The food, the staff, the rooms, the beautiful view, is all worth staying here again. This is my second time, and I would stay here again. If I were to write a complaint about this hotel… It would be that there was no sugar, free items for a diabetic to eat.

Excellent hotel and excellent service I will recommend this hotel And the team there is excellent I would like to thank all the team specially the F&B Anwar is an excellent person and professional also Ali did an excellent Job Joel is wonderful too and I would like to thank Jamal too from the front desk

The hotel have big problem treating disabled parking. The hotel prefer the privileged!! causing the disabled park far away (in my case I had to walk 200 meters in 40 degrees c). It is especially disappointing because the room and the food is quite OK.

Our room was located earshot to the lobby where there was a party with amplifiers till midnight. After the party, children ran up and down hallways yelling and playing. Our patio door was on the busy street side at the front gate where anyone coming to the hotel has to honk their car horns until someone opens the gate. Thank goodness we left during the day. Thank goodness we didn’t have to deal with reception as they were not concerned with the guest at all. Not welcoming at all. Got up during the night and saw roaches scurrying. Awfully thin walls inside and out. That room should be turned into a storage room. Definitely nota 4 star hotel.I wouldn’t stay here again.

The staff is much to be desired. The hotel is nice and clean but the front desk staff is extremely rude. Not helpful at all. The breakfast buffet is good with a lot of options. Out of all the hotels on our Israel trip this is the only one that did not have bottled water in the room. Our stay would have been perfect if not for the staff. All of our group of 21 experienced some kind of negative exchange with the staff. We did not feel welcomed at all!

Bugs everywhere! Front desk old man with white/gray hair was so rude and said “clean it yourself”. Yuck! Never stay here! So nasty! Between the bed bugs, mosquitoes and nasty bugs in the bathroom - I regret staying here! The front desk staff member (old man, white hair) was beyond rude! Overall 0 star hotel.

Helpful staff. A woman at the front desk helped us arrange for a laundry pickup and drop off while we were out on our tour. Beautiful sunrises over the Sea of Galilee.

Pretty nice hotel with plenty of great views of the Sea of Galilee and guest amenities.
Attractive facilities and generally comfortable room. Showers drain water all over the floor causing the bathroom to be perpetually wet.
Unfortunately one young employee, Grace, is quite entitled and quickly tells you. Ironically, she doesn't think equally high of customer service as she does of her own self proclaimed importance. Sadly that interaction is what we remembered from being there three weeks ago. I wanted to give two stars but others staff were helpful and courteous and should not be completely discredited because of one.

Very run down hotel. Smells all over the carpet. The bathrooms are in very very bad conditions, very outdated and looks dirty. I did not enjoy my stay. There is no air conditioner in the hotel or that I was told. So, hot and smelly. Restaurant was very neglected. Attention in the restaurant was NOT good. I have stayed in the desert with less conditions and was more enjoyable than this hotel. It should be restored because it has potential but no one seems to care.
