De' Mar Florentine Hotel By Peraia

I was really disappointed with my stay in a De Mare Florentin apartment. The apartment was missing vital things that were advertised as being included. These apartments are not equipped for longer stays, or for anyone who wants to cook. I stayed for 1 week and was provided with only 2 rolls of toilet paper. They advertise a coffee machine for use, but only provided 2 coffee pods. There was no hand soap in the washroom, which is quite unsanitary. There was no oil, salt, or pepper for cooking, though this was advertised as being included in the unit. There was no sponge to wash dishes or any dish towel or paper towels for the kitchen.

The employees were quite unresponsive. I had to contact them 4 times and it took them 4 days (more than half my stay) to provide some of the missing items. The hand soap for the bathroom was never provided.

The floors in my apartment were filthy, if I walked around without shoes, my feet were completely black.

The wifi didn’t reach to the bedroom, despite it being advertised as very strong wifi.

For these reasons the space was not comfortable or welcoming for me. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. There are plenty of other options in the area.

when i asked if they can clean my room (part of the cost) he was sorry they are bussy and only next week but im not there next week

At Airbnb they pretend to be a set of apartments instead of honestly position themselves as an apart-hotel. The same deceitful policy they follow anywhere.

Want to get your VAT be ready to fight for it.
Before you settle in they request for tons of information and scans of all your sensitive documents which of course you shouldn't send.

Except of docs, you have to send them for getting your VAT back, if you're a non-citizens yet.
Don't forget about watermarks and to remind them a few times. Guys are very "forgetful" when it's about money.
The rest information and scans they probably sell on the black market.

Dirty from the beginning. No cleaning. No linen change in about a week in moi.

Super thin walls and nobody will bother, if your neighbours are noisy like if they live here alone.
NO RESPECT TO CUSTOMERS.
NO SERVICE. They don't do things they declare they do at Airbnb description.
NO WORK ETHICS. No care about reputation. May threaten their customers aggressively even
Unfortunately in a way it's the all-around problem of Israel.
Very often sabra (the local) mentality implies "the world revolves around me".

Unfortunately companies like Airbnb with time tend to be very biased in favour of hosts, regardless how super bad things they do so. Moreover you may get absolutely mendacious review from them.
Hosts get away with almost anything, but overt crime.

We had to book a diffrent hotel for our guests, highly not recomond this hotel. Disgusting behavior by the manger of te hotel.

The description of the hotel does not correspond the reality. It’s not a 4-star hotel, it’s not even “one star” hotel. It’s cold, there is no staff available, there is not even a reception desk and elevator. The rooms are cold, dirty, walls are super thin (you can hear everything several floors down). It’s obvious that a management of the hotel is lying about the real condition of the hotel. Do not recommend this “hotel” AT ALL
