Was here for one night for birthright. Bathroom light would often take several moments to flicker on if it all. Not the cleanest up places but definitely not dirty

The dinner and breakfast buffets that we had there were easily the best part, almost good enough for me to go from 3 stars to 4

This is a small hotel with small rooms. It is reasonable and child friendly. Nice lobby and good meals.

The hotel also serves as a museum and offers a guided tour (about two hours). The tour is interesting and informative. You learn some history beyond the personal story of Dona Gracia and get to see the lovely exhibits

Recommend for hot days and Saturdays (when most of Tiberias is closed)

There is a most enjoyable tour, in Hebrew, moving from exhibit to exhibit and explaining the historical facts of her life. The tour is also given in Russian, and possibly in English (I'm not certain)

Not the most modern or well equiped hotel, the room was quite noisy, but it was fairly clean, in an area close to a pharmacy and shops. But the food was amazing! Fresh and tasty and varied.

Was a very good trip...the food art top in breakfast and good in lunch et dinner. .only dont know why the menù dont have fruit...like melon watermelon raisin. ....

If you wanted to drink something you had to get out of the room and for some reason the hotel agreed to serve only watered down juice for breakfast instead of serving other soft drinks from machines that were actually there as it was the same dining room for dinner and supper

Israel is the last place you should take an all inclusive vacation

The room are not sound proof and I could hear everything that happened in the corridor - slammed doors, people shouting - fun and relaxing indeed. I paid the same for a hotel in Turkey and got ten times more

I also liked the fact that the dining area was divided into two parts and in both you could find stands with the food so that it won't be crowded. Two of them did not work on the first day

The food was good though most of it processed and from exactly what you buy in the supermarket. However, anyone could find something to eat and even enjoy it

If I were to write a complaint about this hotel… It would be that there was no sugar, free items for a diabetic to eat

Helpful staff. A woman at the front desk helped us arrange for a laundry pickup and drop off while we were out on our tour. Beautiful sunrises over the Sea of Galilee.

We stayed at the Scots Hotel for a week several years ago. I was amazed at the amount and quality of food put out for breakfast each morning and the bar has some of the best whiskeys in the world

Its one of the best 5 star hotels here on Isreal. Nice rooms great staff and great location. The food for breakfast and dinner is buffet style but very high quality food

We have stayed in this hotel 6 times, I think it says a lot… The hotel is actually a resort, its buildings are surrounded by beautiful tranquil gardens, there’s a lovely clean spa and a relaxing outdoor swimming pool with a great quality drinks and snack bar

A wonderful dinner at the Wine Bar last night. Food, staff and atmosphere was spectacular. Great local wine choices.

the location is a bit far from downtown but the rooms are comfortable. the dining area is a bit cramped for groups. guests with wheelchairs are not a problem

We stayed at Royal Plaza for 2 nights. The hotel is quite big and the service is good. There is nothing fancy but needs the need of most people. The buffet breakfast and dinner are the best part of the hotel

Stayed at Ginosar Hotel and it was a wonderful experience. The location is unbeatable — right on the shores of the Sea of Galilee. Rooms were cozy, clean, and very comfortable

The room was lovely and the beds comfortable. the air conditioning system worked well which was a bonus in the heat. the little fridge in the room, was a tad noisy, but worked well too

Marom hotel is not a new hotel, but it's well maintained, and the service in the hotel is great. As a guest, I felt the extra mile done by the staff, and that the service was really good

Nice hotel.... Very nice view from rooms. But pathetic lift.. Only 2 lifts and was working only one lift. Waited about 2 hours to get 14th floor. Food was good. Good rooms.

Next morning, beautiful view to ocean. Bring a book and leave a book. Staff very welcoming and accommodating. Will stay again if coming to Israel

Its an alright place for a few nights the food is often lacking but sufficient , nothing hot to drink during dinner, rooms are quite alright , shower head was faulty in my room , aside for that everything else is mighty fine considering its a 3 star hotel

We stayed there for 6 nights. The place is So Old,mold in showers. Hardly any cleaning done. The food served breakfast and dinner are So Good that it compensates the condition of the hotel. The customer service is Great

Nice place. Amazing view. A short walk from the old city and the Azrieli center. The only thing that bothered me was bad maintenance - my air condition console was broken and a/c didn't work.

We been there for a business convention. The parking area was big enough, the hall used was ok and the support services were good (all around coffee, fruits and cakes). Lunch was a bit spicy but the quality was good

Went to the Hotel's spa for a breakfast and massage pacakge. Breakfast was made in the hotel's dining area which was very crowded and noisy. Massage was fine, but the spa area needs more than a lick of paint

The hotel is located 15 minutes walk from restaurants and bars, 3 minutes walk from the Karmelit subway, with easy parking right on the street

I defiantly would recommend this place. Added this boutique hotel to my list of favorite hotels among very few in Haifa. Loved its design, comfortable room and a really good bed in addition to a pleasant atmosphere.

Nicely decorated room (in general, probably it is lacking just a little maintenance, also in the external areas). Fitness room (as it is not bigger than a room!). Free Happy Hour in the afternoon is a 5***** detail

I highly recommend everyone Bay Club Boutique Hotel, it's a gorgeous place, staff is very friendly and speak good English. They offer a free wonderful Happy Hour with wine tasting

Small boutique hotel (the building is wonderful), pretty close to German Colony (around 1 km; there is also a big supermarket just around the corner in a kind of shopping center)

Basic hotel, nothing to write home about. Location is very central; convenient for guests arriving by train. Room cleanliness could be improved slightly, and my single-bed guestroom could have been a bit bigger

The hotel's location is within walking distance from the top entrance of the Baha'i Hanging Gardens, which is very convenient. The room is not big, but clean and comfortable. The staff's attitude is also very good

The location is close to public transportation and walkable distance to an area with pubs and restaurants. The hotel staff are friendly and make sure to immediately take care of your needs

This hotel is fabulously located just a short walk to the top of the Baha’i Gardens (about 3min) and has a gorgeous outdoor seating area looking over the bay

Nice location in Carmel Center, near Bahai gardens upper entrance. Haifa Zoo is across the street.

Apart from the location, there doesn't seem to be much to comment on, and the breakfast preparation was lackluster. Of course, compared with other hotels, the price/performance ratio is still good.

Bountiful breakfast spread, juicer for making fresh orange juice, cheeses of all varieties, pastries, desserts, meats, salads, yogurts, eggs and they make eggs to order - right by the promenade and above the Baha’i gardens

Great location, German Colony has a large number of restaurants and bars. The view of the gardens just up the beulavard and mountain is amazing. Great atmosphere, nice clean room and comfy bed

A boutique hotel in a listed building located in a prime area in the lower part of the city. Very clean, good service and an excellent breakfast.

A new lovely hotel located at Stela Maris st. In Haifa at the foot of the Bahai gardens. The location is perfect and so is everything about this hotel: comfy rooms, clean and spacious. Lovely atmosphere and testy food.

There is a large supermarket close to the hotel, right at the exit to the left and it takes about 7 minutes to walk. And in general it is very close to the foot of the gardens

Front desk staff is very welcoming and efficient and I got early access to my room after a long 24 hours of traveling. The bar on the second floor is fun and easy to access
