BNS Hotel Francisco in Baia Domizia

Despite the fact that this hotel has good localisation and 4 stars it's horrible and definetely not for recomendation. First of all there were bedbugs in the room. A lot of them. After I claimed this at the reception room was checked and I got new one (unfortunately without any single word that they are sorry for such situation and inconveniences caused - totally not professional in my opinion). New room was not better - dirty and not well kept. I was with my family and we had agreed to have rooms next to each other. After room change we had rooms in different floors and far away from each other. Dinners were quite good but even water was additionally paid 2 EUR...
So even the hotel is close to the sea whole enjoy of the stay was ruined. Fortunatelly we were there for 3 nights and not longer. I do not reccomend it

Terrible experience. Worst place where i have stayed in last 10 years. 5eur for ac, room was not clean. you can use pool only for 4 hours per day. Dinner was much to be desired. How you even dare serve something this???? I wouldn't even wish this for my worst enemy.

If this hotel is 4 star, then I am queen of England. Staff is rude and unfriendly. Is this normal to treat people, who simply pay for your existence? Withouth tourists this place would be a dead end. Just look around - everywhere rubbish, filthy sanitarian conditions, shabby houses. I would be ashamed to live in such place and even offer it to tourists. Lazy, incompetent people, thinking they are the queens and kings of the area. I already don't talk about terrible service or no service at all. For breakfast the same sh*t every day, portions very little, for everything additional you need to pay. Sheets dirty, no tv or other devices in the room. Staff comes in to your room, whenever they want (for example at 9 a.m. I am sleeping with notice do not disturb on my door and they come in to clean). I understand people might be without education, but at least they should be able to read.

We ended up in this hotel out of desperation, "thanks" to the Interlux company. Only the day before the plane's departure we were told in which hotel we would live (fortune))), although now it is clear that they did not want to scare tourists with upcoming difficulties ... So, more about the rooms in the hotel claiming to be 4 stars: the room is dirty (a chair (he is the only one in the room for THREE people) all in dirty spots, the bathroom is combined, with a tiny shower, there are no shelves for storage, no dryer, not even hooks to hang a towel normally.In the room there is a chair, a table, an open closet with hangers and four shelves and two shelves near the bed... WHERE, HOW TO DRY wet things after the beach?!?? , cereals with milk, jam, butter, ham, cheese, instant coffee, tea... there are no vegetables and fruits (this is in high season). Separately, it is necessary to note the representative of the company "Interlux" here - Ilya! An absolute NON-professional! (((A person who is only able to collect money, who does not want to solve any emerging difficulties. And this seems to be the specificity of the Interlux company. Why do you introduce tourists to the hotel only a day before departure? What "fortune" if Ilya said that you have been working with this hotel for many years!Persistently selling dinners for $ 10, Ilya will even say on the bus that after 20:00 everything is closed in the village - and after all, shops until 21:00 and some later, cafes almost until the morning And in general, Italians (and many visitors) are very nice sociable people!!!, although Ilya directly openly sets tourists against the locals, and it seems that the hotel workers are against the Russians ... If you have any questions, no one will not solve them - the answer of "Interlux" is the same - everyone always liked it, and you should be fine, there is nothing to disturb the authorities! Dirt is normal, there is nowhere to dry things - no one complained before, and you will manage somehow, eviction from the room at 10 :30 , and departure at 16:00 - pack your things and leave at the reception (no one is responsible for them), go to the sea, then wash yourself in the shower near the pool (1 slightly alive shower for 50 people on the bus) how ??? Where to change clothes??? Why do we, vacationers, have to solve these jambs ourselves ??? Hey, if you were at least a little more honest with clients, and having at least a drop of desire to work with the organization of the tour, everything could be super! And so - a hotel for a C grade (never four stars) Organization of a tour for a weak deuce! It is possible to visit the Neapolitan Riviera again! Places, the sea - beautiful!!! To be a client of "Interlux" - never!!!

Of the minuses: 1) very dirty rooms 2) breakfast is just about nothing 3) the food in the restaurant is simply disgusting 4) the air conditioner does not work well 5) the shower room is small From the pros: There are none If you want to have a good rest, then you are definitely not here. There are no good restaurants or shops nearby.
