Hotel Europa Art Caserta

It’s a nice business hotel close to the Caserta central station. With our room, we got an ok view with the glimpse of Royal Castle, and a big room. They decorated it very nicely with colour theme and furniture. The bathroom is spacious but the shower is not enclosed and let water out to the floor where there is no drainage. Water pressure was weak and the extendable shower head didn’t work. The drainage smelt bad occasionally, it’s like a burnt smell. The cleanness was excellent! They do up the room every day diligently, and cleaning lady is friendly.
The staff is friendly and helpful at all times, and speak good English.
Their breakfast was good with lots of sweet options, with some basic continental savoury food, like scrambled eggs, bacon, cold ham and cheese. But lots of sweets - 3types of croissants and different local cakes and tarts were always available. And variety of tea and coffee is also prepared. They opened a restaurant for guests as well, which is convenient. The food was excellent but not consistent in quality and service yet - I ordered eggplant parmigiana 2 different nights but one night it was cold. (But still yummy)
Close to all tourist attractions and city centre, as well as the University.
I really enjoyed the stay and will come here again if Im in town.

Modern hotel, very boutique hotel. Spacious room, huge bathroom. Rich and abundant breakfast. Exquisite dinner! Possibly the friendliest staff I have ever encountered in a hotel.

What can I say... friendly, helpful staff and that's the best thing when you go to a place to relax after a long day of work, I got a beautiful room with a huge unexpected surprise. The room is nothing short of comfortable, spacious light modern furniture, wifi is ok, player for music... In short, a wonderful discovery. Ah Caserta and the outbuildings are worth discovering, they are TOP and super welcoming!! Thank you

Excellent hotel and conference room located in the heart of the city. I personally tested this thanks to a convention I attended in the past. The conference room was very large and well maintained. All the staff inside are very professional and polite. I felt very good and recommend, given my personal experience, also for conferences.

Best place to stay in Caserta. I stayed there for 2 months and i enjoyed there breakfast and service.
