With its fantastic location on the beachfront, Carlton is an excellent choice for its views, comfort, and quality of service. The breakfast is at a separate building with a great view of the sea. Very nice rooftop pool with great view, clean water, and very nice music. Businesses lounge provides the same great views, smiling and friendly staff-Nes&Ira, and nice snack area.

The hotel was wonderful, the room amazing, very nice experience except for the pool that was way too crowded. We arrived on a Saturday and we didn’t have a spot to sit by the pool, kids were in the outside jacuzzi and we had to leave to go to the beach… The pool is great early in the morning, later it’s better to avoid it. Other than that the breakfast and the facilities were amazing ! I’ll be back

Amazing Tel Aviv Beach Hotel The Carlton never disappoints. It’s in a beautiful location on Gordon beach. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff pleasant and helpful. The food is amazing. Best breakfast buffet at the beach. Shabbat meals available and tons of delicious choices. We’ve stayed here several times.

Love the Mamilla! It’s a gorgeous hotel in a perfect location if you want to walk to the Old City and great shopping, etc. The staff were sweet, the rooms clean and hip and comfortable. Everything about the hotel is 5 star. But I was on the street and it is a bit noisy at times. Not enough to ruin sleep or not stay there but just had to let people know.

Practically perfect Nothing is too much trouble, we did experience some delay at breakfast however due to the lack of tourism there were language barriers which are being worked on. By the time we return next summer we are in no doubt that it will be the well oiled machine it was when we stayed previously. Thank you

Good service While staff were really helpful in almost all cases the Bellevusta room we were initially given was in my opinion a Corner Room with balcony. The manager assistant advised that they have many different Bellavista rooms. This was the first time after many stays a Bellvisya room that it was small and without separate toilet and bathroom. We stayed at this hotel 3 times as a family of 4 people. We love it as the rooms are decent for a family, the breakfast is tasty, the pool is great and the location works for us. My stay was prearranged by travel agency. Receptionist tried to get deposits from us, fortunately our vouchers contained note about deposits on travel company's credit card. Good spot in the middle of the city. 3 minutes walk to the beach. Rooms are clean and have a modern atmosphere. Staff is helpful and very friendly. The only downside are the toilets. They work like airplane toilets and when someone else is flushing around you, your room shakes. Woke up few times due to noise during the night.

Very good location, close to a very vibey area filled with cafes and bars. It is also very close to the beach. The room wasn’t anything special, and quite dark, and the noise from the stairs could become loud, especially in the middle of the night.

Great hotel, great price, and great location This is a very nice and convenient hotel in Tel Aviv, but outside the super busy center. Lots of great food options, convenient to buses, and also to the airport. The only thing is that there is only one place for services if you're looking for a synagogue and it's in the medical center.

Israelis need to pay vat unlike tourists from other place, mentioning that, the rest is positive, care for the small details as shoe brush, knitting kit, in the room, huge tv channel list, very comfy bed, nice view, gym, meeting room with refreshments, office facilities, , tv, couches. Room was filthy. Carpets were not vacuumed. Rubber floor felt tacky. Dirty slippers left in the room. At check in they had given my room to someone else and I had to wait 30 minutes till they. Straightened that out. Parking is outrageously expensive. My reservation confirmed the price included all taxes yet they added tax to my bill. Not a good experience.
