Stayed at Ginosar Hotel and it was a wonderful experience.
The location is unbeatable — right on the shores of the Sea of Galilee.
Rooms were cozy, clean, and very comfortable.
The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

The hotel is beautiful! This was a hard time for the everyone and the staff selflessly went way beyond gracious. I love the beach area and shallow warm water. The families were having a wonderful time. The pool, magnificent. Thank you so much!

The room was lovely and the beds comfortable. the air conditioning system worked well which was a bonus in the heat. the little fridge in the room, was a tad noisy, but worked well too. the bathroom was clean and neat with clean towels every day. the staff were exceptionally friendly and very helpful.

The hotel and dining facilities were excellent. The beach is onsite and very clean. The food was very fresh and the dessert bar was outstanding. I have stayed here before and it is always a good experience.

We stayed at the Village which are small houses that have a bedroom very basic kitchenette and a bathroom. All the rooms are surrounded by lawns, have a grill and picnic tables. Everything is very simple and basic but it is ideal for family travel. There is a swimming pool and a nice beach on the sea of Galilee.
Breakfast is served in the main building it is a buffet with salads, many kind of cheese, eggs, smoked fish sweets and pastries. The hotel offers activities for children everyday and live music in the evening

This hotel used to be a Kibbutz. The rooms are nicely arranged. Large wet room which is good. It is right next to the Sea of Galilee. It has a pool too. Food is very tasty and it's buffet style with lots of choice

So my reviews are always taking into account the price so I can help estimate the value. So for slightly less than $600 .a night we received a small room for 5 (see photo) half board. The positive: Great location on the kinneret Nice green lawns Huge variety.at breakfast and dinmer Includes parking Water coolers Hot water The negative: Rundown hotel,building and rooms are poorly maintained and urgently need paint and polish Small room for 5 people Small swimmimg.pool The restaurant staff seem poorly trained (twice dropped.food on us when clearing the dishes) Very small tv

Nice stay, friendly staff, relaxing time by the Sea of Galilee. Food was ok. One day better than the other. Rich breakfast and dinner.there is a nice walk around the kibbutz and the area is quiet. We arrived in a not busy times so was perfect for a relaxing vacation. The pool was great. The best part was the staff.

Beautiful place with great dining! There was a beautiful view of the Sea of Galilee. I would recommend it to anyone. The swimming pool was amazing. There were plenty of places to sit along with a nice covering to stay out of sun.

This place is almost perfect . It cannot be responsible for the August heat...39oC Rooms charming and very clean Food in abundance and large variety. We stayed in the Chalets surrounded by beautifully kept gardens. The hotel bar and cafeteria were for everyones use. It has its own private beach to the Kinneret WITH LIFEGUARD. The pool is smallish but it kept us cool. Plenty of children's afternoon activities The Pool lifeguards were very ,very attentive.
