We had a lovely night at the Norman. Yes its pricy but the quality is top notch. Breakfast is well known in the Tel Aviv and rightfully so. Pool on the roof is lovely & clean (salty water 💦 ). Would love to visit again some day.
Highly recommended. We moved here from another hotel that was well-reviewed and looked nice online but was shabby and loud in person. The folks in reception - hat tip to the amazing Jillian - were super accommodating in helping us move and get set up here. Nice roof deck, nice bar. 💪🏼
Best place to be. The nicest boutique hotel in all of israel. The breakfast is 10/10, service is great. Rooms are very decorated and nice, lovely pool on the roof and food of any restaurant of the hotel is just amazing.
Food was great, portions are fairly large. The acoustics are pretty noisy when the indoor dining area was filled up with people talking. Service was standard, not superb but also not bad. Beautiful decors and nice location.
Fine dinning. The food is nice, I had better but the service and vibes are great!
One of the most upscale hotels in TLV, and you definitely feel it! Everything is perfect in this place.

Many thanks to the best hotel in Israel! The service is amazing, the staff is nice and helps with anything you need. It was on our wedding day and Alex did everything to make us happy! Roman, Emil and Dona also helped us and were attentive to every request. The breakfast was excellent. Thank you!
We had such an amazing and calming experience at the L.Raphael Beauty Spa at The Jaffa Hotel!! The spa staff so friendly, and professional. The massage was one of the best I’ve ever had!! I also want to mention the breakfast, the food is fresh, the staff is very courteous and friendly (special thanks to Valeria who served us and the manager Matt) We also want to mention the pool staff, Angel was...
I stayed at the Jaffa Luxury Collection in July and I had the most amazing stay. I stayed for 5 nights and it was the most enjoyable stay that I have had in Israel. Shireen at the front desk went above and beyond to assist me with early check in and to make sure my late checkout went smoothly. The property accommodated my early checkin by allowing me to use the showers in the spa to freshen up from...
Seamlessly blends history and luxury to provide an unforgettable experience. From the moment you step foot into this 19th-century architectural marvel, you're transported to a world of refinement and opulence. The attentive and dedicated staff, exemplified by the exceptional Roman, ensures that your every need is not only met but exceeded. Their warmth and efficiency make you feel like the only guests...
This is the 3rd stay in this hotel. I have to admit that the quality of the services never changed it’s always amazing. Staff is so kind and attentive. Location of this hotel is perfect in the beautiful historical Jaffa. Swimming pool is also very nice and you can certainly relax here. The only downside of this hotel are the sizes of the rooms - even if you book premium/deluxe room it’s so small (there...
We had an amazing experience at Jaffa Hotel. We went for afternoon tea and Roman was so attentive. He couldn't do enough! It was hot, he immediately got us water. We ordered our drinks and hot drinks, he delivered them so quickly. We ordered cakes (which were amazing), he delivered them. We felt like we were the only guests, even though the cafe was busy. Thank you for making us feel so welcome...

Good location …center. . Easy to take expressway. Parking underground. Room 1917 are quiet. Bed and pillows are very confortable. air conditioning working well . Laundry service are good. Nice stay
We spent ten days at this hotel. It has a convenient location and friendly staff. From the airport, the easiest way to get to the hotel is to take the rail for about 18 shekels. It's located right at the station about two stops away from the airport station. Taxi fare varies from 150 to 220 depending on which day you travel. The room we stayed in was very spacious and clean. There's a gym on the 1...
A great hotel to stay in Tel Aviv with easy access to transportation and shopping centre right at the front door. Room was amazingly large, clean and comfortable. They also provide a shuttle bus to and from the beach which is a free service. I will definitely be staying again! Thanks
Great hotel, convenient location. Would absolutely stay here again. Sophie in the dining was extremely attentive and such a warm personality- I really looked forward to going to breakfast each morning because of her service.
Great business lounge, located over a big shopping mall. Well equipped gym. A 15-minute walk from downtown Tel Aviv and a 15-minute drive to Tel Aviv Beach
The BEST hotel in TelAviv.....unfortunately not in a great area. But there is a shuttle to the beach area...to the Criwn Plaza on the beach. Rooms are of a high standard, comparable to Europe. VERY clean.

I was 2 nights in this hotel. It’s about 25min with taxi from the airport. The front desk-staff was friendly and gives all information you needed. I get a high floor room with city view. The room was clean and comfortable, the look was great, the bed was also comfortable! The bad was also good with amenity’s and a good size shower. In the room was also a little fridge and a coffee machine. The hotel...
Not a 5 star hotel. Rooms are ok but no minibar of fridge to keep water cold. It seems as the hotel has known better times. No atmosphere at rooftop bar with the small swimming pool. Great breakfast at small tables.
The staff is very kind, the breakfast is delicious and satisfying. The rooms are a bit tiny (the classic ones) but it’s totally fine and no complaints about that. Unfortunately, I couldn’t rate the swimming pool because it was rainy, but even without that it was great and I’ll definitely visit here again in the future.
Great location. Dropped off our laundry around the corner and got breakfast at the best bakery too. Skip breakfast at the hotel and eat at the bakery. Train station is a short walk away. Staff were friendly and the gym was good too. Good mattress.
Stayed here in August of 2017. Nice updated hotel in a quiet and easily accessible part of Tel Aviv. The rooms are very modern and clean and for a few nights stay in the city this place was perfect. The walls are a bit thin and other guests were a bit loud in the hallway late in the evening during my stay so I would recommend bringing earplugs just in case seeing as they do not provide any. The service...

The greatest time ever always . Been for 3 days , what a place , my favorite spot is a breakfast buffet, and spending some times by the pool having some drinks and food is my favorite time. Pedro the guy on the pool bar makes a huge difference while we were there , he always talking to us , making sure we are all taking care and we can spend the whole day till the beautiful sunset, what a view. Thanks...
Jessica and Avila CSR were excellent! They made me and the crew feel welcome each and every time we stay here. Lorena, Jessica, and Maria in the executive lounge are always gracious in providing their service. The hotel staff should be commended for all the great service.
The Sheraton Tel Aviv is a beautiful property. Perfect location, and pure luxury. The views are unmatched and when you walk in you feel like you have arrived. The renovation is beautiful - you won't want to leave your room. The absolute standout superstar of this property is Pedro, the kind, friendly, helpful bartender at the pool. He will learn your name, greet you everyday with a smile on his face...
I stayed at the Sheraton TelAviv for a week and I was very impressed by the quality of service and hospitality. The hotel is located in a convenient area, close to many attractions and restaurants. Great location on the beach by the marina between the Gordon Pool and the Hilton. Room was smallish, a little dated, but clean and comfortable with partial view of the sea and a tiny balcony, which needed to be cleaned. Bed was comfortable. Nice rooftop pool. Beautiful buffet breakfast. Excellent service.
My wife and I stayey at Carlton for six days and had a fabulous time. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel is very accommodating for any of our needs. Words can’t describe the breakfast buffet. I don’t think they missed one food, bread, fish, fruit, drink, etc etc. The coffee bar was amazing. All delicious. Enjoyed the pool and beach. Great location. If we return to Israel, the Carlton...
This is one of the nicest hotels I've ever been to. It's location is prime right next to the beach the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They can book you a tour from the concierge and they can even get you a taxi and bill it to your room so you can't get scammed. We needed directions to an out of way pick up spot for a tour and the concierge actually left her desk and walked us all the way...
It claims to be a “5 stars superior” hotel but it is not. Absolutely. It can be a 4 stars at most. The building itself is quite ugly and poorly maintained. If you are lucky to get a room facing the sea, then the view is amazing, but if you face on the road and on the building behind the hotel, then it’s terrible. Service is good by the way, breakfast is amazing: the restaurant faces on the sea and...
My room had an opened chocolate box on the table. When asking my friend (who stayed in another room), he also mentioned that cleaning was not completed. He found half a cup of tea from a previous guest in the little coffee corner of the room. The elevator is annoying as you need to select the floor on the outside of the elevator and are then directed to one of the 3 cabins. My friend stayed on a different...
Had a wonderful time at this hotel. Perfect in summer - great location and the pool was amazing (very busy on a Friday and Saturday though). The rooms were clean and comfortable and really well sized. But the staff is what will take me back. Gila (Guest Relations) was very accommodating and available. The concierge was great for any questions and help. The bell boys/staff at the front were friendly...

I had the immense pleasure of staying at the Dan Tel Aviv Hotel for 12 nights, and it surpassed every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in sheer luxury and impeccable hospitality. The check-in process was nothing short of splendid, with the staff being incredibly warm and attentive. The cuisine at the hotel is something to write home about. Breakfasts were a culinary journey...
Descent hotel, staff are not the most interacting and kind, even though some cleaners are. The location is perfect! The breakfast was nothing amazing but good, even though the waiting service was very ashaming. The parking was the worst of all though. The owner of the parking thought it would be a good idea to make more money by doubling the amount of cars that can enter, meaning that half of the cars...
Awesome experience I can see why this place is rated five stars. Alon front desk made everything easy for us to check in under welcomed any questions that we had. We were pleasantly helped with getting our luggage to our room and any other services we needed by Allan. Michelle in guest relations gave us the warmest welcome with complementary beverages. This hotel is a definite must do with one of the...
I like that this place has both an indoor and outdoor pools and it overlooks the Mediterranean Sea. The building is not new and some parts of it are dilapidated. For example a large chunk of black marble, over the main entrance door fell during my stay. This was very dangerous. The stucco is discolored on the way to the pool. The rooms seem okay but not outstanding. Being in a five star hotel I would...
Shows its age but compensates with exceptional staff. Room I stayed was big, well equipped and maintained but some parts were very old and should be replaced (wardrobe). Beachfront location great for the tourist but awful traffic-wise for the business traveller.
I was actually surprised to find such high quality of service and food and accommodation in such a top location... Usually in such locations one could allow less quality at a tough price. But in Dan Tel-Aviv the rooms are clean, when you go down for breakfast you are met with a smile by Natalia who is also offering a drink in the business lounge and if she is not there, then Alex will take care of...

I enjoyed a great two weeks at the Royal Beach Tel Aviv. Isrotel is known to have great food and the Royal Beach did not disappoint! One of the best Breakfasts in Tel Aviv. The exec lounge food, though limited by comparison, was also top quality. The rooms are a little small, but I love that they have balconies with sea views. The best thing about the hotel is the proximity to Carmel Market. Overall...
Fantastic location, right on the beach! I went with a girlfriend and we enjoyed the beautiful pool area, which has a view directly on the beach. The hotel staff was very attentive, and the concierge went above and beyond in assisting us with our day planning. Great value, will definitely be back!
Really great experience. This was our first time visiting Israel. We booked the executive room on the 16th floor (1609). We received a complementary bottle of wine. Really awesome view of both Tel Aviv and the Sea. Phenomenal breakfast every morning.
GREAT location and building. The rooms are fancy and the spa area is just terrific. However, in all the rooms with numbers ending on -16 to -19 (416, 417, 516, 517, etc.) you'll hear the water sewage from flushing toilets and showers from the entire hotel. Apart from that it's a very solid hotel with somewhat cooperative and friendly staff though.
Extremely helpful concierge, from the moment we arrived from the airport. Lobby is beautiful, all of the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful with the exception of just one female at the front desk who could not have been less interested in helping us. She was the only poor example. The shabbat dinner was incredible, and each night they had a beautiful Chanukah dinner with candles and donuts...
It's a modestly nice hotel with a great view to the sea. Location is amazing for a vacation. the rooms where clean but when I looked under the surface I saw a cupple of cut corners to save time on cleaning. -1 🌟 The food was alright, not a great variety and what they had on hand was decently good with a few minor exceptions, good over all. The staff there were mostly immigrants , so they did usually...
