Such a lovely hotel, when we arrived it was a Christmas atmosphere with trees and decorations all over the place, 8t was during November, We only ate there and it was very generous and tasty, The staff were very nice, There is a parking lot near the lobby,

Stayed with my family for 2 nights. We've had a junior suite with stunning views of Nazareth. The indoor swimming pool is very comfortable and clean. But above all, the dining experience is no less than outstanding

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are large, modern and clean. Everything is extremely clean and orderly. The breakfast is excellent and has a large selection of cheeses and baked goods

It was a pleasure to be a guest in your hotel. The food was delicious and wonderfully spiced. The decor was aesthetic and full o holiday cheer. The entertainment at night added fun and laughter

The selection, quality and tastes of both breakfast and dinner are truly astonishing. We will surely return to this hotel in the near future

It's regular hotel, I give a 7 from 10 about clean and services, food it ok just regular arabic food, internet and wifi in rooms are not working, if u want to use the hotel internet WiFi conection is work just down at the reception

A large hotel with great service and very good food. A large selection of Israeli dishes for breakfast and dinner. The owner of the hotel, the reception staff - a delight, willing to give tips

The only downside is the noise coming from the street - applies to rooms facing the street

I visited Tiberias and booked a hotel, as it was one of the most beautiful areas that I visited. I visited many countries, but I felt happy with the good reception in Tiberias and the wonderful atmosphere

All the equipment in the room need to more complete and please bring your own water because they dont provide the water in the room. Especially when you stay on friday or sabath day

The hotel services were more than wonderful and everything was wonderful. I did not expect these services from the hotel at all. The rooms, the pool, the wonderful view, and the food are wonderful

It still needed plenty of work. Many of the rooms need a lot of work. With regards to the staff: Mundar, the Deputy Manager (he should be the manager): He is knowledgeable, helpful, and always available when needed

We have been going to the Club Hotel for 38 years! The hotel is clean, especially the pool area. Some of the rooms have been completely renovated. We were in a room that was partially renovated

Was here for one night for birthright. Bathroom light would often take several moments to flicker on if it all. Not the cleanest up places but definitely not dirty

The dinner and breakfast buffets that we had there were easily the best part, almost good enough for me to go from 3 stars to 4

The staff needs a workshop on his to smile. Other recommendation is replace the carpet throughout the property. The breakfast buffet provides a large selection but no fresh fruit

Hotel has great location and offers beautiful views of the Sea of Galilee and decent buffet style meals. Like others have stated, the dining staff was not that pleasant...seemed put off when asked to assist.

Staff are not particularly helpful. There is a bland bar which is certainly not the place for a romantic drink but fine to meet friends. Our room was downstairs but still with good views over the water

Breakfast at the hotel was decent. Dinner was better. Hotel is near town. Within 15-20mins walking distance. Good view of the lake. Piano in the lobby was available for anyone to play which was really nice.

At a good time we celebrated our dear son's Bar Mitzvah on 9-11/12 and we stayed *at my boutique hotel* Tiberias A clean and tidy hotel, inviting and special with a warm and homely atmosphere, the rooms were fragrant and available before the appointed time, the hotel staff was caring and kind! Guests were always served refreshments, drinks and a pampering coffee machine, the pool was clean, the dining...

Your place is full of potential and with a winning team! To the kosher supervisor who took care and helped with everything we needed

If you wanted to drink something you had to get out of the room and for some reason the hotel agreed to serve only watered down juice for breakfast instead of serving other soft drinks from machines that were actually there as it was the same dining room for dinner and supper

The room are not sound proof and I could hear everything that happened in the corridor - slammed doors, people shouting - fun and relaxing indeed. I paid the same for a hotel in Turkey and got ten times more

I also liked the fact that the dining area was divided into two parts and in both you could find stands with the food so that it won't be crowded. Two of them did not work on the first day

The food was good though most of it processed and from exactly what you buy in the supermarket. However, anyone could find something to eat and even enjoy it

The hotel was packed and the pool area was too small for accomodating all people. In addition it was dirty and full of flies

And even when the four of them worked it was very crowded and took quite a bit of time to wait for them

The hotel have big problem treating disabled parking. The hotel prefer the privileged!! causing the disabled park far away (in my case I had to walk 200 meters in 40 degrees c)

If I were to write a complaint about this hotel… It would be that there was no sugar, free items for a diabetic to eat

Helpful staff. A woman at the front desk helped us arrange for a laundry pickup and drop off while we were out on our tour. Beautiful sunrises over the Sea of Galilee.

The best boutique hotel in Israel. hotel with a lot of good atmosphere, the best food, the service, the view of the Kinneret and the best spa there is. The price is not cheap but worth every shekel. highly recommended

We stayed at the Scots Hotel for a week several years ago. I was amazed at the amount and quality of food put out for breakfast each morning and the bar has some of the best whiskeys in the world

Its one of the best 5 star hotels here on Isreal. Nice rooms great staff and great location. The food for breakfast and dinner is buffet style but very high quality food

We had a wonderful stay at the Leonardo Hotel in Tiberius. Stav, Ilona and Saleem were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Mohammad was a very caring, exceptional server for a delicious breakfast as well

There is plenty of public parking on the street. This was March 2025 during the Hamas war, so there were not many tourists there at all

The manager Nati provided me an excellent service and was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to make my stay in the hotel and the city a wonderful place experience. Nati made my 12 day stay a wonderful experience

Rooms were clean and well maintained with stellar views from the lake facing accommodations. We needed the bed split into two singles, and that was done promptly. Any requests were handled quickly and pleasantly

Rooms: two types to choose from, we took the deluxe, and it was comfortable and with a nice view. Pool: 2 pools, one small for small kids, and one main big pool. Opened 09:00 am until 19:00 pm

Bathroom is basic but sufficient. Parking is not included and not managed by the hotel. The hotel has a nice concept around Theodor Herzl and decorated with plenty of old books (mostly Hebrew)

Not everyone likes that kind of atmosphere, also at night there are not a lot of people, not like Tel Aviv if you want to compare. There is free parking, and the space is narrow

Its an alright place for a few nights the food is often lacking but sufficient , nothing hot to drink during dinner, rooms are quite alright , shower head was faulty in my room , aside for that everything else is mighty fine considering its a 3 star hotel

We been there for a business convention. The parking area was big enough, the hall used was ok and the support services were good (all around coffee, fruits and cakes). Lunch was a bit spicy but the quality was good

Hotel needs to be updated, but I would stay here again anytime. The staff are SUPER helpful and there is a great view from the room. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was fantastic.

Nice place. Amazing view. A short walk from the old city and the Azrieli center. The only thing that bothered me was bad maintenance - my air condition console was broken and a/c didn't work.

Went to the Hotel's spa for a breakfast and massage pacakge. Breakfast was made in the hotel's dining area which was very crowded and noisy. Massage was fine, but the spa area needs more than a lick of paint

Check-In was via WhatsApp which worked just fine. There is free parking which is definitely a plus! Our room was spacious and tidy and the shared bathrooms are very clean and give you a lot of privacy
