there and I...
Four-star hotel offering access to Dead Sea beach. Salt water and sweet water pools. Good breakfast included.
Excellent hotel. All is clear. Room service is good
Well located hotel. All interior is renovated. Rooms are good and clean. Food is good. Pool is excellent

Facilities are nice, view is great, food is mostly sababa (not great, not bad). No smoking zones are technically defined (with signs) but not enforced, so the smell of cigarettes is common around the pool (including kids area).
Overall the hotel was ok for its price, nice breakfast+dinner. The problem was the room: it was dirty and smelled of smoke. The view from the room +the location of the hotel was nice. DO NOT GO into the swimming pool, it's VERY dirty. Not all of the reception desks were open so there was a queue. The service was good.
Food was awesome. Such a variety. The view was amazing. To check in and out was difficult as there was a long queue. The spa section was my favourite. Amazing jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and warm pool. The staff could be a little friendlier, but that might just be my South African coming out.
Great location next to the Dead Sea. After floating in the Dead Sea near the hotel, guests can continue the experience of floating in dense salt water under more convenient environment in the indoor and outdoor salt water pools within the hotel. Managed to catch sunrise from the room balcony too.
Walking location to the dead see, great views from hotel, dinner buffet was great. I asked hotel staff for a glass of ice at 800 pm dinner staff said we don't have any more ice. Went to front desk asking for a glass of ice told to go to the bar. Bar staff did give me a small glass of ice. I'm an American we love ice. Let me haven't access to an ice machine and I will leave you alone.
Saga of a turnaround hotel. Two days ago, I barely provided this hotel with a two. Today, the abandoned solorium has been transformed into a comfortable relaxing space with fresh fruits, coffee and tea. The elevators have been cleaned. The previous scrouly personnel have been replaced by attentive people who genuinely seem to care. The woman who cleans my room is the nicest sweetest person and has...
Location, view, organized and available beach, food choices and quantities, free music show at night at the bar.

We stayed in this hotel several times, and it was good. However, last time we were disappointed. Dirty bathroom. Poor food. Bad organization. The hotel is overloaded. The staff is not able to respond to the pressure. There is no service in the dining room. You have to look for the table yourself, while there is no free clean one. At the same time, the hotel has a good location (on the beach of...
Excellent location, first line of the beach. Great room with a lovely view, balcony and big bathroom. Everything was clean and tidy and the bed was super comfy. On the ground floor, there are slot machines for children, and a store with the most necessary goods and Dead sea cosmetics, which is very convenient. The buffet choice is good, fresh and delicious food, great variety of drinks. The service...
It deserves 5 stars and more. Best view and best everything. The hotel gorgeous!!
meeting rooms small and staff not professional in support staff are not very professional in interpersonal skills, food is good, rooms are poor, and orientation and signs are not available for directions

Unfortanately was here for a job. This hotel strongly demonstrate that you get what you pay for. For those who love "for free" probably will be a good choice.

Better than expected.nice view 😍 and near to dead sea public beach. but spa, indoor pool, outdoor pool is not opened. we didn't even find where is the indoor pool 😂 we went through directions but we only found closed doors.service staff is really best.they do their best.
Low quality hotel, food is cold, rooms are missing amenities, bathroom barely flushes, 2/4 elevators working but not very well. We wasted at least 1-2 hrs waiting for the lift. Very poor quality and would not recommend. The pool is salty and heated with is nice Service was in the end very nice as they helped accommodate us
Met a tour group for dinner. Nice food and pleasant staff. Noticeable that entry lobby has NO place to sit, just big empty marble floor. There is lounge on left with heavy dated chairs. Needs some design help, for sure.
Much better then expected. Everything was just perfect and I'm not dead sea type i don't like the area so i was 3 days weekend always there. There is only one problem but it won't make me decrease the rate, the elevator is not active enough for all the visitors, you always need to wait very long for the elevators even tho they got 4 elevators.
Went for the day to the spa. Most of the staff I interacted with did not speak much English, but did their best to provide excellent service. The Dead Sea pool area was clean except for some sand in the pool, which was from pumping in water I assume. There was a bar area stocked with water, juice and tea. The massages were very good and relaxing and the deadseamud wrap was very nice. I will go here...

Nothing but ok . Nice place and beautiful dead sea view just keep away from the Spa ... they Scam people not informing correctly and then when you want to cancel they Change you 50% off your treatment..... just stay away!
The best hotel in Dead Sea. BUT, here are some notes about the hotel: - this is a family friendly hotel, not the best choice for a romantic getaway, however there are no alternatives in the Dead Sea for that. - dinner in the main dining hall was good compared to other hotels but not the best, I would recommend to add extra around 30$ per person and dine at the ranch house steakhouse which is much better...
This hotel was renovated and turned into a really nice spot! We stayed here for a long weekend. Rooms were clean and nice. Staff was friendly and patient and the food was wonderful on the weekdays. On the weekend however when they can't cook everything fresh due to kosher laws the food was ok.. They have two pools on top of each other, both decent size. Overall a good experience!
Nice Dead Sea location; from here we were also able to visit Qumran and Masada. The room was nice, the food delicious, and my wife used the spa services. I would be happy to stay here again.
The hotel offers a fantastic location with a great view of the Dead Sea. The service, breakfast, and dinner were truly impressive. We opted for the suite with a balcony and jacuzzi, which had a charming style but outdated interior. The cleanliness could have been better, and we experienced a one-hour delay during check-in due to an unprepared room. The lounge was underwhelming as we were not allowed...
Overall the hotel is nice. The facilities were good, the spa has a pool with salty water (dead sea water) so if you would like to experience it without going to the public beach it's available. Food isn't the highlight of the hotel. The place is kid-friendly.

The hotel is easy to find and has a reasonable sized car park and is set back from the beach in this resort. Check in was friendly and we had a good sized room on the seventh floor with views over the beach. There was a good sized desk, plenty of sockets, good wifi and the room was quiet. We were doing the sunrise walk at Masada so we didn't really have a chance to explore any hotel facilities and...
We express our gratitude to the staff of the spa salon. I would like to note that everyone is very friendly and polite, so an atmosphere of good rest and good mood is created. It was very pleasant to fall into the skillful hands of Anna, having received a deep relaxation from her hands and procedures. We have already been here twice, we hope to come again! Many thanks to everyone!

Second time in a month in here and it’s been good thanks! Rooms are clean, food is good and this time we asked for special diet meal which we received every day on the clock ! Well done big thanks to chef Anuar
Nice 4-star hotel - excellent location with direct access to the beach (on the north end of Ein-Bokek, which is less crowded), and private hotel parking. The hotel itself is not "new", but the room with balcony was relatively specious and well maintained, with amazing views of the dead sea. Very nice breakfast and dinner (quality of food and selection). Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was not...
Great location I would even say the best location to visit the Dead Sea however for AUD500 I would expect better and cleaner room. I remember this hotel 25 years ago and I don’t think rooms have been renovated since. Shame on management to using and abusing location without investing in hotel facilities.
Was on a spa day family vacation. The spa is ok with indoor salted water pool, but the lockers they provide is just a joke. The buffet is mediocre, but the kids had fun
Bought a fun pass that included lunch and use of spa. Lunch was good. The pool is great. Access to the dead sea was great. Locker room and shower were good enough.
Great location. Rooms are a bit outdated but the ones with the balcony have a great view to compensate. Food was good, lots of options. Too bad though that parking is insufficient and not included in the already premium price.

Lovely hotel, amazing staff, food was very good. There is an indoor pool filled with water from the Dead Sea, as well as a hot tub, a lovely outdoor pool and two pools that are curtained/divided into womens/mens sides to accommodate Orthodox families. This beautiful hotel is less than a 200m walk to the Dead Sea. My only observation to keep from a 5* rating would be the bathroom door frame needs...
nice hotel
Clean and quiet on a Wednesday night
Great family hotel
Clean. Friendly staff. It is advisable to arrive (we were for one day without an overnight stay) by 8 am.
Nice place to visit at dead sea. Big lobby bar with big selection of drinks and food. Russian speaking stuff. Swiming pool not so big and also no cold water for drink in the pool only in lobby.

I had a blast at the spa club hotel! The food is fresh, diverse and healthy with lots of vegan options like tofu and oatmilk. The Arab staff working during Shabbat were especially nice and helpful. The pool is very aesthetic and has great beds, though you have to be there before 10:30 to get one. The pool bar personnel seemed to be barely trained, but this was not a big issue - I am on vacation after...
Definitely got what we payed for! Great, affordable price + generous late checkout accommodation for low extra cost. Some staff undertrained/trained to say no. (Wouldn’t give us wine glasses for our room, angry towel lady) otherwise, the staff offered unusual accommodations for our requests. For example, since the lot was full when we asked where to park we were given the option to park in a closed...
Very clean modern facilities. Staff are both pleasant and helpful. Skilled and professional. Of course they want to sell you treatments. Massage to "die for". Left feeling younger, fitter happier
Better on the inside than it looks from the outside. A decent spa and hotel, but looks like it can use an update. The spa was not able to handle the full capacity of guests during high season periods.
The most beautiful stuff and service. very clean hotel Best prices great restaurants very warming stuff I recommended Very highly great spot to relax and enjoy great food great hospitality’s getting for me out of five star 10 stars
