Fauzi Azar by Abraham
Nazareth, Old City 🧭 Map
Old building with lots of character and history. In the old market area. Good starting place for backpackers. Near Christian holy sites and Jesus traik
A very different hostel, it's more like of a very rich persons house. There are no AC but the rooms are cool enough with those high ceilings, also a quiet place.
Amazing place! Looks historical, its like a palace. Its in the centre of Nazareth. The breakfast is very good. Besides that this hostel is absolutly amazing, Nazareth is also really worth a visit. Christians muslims and Jews are very present here. And last of all, Nazareth is very safe, the people are very friendly.
Amazing experience! The staff went out of their way to accommodate us and are super friendly and helpful. The room is clean, very comfy beds and pillows. Breakfast is plenty full and very nice. HIGHLY recommended. This is my second time here and I will be back, God willing. Estelle, South Africa.
The best place to stay in Nazareth. Hands down. The historic building was owned by Mr Fauzi Azar and now the huge mansion style place has been made into a very affordable backpackers. It is run by the late Mr Azar's granddaughter. They have kept the building as it was with even pictures of the family hanging on the wall. It's super central to everything in Nazareth and the very place that Jesus grew...

It's an interesting house full of details. The rooftop is very nice to hang out and has a good view.
The owner was so friendly & the atmosphere so great. This special place with family history. Brilliant, My husband and I loved it. Very clean place, so comfortable bed, nice & quiet. I would highly recommend to everyone.
Very comfortable stay here. The owner was super nice and accommodating. The place is close to all of the famous sites and the old city streets are quite fun to wander around in.
The decoration of the hostel was probably what impressed me most- very classy and taken care of! The dorm was quite different from most hostel dorms - there were no bunk beds but single beds lined up in the room. I was so happy about that! The location was also very central.
Nice hostel, comfy beds, hot shower, fast wifi, easy to socialize with travelers. I recommend to stay there. Daniel
The best hostel in Nazareth. Doors are open 24/7. Very friendly, professional staff. The hostel is under new management. Dormitories and private rooms are available. Clean, affordable, cozy facility conveniently located near the landmark churches, local markets, grocery stores, bus routes and restaurants. Beautiful building over 350 years old, which is well maintained with an amazing view of the old...

Homey and caring, immaculately clean and tidy, comfortable, lots of personal touch and history. David was very warm and welcoming, thank you 🙏
Amazing hosts! Amazing place. No need to look any further. Stayed for over 2 weeks here and don’t have anything but good to say about the stay!
It was a great, lovely place. Home atmosphere. David and Ariela are very nice and helpful people. Thank you for everything and remember you. Best wishes from Poland. I miss Israel already ❤️
Staying at the David Hostel was by far one of the best experiences on our Israel Trip. Ariella made us feel welcome from the first second we arrived. David answered all the questions we had. From the tombs of famous rabbis in tiberias to the best route to Jerusalem. The only thing we didn't like was that we couldn't stay longer. But that is not the fault of the hosts :)
The hostel itself as well as the rooms were very clean, tidy and you felt comfortable. I have never experienced such extraordinary hospitality - on arrival we were given cold water directly (a real relief at over 30 degrees), the rooms were air-conditioned and cool. Ariella and David encouraged us to ask all our questions about Tiberias, but also Israel in general, which they were very happy to answer...

Nicely located hostel. Check-In was via WhatsApp which worked just fine. There is free parking which is definitely a plus! Our room was spacious and tidy and the shared bathrooms are very clean and give you a lot of privacy. The living room is very comfortable and there is free coffee in the kitchen. 10/10 would recommend
Mixed experience. Check in was not in person but everything worked out fine. Bathrooms were exceptional and the rooms were tidy, clean and spacious. If the beds (in room nr. 1) weren’t extremely squeaky and rock-hard, this would be the perfect stay in haifa. Prices are fine and the location is great
It's not far from the main Haifa landmarks the Bahai terraces and the German colony. The local architecture is nice, resembling art nuovo a bit Everything was OK with the unexpected joy from the balcony garden with an interesting variety of plants
