Very good hotel in Nazareth. A lot of people the breakfast is good. The pool is rate the gym is good. The service is wonderful if you need something ask to talk with Elia.

Average hotel. Spent 3 nights here. Very good pool but for some reason lacking adequate shade. The food was plentiful, tasty and with enough variety to satisfy (almost) all tastes. The hotel staff were very, very friendly and helpful. Check-in with a smile.

Very basic but clean rooms and beds. We were on a pilgrimage so it sufficed. Dinner and breakfast not bad either.The grocery store opposite closes by 7 and is stocked with only essentials. So don’t rely too much on it. Property is old and tired. Swimming pool a definite no no.

Everything was fine except for the needed updates, and the rude behavior from the cafeteria/food manager.
Most staff was friendly except for one individual. The cafeteria/food manager who yelled at a friendly Catholic Priest (was not dressed in Catholic Priest uniform/attire at that moment). He was yelling at his staff from across the room full of eating guests and then openly yelled at the priest for something the priest was innocent of.
It would have been acceptable or permissible for the cafeteria/food manager to gently and quietly express his concern to the friendly priest, who did nothing wrong, instead of openly yelling at him for a wrong the priest did not commit.
I personally had a good experience with the hotel and I believe the potential for improvement exists. The food was delicious and most of the staff is friendly, but if I had one suggestion it would be:
1. For the cafeteria/food manager to apologize to the priest who brought 100 guests with him to a religious trip to Israel.
2. I wish the gym didn’t charge me $10 a day to use it.

When looking for a hotel that has withstood the t3st of time with vast experience in professionalism in hospitality; Plaza hotel comes to mind. The staff are friendly, the environment is calm and the hotel takes in guests from all over the world. It may come off as pricey for starters but this is a good place to be. My 1st time staying in this hotel. This is my 2nd time coming to Israel and on this trip i really enjoyed the food. Awesome salad bar at Plaza Hotel.
I'll never know if they replaced the towels in the room or just folded them nicely. Anyway my room is decent enough for me to sleep soundly.
I like that the shower stall isn't cold in winter. Perfect for me when i love to shower daily, even in winter.
Considering that i came during peak period, the receptionist at the lobby was plesant. i don't mind coming back in future to Plaza Hotel-Nof Hgalil.
