Once again we had an incredible experience at Hilton Tel Aviv. Staff are all helpful and really nice. Gold status was recognised with a room upgrade and a gift in the room. This is the best hotel in the area.

However, the rooms appear slightly outdated compared to the price point, warranting a refresh. Despite this, the overall experience is pleasant, especially if the room aesthetics are not a top priority

Apart from the great location, it is the combination of little things which add up to make this a terrific hotel. Everything works well, is thought out and consistent

Tel Aviv Hilton is iconic I stayed at the Tel Aviv Hilton in June of 1967. Since then I have returned on many dozens of occasions

The beach is across the street, the rooms, pool and gym are excellent, the food is great, the lounge is excellent and most of all, the people who work in the hotel are incredible and always trying to help with anything needed! For me, Henri at the front desk should get the service award of the year

My husband and I stay at the Sheraton Tel Aviv twice a year to take in the sea and sun. The hotel's beach location, city views and the hotel itself, are beautiful and relaxing

And Henri is the dream hotel manager who could star in a hospitality reality-TV show, if he weren't already running the best hotel in Tel Aviv. I have stayed in hotels all over the world, and so far this wins the prize

Love the club lounge everyone is great and friendly . Mary Ann is here every day at breakfast offering to bring me coffee or juice and whatever I want. It’s so nice to have happy faces around :

The Sheraton and Tel Aviv are one of the best places in the world to visit. The staff in the executive lounge including Adam, Anastasia, Elena,and Maria treated us as family

Also the restaurant is really good Generally speaking very nice for couples

To be fare the staff were friendly and told us to ask if we needed anything. But This is not the 1st tea I have had in Israel and abroad. The tea itself was a good brand but served in a tiny teapot with no lid

Also maybe pouring the tea and also. pouring the water mineral and natural that were on the table. There was a nice printed menu but maybe a little more verbal information would make it of a better quality

Our children brought us a present of afternoon tea at the Jaffa as our roots are British 50 and 42 years here and they know we like afternoon tea. The room was stunning with only a few tables

I definatly recommend if afternoon tea is served make the tea itself a central point in a pot where the tea stays hot not pots where all the lids have been broken

I was just a little dissapointed after hearing past reviews of this hotel I didnt feel the exclusivity that it used to have

I stayed at the Israel Sea Tower. It offers a good location close to the beach. A 2 block walk to central beach to be exact

It's nice as far as rooms go. I started on 9 th and while the view of the city was nice, the sea would likely have been better. Service was good and the room was cleaned well. Overall present.

I was able to receive Tel Aviv city guides from the front desk, Guy, and others. The rooms were clean and tidy. Yes, they have this modern look of window and shades to offer a design. The bed frame is unique and modern

Since I eat Kosher, and Israel Sea Tower breakfast is not unfortunately, they accommodated me by sending me 10 minutes away to the Israel Royal Beach hotel

The room was huge! High ceiling and very clean. The staff was amazing, very responsive, professional, and helpful when needed

Only complaint i have is the fact that the credit card reader at the front desk does not work properly, and makes you go out of your way just to find an atm to pay for the room, parking and everything else you need to pay for in the hotel

I stayed here for 4 weeks on a business trip during May, Orchid is a great hotel right on the beachfront promenade. Huge selection at the breakfast buffet! Comfortable rooms and nice views.

The rooms could use a little upkeep! The view from our room was nice. Tel Aviv is a busy and noisy city but this hotel is in a nice, central, safe location. Easy access all over Tel Aviv

I went to the hotel solo and stayed there for one night The reception is awesome, Jordane & Negin welcome me warmly. My friends and I went to the bar at night and Kostas, Ellen, and Catalin provided excellent service

Very good service, especially from Arnel! If you’re ever near you should definitely pay a visit. We have tried a lot of restaurants and places around the city and we will definitely come back here

He was super friendly, made pleasant conversation and gave us some great dish/drink recommendations to try! My partner and I hugely recommend visiting Leonardo and asking for Arnel

Immediate access to the beach for swimming, to the Tayelet promenade for my morning run, great indoor lap pool when the sea was not an option, and excellent breakfast buffet

The location is excellent, in the center of Tel Aviv, next to the Mediterranean Sea, the breakfast time is until 11 o'clock, very good, the only disadvantage is that the hotel's exterior wall is under repair, and some ruins enter the balcony

The front desk is slow and the Internet connection in the room occasionally fails. The hotel rooms in Tel Aviv are quite small, but clean and comfortable. The breakfast is not too delicious

There are a lot of bars and restaurants downstairs. The hotel is very avant-garde and good value for money

Reasonably priced hotel with outstanding location directly near the TLV Beach. Friendly staff and outstanding meals

Like with most TLV hotels parking space is limited so try the ' Sheraton1 near Metzizim Beach parking lot. It's one bus stop away and will save you plenty of parking cash

First off, this is now the Leonardo Gordon Beach Hotel, no longer the Leonardo Art hotel. It was completely remodeled and reopened August 1, 2022. The location and the pool are fantastic! The service was great

The lobby is beautiful but I didn't really like the dark decor of the room. There wasn't enough natural light and the view wasn't nice. I think that is a problem with the exterior design of the hotel

Just be sure to ask for a room where the view isn't blocked by the roof and you don't have rooms from the Carlton Hotel looking in to yours. We were in room 406 on the north side of the hotel

The room was comfortable and very quiet and we didn't really spend much time in our room during the day so it wasn't a big issue

The best thing was the nespresso machines, they offer free coffee and have a lovely seating area in the lobby, which we loved. There is a gym, sauna and two balconies with views of Tel Aviv

The staff is friendly and helpful. This location is also slight off the busy traffic area, so very quiet at night. They also leave a small box of chocolate truffles at the well. The chocolates are actually very good

Very nice hotel near the beach and old town Jafa area. The rooms are clean and well designed. There is a nice lobby area to hang out with coffee and tea. Breakfast buffet is very good and reasonably priced

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good and very Mediterranean

The hotel itself is great, I like the design, the staff were very friendly, they also offer online checkin to make the whole processes quicker, and they helpfully looked after our luggage at check out so we could do more sightseeing

I stayed 3 nights at The Savoy. The service was good, some clerks better than others. The breakfast was great: lox and bread, tuna salad, cheese, and omelettes and cappuccino

If you are looking to be very near the beech on a budget this is your spot! The hospitality here is wonderful. They are so accommodating and even leave little gifts in your room

I've NEVER had better service than at this sweet little gem of a hotel. Its side street location (steps from the beach) makes it preferable to the beach- front hotels

We stayed here mid-July, 2023 and loved the location and the staff are the best! This was our first time visiting Tel-Aviv and the central location and proximity to the beach (one block) are perfect! The staff including, Natalie, Jojo, Alara and Elam made our stay easy and were helpful with restaurant recommendations, securing taxi service, and answer a plethora of questions

From the moment you arrive, the hospitality stands out—Eli, Raphael, and Natalie are exceptional team members who go above and beyond. When I’m here I love enjoying the sunset views from the rooftop

If you are looking for a budget Hotel then it is perfect. Amazing location - Opposite beach and most happening places are with in 3 km. Very ordinary rooms and toilets. some Staff behavior is tough/rude

We'd booked a sea view room, although when we arrived late at night I could see that the property isn't quite on the beach and is one road back so I was a little puzzled what kind of view it would be

very friendly staff day and night, they know what you might desire before your thoughts are spoken. And the breakfast is quite delicious and the best starter before getting into the vibrant city life

We have never slept in a more comfortable bed. The hotel is in a very good location with a view on the sea from their sun roof and less than 5 minutes by foot from the beach

Very friendly and pleasant place to stay at. We stayed on the third floor with no balcony, but there is a rooftop terrace on the third floor to have a quiet coffee under an umbrella for shade

The location is great because it is a nice area, it is close to the Frishman beach, you can walk by the breezy street next to the beach to get to Jaffa on foot without getting too hot - or take the bikes from the hotel and head to Jaffa in 15mins - and the trendy areas like Florentine, as well as the Carmel market are in walking distance

Breakfast is very big and is brought to your table personally as you sit down in the lobby. Coffee in the lobby free of charge 24/7 as well as some small snacks
