Amazing hotel and service! During the war nonetheless which was a very difficult time for everyone. Zehavit went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable and taken care of. She sat with us many times just to ease our worries. Kevin from food and beverage was also amazing. He came and checked up on us regularly with a smile. We will definitely be back!
This place is amazing!!! Everyone.. from the house keeping to the CEO During this war conflict may I mention some - `SOME(!) `of the staff Zehavit, Kevin, Yelena and Peter Who made us all feel safe and calm There’s no doubt we will be back her asap! Thank you all for your love and ALL YOU DO! May life here be calm and be as beautiful as you.
My wife and I stayed at the hotel. The breakfast was delicious, the pool was clean, and the most fun was in the lounge. The view was amazing and the staff was helpful and Zehavit, giving us amazing service! We w definitely be back.
Intercontinental David Hotel is the place to stay in Tel Aviv. Here you feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms are spacious, very clean and beautifully furnished. The view from there over the ocean is simply amazing! The location of the hotel is perfect right at Tel Aviv Beach and close to Jaffa Old Town. But the best is the staff: everyone working at Intercontinental David Hotel is very friendly...
We had a wonderful stay at the David Intercontinental Hotel. The service was impeccable, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was both elegant and welcoming. We especially want to highlight the exceptional service we received from Zehavit and Martina – they were incredibly kind, professional, and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Their warm and attentive...

The hotel is beautiful , right on the beach .the stuff in the launch is out of this world. Mazal the manager is so helpful and warm, she went out and beyond to help us. Marry in is so sweet and always their to fullfeel your wish. And Lilach the chef is the best both as a person and as a chef. Amazing food! Each day. We stayed 2 weeks in the hotel it was a pleasure .
Elena Adam Maria Mazal I have been here since the Iran conflict started and this group of individuals have gone ABOVE and BEYOND to make my stay not only comfortable BUT also enjoyable which is a lot given the circumstances. To Elena, Maria, Adam and Mazal- thank you and tons of gratitude for everything you have done and continue to do on an hourly basis.
I have written in the past about the Sheraton Grand Tel Aviv. It's an excellent hotel for either business or pleasure. The beach is across the street, the rooms, pool and gym are excellent, the food is great, the lounge is excellent and most of all, the people who work in the hotel are incredible and always trying to help with anything needed! For me, Henri at the front desk should get the service...
I like to express my experience using the club lounge. The staff Elena, Adam, Alex , Anastassiya and Guy were fantastic, very polite, helpful and professional in everything. I enjoyed the service very much and looking forward to my next visit
Best hotel service I’ve ever had. Downstairs breakfast: First off, insane spread of food, best I’ve had at any hotel. They hire a barista named Senya who can make you any coffee drink you could want— And it is Excellent! Svetlana is the kindest person and makes sure you have everything you need. Zhenia makes great shakshuka. Upstairs lounge: very nice breakfast and dinner (also a great spread...
Great hotel, very convenient location. Lounge is excellent with refreshments and drinks, easy to work. The breakfast at the hotel has a large selection of food. The staff was excellent and attentive, especially Elena. This experienceade the trip much easier.

Good location, Nice room, and lots of variety good breakfast
The service is too slow but other than that everything is good
Great location and the hotel provided us with the use of their business center, with light snacks and drinks daily. Hotel staffs are friendly and concierge service was superb in advising places to visit. Would love to stay there again if I ever go back to Tel-Aviv. Missing the city already!
good location, easy to access the transportation, helpful staff
Good location …center. . Easy to take expressway. Parking underground. Room 1917 are quiet. Bed and pillows are very confortable. air conditioning working well . Laundry service are good. Nice stay
We spent ten days at this hotel. It has a convenient location and friendly staff. From the airport, the easiest way to get to the hotel is to take the rail for about 18 shekels. It's located right at the station about two stops away from the airport station. Taxi fare varies from 150 to 220 depending on which day you travel. The room we stayed in was very spacious and clean. You can’t beat the location. Beautiful beach. Friendly staff. The rooms could use a little upkeep! The view from our room was nice. Tel Aviv is a busy and noisy city but this hotel is in a nice, central, safe location. Easy access all over Tel Aviv. Don’t miss the nearby Old City Jaffa.
I stayed here for 4 weeks on a business trip during May, Orchid is a great hotel right on the beachfront promenade. Huge selection at the breakfast buffet! Comfortable rooms and nice views.
Location- excellent Room condition- poor to adequate Room clean - sub-standard (sheets not changed during our stay, had to ask for in room coffee every day, need to ask for clean towels every day, shampoo and soap not refilled) General room condition - bad upkeep. shower unclean, bathroom door knob broken ( despite leaving it out for repair), entry door loose in the door frame (security issue) Staff...
We stayed for 6 days/5 nights in this hotel. Location is good with lots of hipster bars and food in the area, even a McDonald's right beside it and the view of the beach across the road is amazing. We pre-booked for a room with 2 single beds but we were given a room with 1 queen bed so we had to go back to reception and request for the room we wanted. The room is fine but the pillows need to be...
Good beachside hotel for tourists and locals. A full Israeli-style breakfast is included and the restaurant was very good with seaside views. Rooms are modern and well-kept but somewhat noisy from the hallway.
First I got a room whom the AC didn't work. I took the lobby 30 minutes until I got another room In the second room the fridge didn't work at all, and the room wasn't very clean The food is good and the workers are very nice

Review: The Jaffa Hotel – A Stunning Venue with Disappointing Service We chose The Jaffa Hotel for its beauty and reputation, especially to mark a special occasion – a wedding. While the hotel itself is architecturally stunning and the location is truly one-of-a-kind, our experience, particularly around the bridal package and service, left much to be desired. Booking the Bridal Package – A Nightmare...
Great hotel, very comfortable, great location too. Good pool, all nice and clean, beautiful room.
From the moment we arrived the staff at the Jaffa were truly incredible. 5 nights of our needs, wants or concerns were always met. Aviad with concierge was very attentive and extra helpful when it came to planning. Thank you for making every day of our stay very special.
Very good hotel. The staff is beyond praise. Well done!!!
We stayed two nights at the old wing, where the sealing is super high, and there are authentic floors and windows. It was really special experience. At the beginning we received a room in the new wing but it was very small and not unique as the old one. The hotel is beautiful with great location near the old Jaffa, you can walk to the beach and to all the restaurants and attractions nearby. Breakfast...
We stayed for four nights at the jaffa Hotel. It was delightful. The staff are extremely well trained and friendly. They helped us with all types of small things in particular at the front desk was wonderful. There is a man there Nikita, who was exceptional.

Before our arrival we had some doubts regarding the value of The Norman since it’d be challenging to justify the stiff price. However, after our stay, we totally understand it. Everything, from the attentiveness of all the personnel tending to us during our check in, through the impeccable room experience, pool, Alena, The Library and the spa treatments, was absolutely amazing. Thanks for making our...
This place was very accommodating. Food at the restaurant was great. Hotel is close and walk distance from everything, Carmel Market, Rothschild, and to another famous street full of restaurants that end it at the Carmel market, right now I can’t remember the name. The staff were always very helped and friendly. The only downside is that they are not a stroller/wheelchair friendly hotel, probably because...
We went to The Norman for a short staycation. Me and my partner booked a Loft Suite and it was stunning - a beautifully designed space with a thoughtful layout and a charming balcony overlooking Melchett Street. I want to mention the great pieces of israeli artists that are on display throughout the whole hotels facilities, we loved it. There is nothing more to say. The service was on the highest standard...
Quite simply the best hotel in Tel Aviv. The service from the moment you arrive is impeccable. All the staff are just so helpful and friendly. The beds are enormous and so comfortable. You honestly can’t beat breakfast on the terrace. Special mention to Harry on concierge, he always managed to get us the restaurant bookings we wanted even when the restaurants looked fully booked. If I had to say one...
Had a fantastic evening at Alena during the week of Purim. Located inside The Norman Hotel, the restaurant offers a refined yet relaxed atmosphere that made for a great dining experience. I went with a friend and tried a variety of dishes, each offering something unique. We had lamb and fish skewers served with fresh, fluffy pitas, crispy chips, and all the dips on the menu. The pita was freshly baked...
We had a lovely night at the Norman. Yes its pricy but the quality is top notch. Breakfast is well known in the Tel Aviv and rightfully so. Pool on the roof is lovely & clean (salty water 💦 ). Would love to visit again some day.

Very good service, especially from Arnel! If you’re ever near you should definitely pay a visit. Food is amazing as well. We have tried a lot of restaurants and places around the city and we will definitely come back here. We ordered burgers and they were amazing! Again, ask for Arnel! His the best.
I went to the hotel solo and stayed there for one night The reception is awesome, Jordane & Negin welcome me warmly. My friends and I went to the bar at night and Kostas, Ellen, and Catalin provided excellent service. I would surely come here again.
Amazing service at the bar! Our server Arnel went above and beyond. He was super friendly, made pleasant conversation and gave us some great dish/drink recommendations to try! My partner and I hugely recommend visiting Leonardo and asking for Arnel. Thank you so much!
Convenient transportation, rich breakfast
The stuff where very helpful. The room was very nice and lots of space The food was amazing
I highly recommend this hotel! The rooms are so fresh and clean! The shower is like a strong delicious massage! They were so nice and gave us a few extra hours to checkout. The hotel restaurant had a big selection of breakfast food, and everything was so tasteful and delicious!

Due to medical treatment ןמ Ichilov Hospital we stayed at Vital Hotel for about two weeks. The proximity to the hospital was a big plus for us. 1. The best feature of the hotel is the cleanliness. The rooms are clean, the toiletries are of high quality and the towels and robes are soft and cozy. 2. The staff is service minded, pleasant and polite. 3. Breakfast is ok, there is variety, although...
Good hotel for business visits as there’s a shopping mall and a morning food market on Fridays. There’s a very nice gym as well with complimentary access for guests. I tried the Les Mills core. Fantastic class! Breakfast is great with Nespresso coffee and the lounge is available all day. Good size room with Nespresso machine. I only wish they had USB or international sockets by the bed as I forgot...
My stay was perfect. My son was in Ichilov and the Vital Hotel was next to the campus. The mall next door was such a convenience and I could easily get what my son and I needed. Everything in the hotel was immaculately clean and efficient, the bed was comfortable, the whole room was comfortable - and the breakfast was amazing. I really couldn't have been happier. Thank you
The hotel is nice clean and in an excellent location. There is coffe and snacks all day at level 12. And breakfast is rich and tasty. The only thing was we had a noise of drillings during the morning that came from next room that was really loud.. rather than that a very convenient hotel.
Not bad, but too expensive... Tel Aviv is really expensive
The room was clean, and they gave us chocolate and water. There is a shopping mall below, with supermarkets and other places to eat. On Fridays, there are many carts selling various local foods in the mall. It is very convenient. It only takes a few minutes to get to the beach by taxi. I like it very much and will stay here again next time.
Food is really good and diverse. Awesome breakfast selection, local wine in the lounge daytime and happy hour with wine and cheese & sandwiches at 5 o’clock. Bed is super comfy; robes are available. Very clean hotel and room The staff is polite and speak different languages

The hotel is relatively old and the shower above is broken when it rains.
The location is excellent, in the center of Tel Aviv, next to the Mediterranean Sea, the breakfast time is until 11 o'clock, very good, the only disadvantage is that the hotel's exterior wall is under repair, and some ruins enter the balcony

This is hotel for easy goers and flexible people not very demanding. I had great expectations as it belongs to recogmized Leonardo chain but I was wrong. The pink building surrounded by pink walls andl facilities is perfect only for Barbie. Besides it is almost impossible to find the entrance even fot experienced taxi drivers. There is a decadent atmosphere around the immediate neighborhood...
Very good hotel. Situated next to the sea. We were supposed to have a regular room and got a sea view. Clean rooms. Very good service a specially the men who lets you on the breakfast. Good waiters. Big and nice roof pool with nice life guard. Good drinks. Large selection of tasteful breakfast. We got a wine as a gift. It was time great time spend here.
First off, this is now the Leonardo Gordon Beach Hotel, no longer the Leonardo Art hotel. It was completely remodeled and reopened August 1, 2022. The location and the pool are fantastic! The service was great. The lobby is beautiful but I didn't really like the dark decor of the room. There wasn't enough natural light and the view wasn't nice. I think that is a problem with the exterior design of...
Reasonably priced hotel with outstanding location directly near the TLV Beach. Friendly staff and outstanding meals. Like with most TLV hotels parking space is limited so try the ' Sheraton1 near Metzizim Beach parking lot . It's one bus stop away and will save you plenty of parking cash.
The Internet photos are not accurate at all. Simple old hotel. Rooms are not well maintained. Breakfast OK. Too expensive. But Tel Aviv is all too expensive. The only advantage is it location. The parking is crazy expensive, dirty and the odor...... As a conclusion not a good experience. I will not return
This hotel was more than acceptable but for the complete incompetence of their staff who double charged our entire stay and a.month later I'm still unable to get my money back. Disgusting and despicable behaviour. The actual hotel is fine

Great find, this hotel. Eclectic mix of decorative pieces give it a great boutique hotel feel. Rooms are spacious with a large, comfortable bed. Friendly, helpful staff.

Good noon dear followers, We would like to review the hotel "Isrotel Roberto Boutique" in the city of TLV. It is OK (we had a good time). Nice hotel. Recommended parking for those arriving with a car - a parking lot named: hatahana (חניון התחנה). Costs 24 shekels for 24 hours, and is about 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. The parking lot address is Kaufmann st 65 Tel Aviv Yafo.
Nice place to stay, new and shiny. Rooms are a bit tight and room service might still clean your room even if you left the DnD tag on but has a great traditional breakfast buffet. Great location and proximity to all the good places to be.

Mooi hotel op een goede locatie. Dichtbij het strand. Kamers zijn aan de kleine kant, bedden zijn niet heel comfortabel, maar goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding voor Tel Aviv.
Cute little butique hotel, lovely staff. The staff was friendly and acommidating. They had good recommendations about the stay. Our room was stylish and comfortable. The bed was amazing and had a real duvet with goose feathers. Would definetly recommend to a friend!
We've taken the penthouse room with the ocean view and it was the best room we've in tel aviv so far and we've been in many. the hotel staff were very very nice and the service was great. this is certainly an hotel that we will revisit
Extremely friendly hotel in a perfect location. Breakfast excellent. Free cocktails in the room was a great touch. Would recommend in a heartbeat - far more personal than the larger chain hotels. Gil at reception was amazing. I couldn't fault his service and attention to detail.
This is a comfortable spot from which to visit Tel Aviv. The location is great, just one block from the beach and close to other attractions like the Carmel Market. Staff members are helpful. Breakfast next door at the Brown Beach House was top notch.
