The bed was a bit too firm & no wash clothes in the room. (It would have been nice to have coffee where they had the juice set up in the lobby, but this is probably a spoiled, American thing). A/c worked great!
We loved all the fresh fruits and vegetables on the buffets daily. (The US hotels could learn something from them in this regard:)).
The service was great too!:) We would recommend this hotel to those staying in Jerusalem:).
