Stayed at Ginosar Hotel and it was a wonderful experience. The location is unbeatable — right on the shores of the Sea of Galilee. Rooms were cozy, clean, and very comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Perfect mix of nature, peace, and great hospitality.

The hotel is beautiful! This was a hard time for the everyone and the staff selflessly went way beyond gracious. I love the beach area and shallow warm water. The families were having a wonderful time. The pool, magnificent. Thank you so much!

The room was lovely and the beds comfortable. the air conditioning system worked well which was a bonus in the heat. the little fridge in the room, was a tad noisy, but worked well too. the bathroom was clean and neat with clean towels every day. the staff were exceptionally friendly and very helpful.

The hotel and dining facilities were excellent. The beach is onsite and very clean. The food was very fresh and the dessert bar was outstanding. I have stayed here before and it is always a good experience.

Been there 11 years ago. Looking back still a very nice place to stay. Quiet and clean. It is a family run business, where they treat you like their friends.

Great hotel! Clean and pretty, up on a hill with a lovely view, walking distance to public transit. We had a quiet comfortable room, very clean and spacious. The staff went above and beyond for us -- the faucet in the bathroom was leaking when we arrived. We put down a towel for the water and didn't get a chance to tell management but when we returned at the end of the day, they had put in a new faucet...

Marom hotel is not a new hotel, but it's well maintained, and the service in the hotel is great. As a guest, I felt the extra mile done by the staff, and that the service was really good. I had some problems with the wifi during my stay. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good and quiet place to stay in Haifa

As in our previous visits, from the moment we walked into the hotel, we were made to feel like long awaited guests. Yair greeted us with a smile and it felt like coming home. The Marom staff was wonderful, as always. Roy , the new manager is wonderful.

This hotel is just ok. Wifi is not consistent, very small rooms, only limited breakfast items only with egg, mainly they will charge in local currency with the exchange rate & don't accept USDs. But the behavior & support is very nice.

Good price for a basic hotel, clean and quiet. Best in it, The central location, close to everything, the train station, there is an amazing pub bar with a lovely people that must to visit and experience in Haifa.

Basic hotel, nothing to write home about. Location is very central; convenient for guests arriving by train. Efficient service. Room cleanliness could be improved slightly, and my single-bed guestroom could have been a bit bigger. Stayed in early October 2016, single room,no breakfast.

Very well located in the city. The hostel is modern, clean and well equipped. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had a very nice and comfortable stay there. Even if we booked a dorm, got set up in a 2-3 persons studio with private shaded terrace, bathroom with huge shower, equipped kitchen, dining and living area with TV and sofa. I recommend this place.

Worked out great for us. Very clean and much more space than I was expecting. Comfortable bed and lots of hot water for showers. Everyone very friendly and accommodating. We arrived late because out touring all day and they made sure someone would be there to let us in and show us to our room. Breakfast brought to us promptly at 8am, as requested. Everything with a smile!

Nice cozy place, nice staff, great location, and provides you the privacy you need. Overall, well maintained facility at great price.

Excellent hotel, perfectly located. Free parking 5 minutes from the hotel. Lovely staff at top levels and a perfect breakfast. I am vegan and Alberto, the dining room manager immediately made sure I had plenty of options. He was particularly charming. Perfect hospitality!!!

GOOD HOTEL WITH A GOOD SERVICE

This is my first business trip to Israel. I was introduced to a hotel by a colleague. The price is good, the food is delicious, and the room is very comfortable. I don’t feel nervous. I will choose this hotel next time I travel.

This hotel is far from being 4 stars. The photos on the booking website do not reflect reality. The standard room is tiny, unattractive, and in serious need of renovation. The bathroom is terrible (as shown in the photos I posted in my review) its door doesn’t even close properly. The only two positive aspects are the location and the helpful, friendly receptionist.

Not a typical hotel. Not what we expected. We only spent one night before a cruise. The set up is more like a guest house. It is spread between 2 buildings. Will caution that You must be able to climb stairs with luggage for rooms in the second building. Not certain if there's an elevator. The buildings are old with renovated rooms. Rooms are clean. Hot water works. Slept poorly due to noise and music...

Friendly and helpful staff helped make this a pleasant stay. The location is in a nice walkable area with a bus stop right outside of the hotel. The bargan rate hotel is next to one of the best value restaurants in the area. The bed was comfortable and the air-conditioning worked well. Our room was up one and a half flights of stairs so not good for handicap people or anyone who has heavy luggage....

Best location, cleanest and worth value. This is not my first time in Templers but always have new experience better than previous. It’s at the best location in Haifa which you can do you business meetings around, take a tour at any spare time and eat best food around it.

Great mid price boutique hotel in the prime location, renovated, very helpful staff at front desk, and immediately next door to the best restaurant in Haifa - Fattoush. It doesnt have a pool but we wanted just to sleep and shower and enjoy the city. Will def be back if we need to stay in Haifa again. The hotel is quiet but on the street with all the restaurants and right at the bottom of Bahai gardens

Located in the German colony with many restaurants close by and a 10 minute stroll from the Central station this is an ideal hotel to stay at when exploring Haifa. While the photo shoot of the hotel have been cleverly framed the hotel is convenient, the staff were friendly and informative and the room was very clean, spacious and quiet considering proximity to bars and restaurants. Lovely stay in true B&B style. Owner Nzar is friendly and will always assist you with knowledge of the area. We had only minor issues with finding parking and always succeeded in the end. Akko is a great spot to discover northern part of Israel. Highly recommended!

Stayed for a full month. The owner really wants to help you have the best stay possible. The rooms are spotless, the beds comfortable, has an amazing patio overlooking the ocean which is perfect for enjoying the sunsets ... he loads the kitchen up with goodies... and it's AFFORDABLE

Nzar is a perfect host that makes you feel like you are a family guest at his home. He very kindly let us use rooms in the morning, welcomed us with snacks and drove us to the gardens as well as to the train station. The rooms are in his old family home with lovely terrace overlooking the sea and the lighthouse. Wish we could stay longer!

Nzar is a generous nice guy who will tell you everything you need to know to enjoy Acre. His rooms are clean, cheerful, decently priced and you get to enjoy possibly the best seafront terrance in town ... and a piece of apple!

Friendly staff and very clean. Air conditioning worked great! The bus/walking directions did not lead me to the lobby. Walked down the stairs in the picture to the end and turn your head and you see the lobby/check in. Will stay here again without a doubt.

You get what you pay for. Clean room, musty bathroom, heating/AC system was good, room had a fridge and sink. The one concern was the lobby service. Door was locked three times during our stay, we had to wait outside for half an hour before checking in, and upon checkout there was nobody so we had to just leave the key in the door. Decent enough.

The room is nice. It's clean too, but the smell of pesticide hits you as you walk in. Mosquitoes are a problem. The water did not drain so easy after showering. Be aware, you have to drag your suitcase and stuff through a side staircase and then some to reach your room. Nothing major. They could with some signage improvements. Some signs to let guests find you. Hopefully, the breakfast should be good

Our room was of a long shape and had an additional pull-out sofa. There was ample tea and coffee although the room lacked a coffee or work table and chair which there was room for. The bed was very comfortable. It was a corner room with two windows in different directions so we had plenty of air. WE enjoy our vacation at the domus hotel very much, the service was great especially YULIA, the manager also the rest of the stuff, we got a very special atmosphere and they did the best with a smile to make us feel at home. The staff is very friendly, rooms are very clean and the food is tasty. Especially the view is nice, especially in the mornings and evenings :). And not far away from the hotel is also a beach, stores and bus / train lines. I can only recommend it despite the standard rooms are a bit small, it's totally enough.

We had a great time at the Way Inn in Szfat. The staff was very accommodating and helpful advising us as to which sites to visit in the area. The location was perfect 2 minutes away from the center of the city. There was plenty of coffee and tea in the room and the fridge was stocked with milk and bottled water. A comfortable, quirky and welcoming hotel. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable and the whole place is wonderfully designed and complements Tzefat perfectly. Tzefat is a beautiful place with some very special people. The city exudes love , inclusivity and friendliness.

Reception was welcoming and personal. We were given all information needed to enjoy our stay. Our rooms were very clean. We appreciated the attention to detail in the room decor. The Inn was very quiet and it’s location afforded a wonderful view of the sunset.

We were a family of 8 with 2 children. The dining room is modern and spacious. The food presentation is beautiful. The food selection was wide with great first portion and main courses. The deserts included great fresh fruits and parve cakes.
