Reggia Suite Spa Hotel

Nice hotel, good location in Casapulla. Housekeeping - top notch. Breakfast - average. Service desk - “hit or miss”. Some are great people and will try to help and accommodate to the best of their power and abilities. If you are from USA and meet Mara, you’ll end up in room 108, where the air conditioner doesn’t work properly, the fridge is just for decor (you can use it to “warm”things up if you want) during high 90deg weather and the shower doesn’t have a proper waterproof seal around the frame. We did complain, problem was assessed and never fixed. After numerous complaints we were - finally - given a more decent room where the fridge and AC were working. After we moved -sure enough - room 108 was passed (unfortunately) to other American tourist(s). For the seasoned traveler the hotel is definitely not a 4 stars (except the price). A 2 star rating is already too much based on my personal experience. That is not the way to start a vacation that you planned for the past 20 years. And first impression does count….

D E L U D E N T E!!! Non è un hotel a 4 stelle, struttura e colazione scarsa che viene consumata attigua alla reception , e se ti presenti alle 9.00 di mattina è già quasi tutto finito!! Sui tavoli nemmeno una tovaglia o tovagliette all' americana (non è igienico). Armadio senza ante e senza una cassettiera con sole 2 grucce appese. Non lo consiglio!!

No comment ! We stayed for two nights in the "magic" suite, which only had the name of a suite. We can start by saying that the shower hydrant was broken, water was leaking from the shower, breakfast with snacks in bags, sheets that were not changed for the second day's stay, and moreover the morning that the room was cleaned, putting the shoes have left us the slippers (returned by them), broken and unchanged. Minibar which we obviously had to reimburse for two days even though we consumed very little, including a santero who, having noticed that it was empty on the second day, still left it on the dresser. For all these communications we sent to them, they also had the courtesy of charging us € 16 for the mini bar for drinking 3 bottles of water for two days. It's a santero and Coca-Cola ....... The highlight of this SUITE room is its whirlpool tub, which did not even work the water filler to make it come out, so they arrived and their solution was to lift it with your hand. Furthermore, the booking at this hotel was for the purpose of using the spa services, which are nonexistent; in the description he specified massage service but without writing that it was necessary to book them so there was no possibility of it. For the price of the suite it is all at least one more eye for our requests, even if polite and kind staff, however, therefore the price of the rooms (for what it promises) does not deserve two stars .. a stay not recommended!

I sent my friends to this hotel. 2 adults, 2 children of 12 and 5 years with the holiday bonus 500 euros .. For 2 nights. Yes, you read that correctly. 2 nights and breakfast 500 euros. We had made the quote on the site and the maximum was 135 euros per night (for the same period), invoice from 500 euros for 2 nights. We asked to speak to the manager who did tell the reception that as he had just left he didn't have time to explain. Obviously he will not have to give them to us but to those in charge ...
