Very good hotel in Nazareth. A lot of people the breakfast is good. The pool is rate the gym is good. The service is wonderful if you need something ask to talk with Elia.
Very basic but clean rooms and beds. We were on a pilgrimage so it sufficed. Dinner and breakfast not bad either. The grocery store opposite closes by 7 and is stocked with only essentials. So don’t rely too much on it. Property is old and tired. Swimming pool a definite no no.
When looking for a hotel that has withstood the t3st of time with vast experience in professionalism in hospitality; Plaza hotel comes to mind. The staff are friendly, the environment is calm and the hotel takes in guests from all over the world. It may come off as pricey for starters but this is a good place to be. Some other facilities include a swimming pool, spa, gym, laundry, 24 hours room service...
My 1st time staying in this hotel. This is my 2nd time coming to Israel and on this trip i really enjoyed the food. Awesome salad bar at Plaza Hotel.
I'll never know if they replaced the towels in the room or just folded them nicely. Anyway my room is decent enough for me to sleep soundly.
I like that the shower stall isn't cold in winter. Perfect for me when i love to shower daily, even in winter...

Reception/front desk was well staffed and every individual who helped us was well dressed, very friendly, and extremely knowledgeable.
Location is so close to everything we wanted to see – churches, shopping, old market, Shawarma specialty shops, knafe dessert cafe.
Now, I'd like to answer the question of what key things are needed so that this hotel would earn five stars in my book:
* Mattresses...
Very nice place to stay. Comfortable rooms and tasty food.
Nice surprise but do not expect too much. Clean. New. Parking. VERY Friendly staff.
The room was very clean and the complementary plate was a very nice gesture. Great Staff and super delicious local breakfast.
This hotel is downtown Nazareth right in the middle of everything... restaurants, coffee houses, gift shops, etc. It is easy to access. The hotel itself is a state of the art piece of work. It is truly comfortable and has great food. There's gym and bar as well. It is a great place to be.
Very nice. Friendly staff. Very professional. Delicious breakfast. Great variety. Rooms clean and friendly. On top: what a view! The Basilica of annunciation is just 100 metres away! Would definitely go there when in Nazareth. Wifi worked perfect.

It is a good hotel although a bit far from main city. It has a nice seating area with a good view to look and relax. Amenities like swimming pool and gym are available. Rooms are decent sized and comfortable with good hygiene maintained on daily basis. Buffet breakfast is great with many options available. Staff is helpful and provides great service.
Stayed just for one night, but e everything was very good. Spacious rooms, a bit lack of maintenance. Exceptionally reach buffet for breakfast.
A nice hotel but has become in need of some renovation. The food is plentiful and tasty. Bus stop to city center is close as the hotel is not in the center. The pool looks nice (though we did not have a chance to use). The gym has 2 elliptical, one treadmill, a weight machine and a few free weights.
Staff is helpful.
Gorgeous views, beautiful large, modern lobby. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Family suites have privacy for the parents, and a large patio overlooking the valley. Excellent service and delicious food.
Good food. Beautiful lobby. Air conditioning didn’t work but luckily it did not get to hot.
Beautiful views of valley below. We stayed on the first floor and hallways and rooms seemed to be in a little disrepair but as far as hotels in Israel as good as it gets.
Super nice hotel! Very good service from the staff we came in contact with. The breakfast and dinner buffets were absolutely awesome!!! Lots of choices for all tastes. The rooms could be a bit cleaner, and the showerheads better, but all in all it has been a great experience. I'm indifferent to location as I'm with a tour group and they administer everything. Good job!!!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. Central location, clean and comfortable rooms and the most helpful and friendly staff. If you can, get breakfast at the hotel you will not regret it. Favorite place to stay during our visit to Israel.
I want to start off by saying that my official rating would be 3.5 stars, but since we can't rate with half a 🌟, I'll err on the side of 4.
The hotel is housed in an older building in Nazareth's old city, but has a clean modern feel through most of it. The parts where you sense the historic building add to the character of the hotel.
The guys that run the hotel are friendly and very accommodating...
The hotel is located in the middle of Nazareth. It looks old but still has style. The clerk was helpful and we were able to store our luggage with the desk manager when we walked around the city.
Rooms are large and clean. There are enough breakfast options. Coffee and thee are available all day in the breakfast room. The hotel also has a busy restaurant but we decided not to have dinner here.
Stayed here as part of a tour. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The food provided for breakfasts and dinners was incredible...definitely a great way to enjoy local cuisine! The amenities in our room and bathroom helped us really feel at home here.
Calm and cosy atmosphere, great service, delecious food and very warm hospitality!

Amin service in this hotel is a very kind person, very helpful. I recommended
Nagham and Fahed Hawa thanks for your kindness and the wonderful service.Nisreen too was amazing and thanks for the special service in the breakfast time
A good old building hotel.
An ok hotel with average amenties but nice rooms. Rooms are not equipped with ironing equipment, kettle etc. Rooms are big, clean and new. However, the lobby smells of smoke. Also, the fire alarm went off multiple times and no announcement was made, causing widespread panic. The reception was poor and slow to react, despite making multiple calls they all went unanswered. Horrible service. If they fixed...

Such a wonderful Hotel with wonderful staff. The manager was so gracious to us. We had a wonderful time there.
The hotel is situated very close to the suk, Annunciation Church and many amenities.
Food (breakfast and dinner) was very good with lists of food to choose. Meat was excellent. Great view from the dining room.
Unfortunately our room was in the inside part of the hotel so no windows (only a small one on the corridor) and it was always over-heated; it was clean and i the bathroom you had all the necessary...
My two-day stay was very pleasant.
I was with a group, and the staff was impeccable, paciente, very friendly and helpfull. I specially want to thank 3 guys, who work in the restaurant: the guy in the kitchen (thanks for the dessert ;), the guy with a goatee (he was in the reception when we arrived) and the guy with glasses and beard (I don't remember very well... :) He is the waiter or something like...
A very nice and good located Hotel
We had a very good time
Good location near Nazareth old city with complimentary garage parking. Rooms are basic but comfortable. Noise from the street can be problematic.
The breakfast has a good variety ,but the coffee isn't that good.
Employees are very kind and helpful. Overall good value for money.
Traffic in Nazareth is problematic and it's better to explore the city by foot
Super, super high class hotel. Good and friendly staff. They treat every one with respect.
The food is good and in abundance. It has a pool. Located in Nazareth old city in Israel.
This hotel is located within a walking distance from the "church of annunciation".
Also there are lots of business within walking distances from the hotel.

Very good service, dedicated staff and good management. A place to be with family
A family run hotel, 50 pleasant and clean rooms. Excellent service and nice atmosphere. Downstairs are a small and restaurant that serves lunch and dinner. Dinner was nice but not amazing. Breakfast is served off the lobby. Good assortment of vegetables, freshly baked pita and regular bread. The one minus was the hot beverages - serving instant coffee and one type of simple tea is just not good enough...
You will get treatment like coming to stay in a family home in this hotel. It is not up beat and of higher stars as other hotels but it can boast of a very warm hospitality that is very unusual. Business here is done at very personal levels and that makes you feel at home. The rooms are medium sized but very functional and clean. There are great views of the city of Nazareth from the higher floors...

This is a 3 star hotel at best, but the service and the old house vibe genuinely pushes it up the extra two stars for me.
Very nice place with very warm hearted hosts
Very beautiful authentic place
The service is excellent
The workers are very kind
..Highly recommended
Nice place in the middle of old city this is why getting there is difficult with a private car. The cleanliness is fine and the owner is very nice
No superlatives great enough to describe the generous hospitality of the lovely family of Al Hakim. Graciously standing 200 hundred years old stone house with elegant and well equipped rooms. Comfy mattresses, one of the most comfortable ones I have ever slept on throughout our years of world travels.
The cherry on the top... The rich, nutritious and tasty breakfast all homemade by Abir the mother...
A delightful, charming hotel. Staff very friendly.

The room is very clean and smells great. The hostel is super cute, they have a great patio with tables and chairs where they serve the most delicious breakfast. Its located in a hill and they have a parking lot. They will help bring your suitcases to the Hostel. Loved this place and the people who own it! The guesthouse is family owned and operated and they treat guests as family, and are willing to help any way they can. I forgot my backpack in the taxi that brought us to the hotel and Besma, the owner's wife, went to the cab company to retrieve it.
The guesthouse is a cool, quiet oasis, with a beautiful garden and nice, clean rooms. The breakfast is indeed...
Quite nice but hard to park
Cool and cost-effective hostel. If you are looking for privacy, try somewhere else. Otherwise, this place is great. Right at the center of Nazerath old city, no more that 10-15 minutes walk from historic and religious locations, places to eat, the market, thd christmas market (during the holidays season) etc. Free WiFi. Very safe for couple and individual traveles.
Great little guesthouse in the old City. Lovely hosts, who will go above and beyond to help you out!

The place is ok, but not what it is cracked up to be. It said there was a bar, but there wasn't; it said their was a terrace overlooking a garden, but there was no terrace by any definition I'm aware of, and no garden to overlook. Breakfast was rather monotonous for the four nights I stayed there and the coffee was instant. It wasn't as friendly as some reviewers made out. I wouldn't recommend it.
Very helpul and kind hosts. Nice atmosphere, comfortable and fresh bed sheets, good breakfast ale There for a very good Price! 5 min walk to Bassilic od Announciation.I higly recommend!
Rooms are ok, if you need a cheap place with nice breakfast and located in the old city, this is a good option.Hostess are friendly and helpful.
