Exceptional service and atmosphere. Excellent location within walking distance of beautiful parks, shopping. One always has restful sleeping in this hotel. The Prima Royale is a hidden gem in Jerusalem. Room’s always clean and are a nice size.
Adi at the front desk always has the biggest smile she is so helpful with all the guests adding to a most pleasant stay. I will definitely book again.

Eliya Adi and Madlin were absolutely fabulous. The rooms are fabulous for one up to two people comfortably. The cleaner of the seventh floor was amazing .The location is stunning as far as being near the King David and other hotels and the gorgeous parks all around and first Station Shopping Mall. However for the train it's too far which kind of annoyed me but there are buses across the

We have been particularly impressed by the fantastic level of service at this Prima Royale Hotel.
Every one of the staff members really goes out of their way to help.
Nothing is ever too much of a trouble.
We stayed half board and we’re extremely pleased to do so.
The food was particularly brilliant and would certainly return to this hotel whenever staying in Jerusalem again.

Adi was great! The rooms were very charming (we liked the special touches like the nostalgic hanging lamp in the room. It looked like one our Great Grandmothers would have).
The bed was a bit too firm & no wash clothes in the room. (It would have been nice to have coffee where they had the juice set up in the lobby, but this is probably a spoiled, American thing). A/c worked great!
We loved all the fresh fruits and vegetables on the buffets daily. (The US hotels could learn something from them in this regard:)).
The service was great too!:) We would recommend this hotel to those staying in Jerusalem:).

We booked 2 rooms for our family of 6. Our 3 big kids shared a room and we shared a room with our youngest. There was a common private hallway in front of both rooms that had a private door. Our key cards to our rooms also opened the door to the hallway. Breakfast was great. Israeli style…. Lots of salads, veggies, cheeses, breads and egg dishes. Our less adventurous eater made himself a cheese sandwich everyday with a few veggies on the side. Our other kids enjoyed the other dishes. We ate Friday night in the hotel. We enjoyed the Israeli style friday dinner. This was our second time staying with our family and we recommend. Good value!

I stayed at this hotel for a month for work. It is walking distance to many excellent restaurants and historical sites. It also has a cute rooftop patio with lounges. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. My only critique is the room is a little dated and the mattress is very firm.

We loved staying here. Clean room, superb breakfast and the rooftop a must for sunset. The staff were super helpful the whole time and organised us a driver for a private tour. Charlie had fantastic english skills and was a great tour guide for biblical and israeli history. We felt safe and got more out of this tour than any other we had that week. A locals perspective.

If you're into a nice hotel, not very "fancy" but with good service, and nice breakfast, its a very good option, and cheap in comparison to other hotels in this location.
Notice that free parking is available but only about 10 parking places. Nevertheless, we found a place almost every time.on peak season

We had a great stay. The staff are so welcoming. The food is great with so many choices. Its a great experience! If anyone wishes to visit Jerusalem, PRIMA HOTEL is your second home.
