A very different hostel, it's more like of a very rich persons house. There are no AC but the rooms are cool enough with those high ceilings, also a quiet place.

Amazing place! Looks historical, its like a palace. Its in the centre of Nazareth. The breakfast is very good. Besides that this hostel is absolutly amazing, Nazareth is also really worth a visit. Christians muslims and Jews are very present here. And last of all, Nazareth is very safe, the people are very friendly.

Amazing experience! The staff went out of their way to accommodate us and are super friendly and helpful. The room is clean, very comfy beds and pillows. Breakfast is plenty full and very nice. HIGHLY recommended. This is my second time here and I will be back, God willing. Estelle, South Africa.

The best place to stay in Nazareth. Hands down. The historic building was owned by Mr Fauzi Azar and now the huge mansion style place has been made into a very affordable backpackers. It is run by the late Mr Azar's granddaughter. They have kept the building as it was with even pictures of the family hanging on the wall. Very comfortable stay here. The owner was super nice and accommodating. The place is close to all of the famous sites and the old city streets are quite fun to wander around in.

The decoration of the hostel was probably what impressed me most- very classy and taken care of! The dorm was quite different from most hostel dorms - there were no bunk beds but single beds lined up in the room. I was so happy about that! The location was also very central.

We stayed for 2 nights. The room have living room with kitchen zink , bedroom and the balcony with lake view. You can see sunrise from your balcony. It was so beatifull and lovely. We have been going to the Club Hotel for 38 years! The hotel is clean, especially the pool area. Some of the rooms have been completely renovated. We were in a room that was partially renovated. It still needed plenty of work. Many of the rooms need a lot of work. Parking is a nightmare. With regards to the staff: Mundar, the Deputy Manager (he should be the manager): He is knowledgeable, helpful...

Despite the negative reviews we had a decent stay at this hotel. The location is right at the edge of the Galilee with free outdoor parking. The room was spacious with big windows overlooking the Galilee, it was clean and had decent furniture. The bathroom was a good size with a walk in shower. This was a top place in which to stay in Tiberias. Very hospitable hosts, nice room, good location, good facilities, amazing breakfast. Nothing was too much for our hosts to make us feel welcome. We would absolutely recommend this place. .

Great location, comfy beds, very clean! To top it all off David is amazing and so helpful. There is a grocery store very close and with the microwave and fridge saved a lot of money which enabled us to splurge on a few excellent meals.

The David Hostel made us feel at home right away by being so friendly and welcoming. The room itself was simple but that's to be expected for hostel...we lacked nothing though. The main area featured a kitchen and plenty of places to eat. We spent a couple of weeks in Israel and this place was one of our favorites.

The house is very comfortable and the host is an amazing person. Very personable and considerate. He makes the room very clean and pleasant. The neighborhood is very nice and supermarket just across the street. The bus-stop is just 2 min walk and all buses from here goes to town center and sea of galilee in less than 10mins ride. A hostel that keeps the place clean. There is a cleaner who comes and goes all the time. Rooms of various sizes. There is also a huge suite and close to the sea and the promenade of Tiberias. Recommended for my father-in-law who comes to the area and has nowhere to stay, a high-class place..!

The outstanding element of this stay was how helpful the owner, was - both regarding the property and general advice for things to see and do in the area. Parking was on the road but we were always able to park pretty much right outside. We spent a few days here as part of our tour. We loved the location and the accessibility to the Sea of Galilee, we would walk out to the lookout point every night and enjoy conversations with our friends. The rooms were a bit dated, but the food options were plentiful. Some in our group grabbed drinks from the bar and the prices were higher than others places we had been just for perspective. I needed a place to stay in Haifa for a couple of nights, and the Hotel Marom was great, and didn't break the bank. Marina and her team were kind, spoke great English, and were very accommodating. Located in the middle of the city on a hill, WAZE was able to get me there and back every time with ease.

Been there 11 years ago. Looking back still a very nice place to stay. Quiet and clean. It is a family run business, where they treat you like their friends.

Marom hotel is not a new hotel, but it's well maintained, and the service in the hotel is great. As a guest, I felt the extra mile done by the staff, and that the service was really good. There is nothing about “Designed” about this property, is just a ran down building converted in small rooms. No elevators and hallway are extremely hot. Room does not have any closed or any furniture to put clothes on. No soap, Kleenex, coffee, only the bare minimum.

Ok for a short stay Apartment was in a proper condition. It would be good if it had a closet though. Also, for some reason (never explained) our room wasn’t made after the first night. We stayed there for three nights.

Basic hotel, nothing to write home about. Location is very central; convenient for guests arriving by train. Efficient service. Room cleanliness could be improved slightly, and my single-bed guestroom could have been a bit bigger. Stayed in early October 2016, single room,no breakfast.

Really well located and spotless establishment, very clean and the staff is friendly. What is disturbing is the smell of cigarettes even in the corridor near the patio and even which infiltrates the room if it overlooks the patio, which was our case.

The room was quite large but, in comparison, the bathroom was very small and cramped. It is ideally located in the downtown area of Haifa with excellent dining options around. The hotel did not have double glazing and there was quite a bit of road noise even though we were on the 6th floor.

Very well located in the city. The hostel is modern, clean and well equipped. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had a very nice and comfortable stay there. Even if we booked a dorm, got set up in a 2-3 persons studio with private shaded terrace, bathroom with huge shower, equipped kitchen, dining and living area with TV and sofa. I recommend this place.

Worked out great for us. Very clean and much more space than I was expecting. Comfortable bed and lots of hot water for showers. Everyone very friendly and accommodating. We arrived late because out touring all day and they made sure someone would be there to let us in and show us to our room. Breakfast brought to us promptly at 8am, as requested. Everything with a smile!

Excellent hotel, perfectly located. Free parking 5 minutes from the hotel. Lovely staff at top levels and a perfect breakfast. I am vegan and Alberto, the dining room manager immediately made sure I had plenty of options. He was particularly charming. Perfect hospitality!!!

This is my first business trip to Israel. I was introduced to a hotel by a colleague. The price is good, the food is delicious, and the room is very comfortable. I don’t feel nervous. I will choose this hotel next time I travel.

The guest house is newly renovated, elegant and in a historic building. As it is a guesthouse, it is simply furnished but the bathrooms are nice and the beds comfortable. The location is between the railway station and the town centre which makes it ideal. There is no breakfast offered but there are many cafes nearby.

Recommended. This is a family owned hotel. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and have basically everything you need in a hotel room, including coffee and cookies:) there is also a terrace so you can sit outside enjoying evening's chill or have a breakfast. The host also runs a small fast food restaurant where you can get nice kebab with a homemade bread.

This hotel is far from being 4 stars. The photos on the booking website do not reflect reality. The standard room is tiny, unattractive, and in serious need of renovation. The bathroom is terrible (as shown in the photos I posted in my review) its door doesn’t even close properly. The only two positive aspects are the location and the helpful, friendly receptionist.

Not a typical hotel. Not what we expected. We only spent one night before a cruise. The set up is more like a guest house. It is spread between 2 buildings. Will caution that You must be able to climb stairs with luggage for rooms in the second building. Not certain if there's an elevator. The buildings are old with renovated rooms. Rooms are clean. Friendly and helpful staff helped make this a pleasant stay. The location is in a nice walkable area with a bus stop right outside of the hotel. The bargan rate hotel is next to one of the best value restaurants in the area. The bed was comfortable and the air-conditioning worked well. Our room was up one and a half flights of stairs so not good for handicap people or anyone who has heavy luggage....

Best location, cleanest and worth value. This is not my first time in Templers but always have new experience better than previous. It’s at the best location in Haifa which you can do you business meetings around, take a tour at any spare time and eat best food around it.

Great mid price boutique hotel in the prime location, renovated, very helpful staff at front desk, and immediately next door to the best restaurant in Haifa - Fattoush. It doesnt have a pool but we wanted just to sleep and shower and enjoy the city. Will def be back if we need to stay in Haifa again. Located in the German colony with many restaurants close by and a 10 minute stroll from the Central station this is an ideal hotel to stay at when exploring Haifa.
