: Disappointing Stay with Poor Service and Hygiene

I recently stayed at the Leonardo Club Hotel Tiberias and was extremely disappointed. Despite requesting adjacent rooms, we were placed on different floors, and it took over an hour to get relocated. The room was not properly cleaned—stained bedding, dirty towels, and bird droppings on the balcony. A pigeon even entered the room, causing an allergic reaction.

The elevators were overcrowded and dirty, and I woke up with multiple bites, likely from bedbugs. The hotel staff was overwhelmed and unhelpful, and I was unable to properly check out due to chaotic queues at reception.

While a partial refund was offered, it did not reflect the disruption and health concerns during our stay. This experience left me questioning the standards of this hotel and Israeli tourism in general.

Hotel is not well maintained. Everything seems old and unclean. Kids clubs are old and missing activities for kids. Most games and toys are either missing or broken. Food over the weekend is good but during the week is simply bad. This hotel is not cheap even in the off season and in my opinion does not return the investment.

Do not recommend staying here. The hotel is old and gross. Has not been updated in years. We booked two nights but cancelled our stay just hours after getting there - could not bring myself to stay more than one night! Waste of money! The state of the hotel was truly awful. Things were rusty and in some places even moldy. Do not trust the cleanliness of the rooms. I will give credit to the staff - they were truly very kind and accommodating. But again - HOTEL WAS DISGUSTING.
