Great hotel! Clean and pretty, up on a hill with a lovely view, walking distance to public transit. We had a quiet comfortable room, very clean and spacious. The staff went above and beyond for us -- the faucet in the bathroom was leaking when we arrived. We put down a towel for the water and didn't get a chance to tell management but when we returned at the end of the day, they had put in a new faucet! Thanks so much for the care and a wonderful stay!

Been there 11 years ago. Looking back still a very nice place to stay. Quiet and clean. It is a family run business, where they treat you like their friends.

As in our previous visits, from the moment we walked into the hotel, we were made to feel like long awaited guests. Yair greeted us with a smile and it felt like coming home.
The Marom staff was wonderful, as always.

This hotel is just ok. Wifi is not consistent, very small rooms, only limited breakfast items only with egg, mainly they will charge in local currency with the exchange rate & don't accept USDs. But the behavior & support is very nice.

Some call it an Hotel? i would call it dump. This place is not in any shape can be call a "Hotel". Just save yourself the agony and find another decent place to stay when you are visiting Haifa.

Marom hotel is not a new hotel, but it's well maintained, and the service in the hotel is great.
As a guest, I felt the extra mile done by the staff, and that the service was really good.
I had some problems with the wifi during my stay.
I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good and quiet place to stay in Haifa

Scam...in no country does this hotel deserve a 4+ rating. Rooms are old and dirty. There were insects in my room. WiFi is unreliable. Staff is mean and lazy. Walls are paper then. I would pay to stay in a box on the street before I would pay that to stay here again. They will charge you for whole stay up front as to avoid you checking out when you realize the hotel is horrible.
